The Path to $16 Billion

I'm not sorry about the Path to $16. Here's what happened on the way to February, what never changed, and why $16 billion — a top-ten network — is the destination we're still walking toward.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: I'm not sorry about the Path to $16.

Some people hear a plan like that and think "guaranteed returns." That was never the plan. The Path to $16 was — and is — a practical approach to building something almost nobody in crypto bothers to build anymore: a real community, real cash reserves, and a stair-step strategy for turning both into durable value. Grow the community. Crowdsource the cash. Use the cash exactly as we said we would — build the mine, compensate the referral network, and promote the project. Then repeat until the network is worth what its people deserve.

That's it. That's the whole trick. It's not a whitepaper fantasy. It's a business plan with its sleeves rolled up.

I'm not sorry about the Path to $16. Here's what happened on the way to February, what never changed, and why $16 billion — a top-ten network — is the destination we're still walking toward.

What Happened on the Way to February

Here's the part some folks would rather I not put in writing.

February 2026 was aggressive. I knew it when we set it, and it turned out to be more than we were able to handle. The plan was right. The calendar was not.

And there was a second problem, one that snuck up on us: our community became dependent on the charts. Somewhere along the way, "we're building something" turned into "what's the price today?" When the first cycle topped out, it became all but impossible to show that the mission was still moving in the right direction — because the whole world had agreed to measure us by a candlestick instead of a network.

That's on me. Not the plan — the messaging. A community that checks the chart first and the mission second will always be disappointed by math it doesn't control. This article exists to fix that. Watch the mission. The price follows the mission. It always has.

The Ideals Never Changed

Even when the chart didn't cooperate, the basic ideals that crafted the plan never moved an inch:

  • Grow the community and crowdsource the cash.
  • Use the cash as we say we're going to use it — build the mine, compensate the referral network, and promote the project.

That's the covenant. It hasn't been renegotiated. Every mining package purchased, every referral paid, every promotional dollar spent has been traceable to those two lines. You can hold me to them in public. I'd have it no other way.

So Much More Than Mining Packages

Here's what actually keeps me up at night — in the good way. Today there's WAY more going on than mining packages.

We've got a real network. The core is open source, so the code belongs to whoever wants to read it, run it, or build on it. The Omni layer gives builders a real place to work. Real people are building on it right now. And real utility is coming our way — the kind of things we only dreamed about two years ago.

Two years ago the pitch was "we're mining a coin and building a community." Today the pitch is "we're running a network with builders, infrastructure, and applications on deck." Those are different pitches. Only one of them survives a bear market.

The Gates

Growth doesn't show up on a schedule. In our case, it shows up after three gates:

1. We prove up that we're not a scam, in open court. (Done.) Four days under oath, livestreamed to the world, with the full transcript pinned for anyone to read. The "scam" myth got put on the record — and it didn't survive cross-examination. You don't have to take my word for it. The record is public. Read it.

2. We beat the TSSB. (In progress.) The briefs are being filed, the evidentiary record is ours, and the state still has to explain why it cannot simply do the right thing. We've made our case to the governor. We're ready for whatever comes next.

3. The price of TXC starts moving in the right direction. The market needs to see the machine working — and it needs a reason to trust the plumbing it buys through.

What the Price Is Waiting On

We don't expect much in the way of growth until the price starts moving in the right direction. And we don't expect the price to start moving until three things happen:

1. We get fully verified on CoinMarketCap. Paid, submitted, and pending. Verification sounds boring until you realize it's the difference between a coin the market can see and a coin the market has to take on faith.

2. We go live with our new exchange, SEEDS. We don't trust exchanges anymore — and after BitMart shut down, MEXC delisted us, and Dex-Trade restricted our holders' funds, you shouldn't either. So we stopped renting and started building. SEEDS is ours: no delisting threats, no frozen withdrawals, no permission slips from people who never liked us anyway.

3. We get our first real utility project in place and working. This was supposed to be the Texas Music Revolution — and that was killed by the TSSB. Not postponed. Killed. That's what this lawsuit costs beyond the legal bills: real Texas artists, real venues, real fans. We'll replace it with something just as real. But we shouldn't have had to.

And Then — Oh Boy

Once those gates are behind us? AND THEN we expect to go WAY past $16.

Not because we hope so. Because we'll have earned it. Top 10 coin is the goal — leadership plus community plus utility demands it. Every gate above removes an excuse the market currently has for looking the other way. When the last excuse is gone, what's left is a community-owned, proof-of-work network with a mine, a mission, and an exchange it controls.

Crypto lost its way. Somewhere between the whitepapers and the exit liquidity, this industry forgot that money is supposed to be honest and communities are supposed to own what they build. Most coins are casinos with a logo. When we complete our major goals — the court win, the exchange, the utility, and the community that kept showing up through all of it — watch out. A network that was never a scam, never pretended to be a security, and never abandoned its people is exactly the thing this industry forgot it was supposed to build.

Your Seat at the Table

One last thing, because this is the part I care about most.

Your seat at the table isn't the handful of coins you can sell when the price goes to the place you want. That's a trade. I'm not building a trade.

Your seat at the table is the mining output that puts more TXC back in your wallet each and every day — an evergreen ability to keep building, keep promoting, and keep sharing the message of peace and prosperity through honest money. The miners get paid every single day the network runs. That's not a lottery ticket. That's a position.

The Path to $16 got us a community people could actually join. The Path to 16 Billion is the same road, further along — same covenant, same mine, same people, just with the world finally watching.

We're not sorry. And we're not done.
