Revised Mining Strategy: Three DFW Sites and 1,000 Home Miners
Tuesday, April 1, 2025
Bobby Gray lays out the revised three-phase mining buildout — concentrating on medium-sized sites around DFW, then putting miners in Texas homes, then returning to the container sites.
Bobby opens with the numbers: sold hash power moved from 935.8 GH at the end of last week to 971.2 GH — right at 1% of the 100 million MH goal. March revenue landed at $2.422M against a doubling target of $2.482M, missing by about $60,000. Over 1,000 new miners joined in the month and community commissions crossed $2 million paid. Marketing scales hard in April: $70,000 spent in March becomes roughly $450,000 this month, 20% of last month's revenue. That includes $58,500 for the Austin International Airport takeover going live April 7th — every digital surface in the airport that accepts an ad. The main event is a revised mining strategy. Victoria is stalled on the power company; Gonzalez fell through after inspections turned up a 100-year floodplain issue and lead paint, so the contract was cancelled and the equipment shipped back to McKinney. The new Phase A: three medium-sized sites in and around DFW, each holding a B24 with 24 ASICs. Site one is McKinney, going in the building tonight. Each full B24 adds roughly 396,000 MH — three of them puts installed hash power at about 1.188 million MH, above what has been sold. Phase B is home mining, promoted up from phase three. Gold Shell Mini Doge 3, Alphapex DG Home 1 and others are being tested; the plan is an order of 1,000 units for Texas members whose owned hash power exceeds the device output, adding roughly 2.1 million MH and making TEXITcoin the largest privately owned decentralized mine in the world — no single switch to flip. Litecoin and Dogecoin merge-mining rewards are meant to cover the household electric bill. Phase C returns to Victoria with the FogHashing BC40 shipping containers — pre-wired, pre-plumbed, drop-in 200+ ASICs — then Gonzalez and the remaining sites, targeting a new site lit up every month. Also covered: why TEXITcoin succeeds where crowdsourced mines failed (we're not mining Bitcoin, so we're not competing with China's chip supply), the nine-seat purchase cap and the 1-2-Free and 3-left/3-right bonus programs, the WooCommerce/PayTXC migration for the $5 cold storage coins, Arthur Johnson joining to lead training, and a hard warning to withdraw all funds from Dex-Trade after their verified-account shutdown notice — plus the case for winding that relationship down and aiming at Coinbase and Kraken instead. Electric rates just dropped from 13.8 cents to about 7.2 cents on approved industrial pricing.
0:00:10 The call starts promptly at six. And here we are six o'clock on Tuesday with your founder, beerless leader Bobby Gray back again for another edition of Mining, TEXITcoin update. And today we're going to talk all about the mine. it's been a long time since we've talked about the mine and it's extremely relevant today. I'm wearing my industrial cold weather working outside in the mine. close, so I am appropriately dressed and prepared to have this discussion. I got lots of things for us to go through. but yeah, today we're talking about the mine. We're talking about the mine because, we're like one hair away from actually doing something really great. It's almost everybody that came before us has never done. Which makes it unique and exciting. We're gonna talk all about that, in the next couple of minutes. But welcome to Tuesday. Thanks so much, so much for joining. We have 55 people here so far, including me. And, happy once again, to be sharing my Tuesday evening with you. This is our time to connect. And hopefully you can hear me. I'm not wearing headphones right now. No headphones. but as usual. Pop your questions down the bottom. There's a little Q&A button down there. If you've got a question, any question is, is welcome. Depending on how I'm feeling, whether or not I'll answer it. but bring with your questions, the toughest, most difficult ones, everything you've been holding on to all week, waiting patiently for this moment. Let's get them out. Let's get them out in the open and let's go through them all. Okay, so. real quick, let's review our previous week's numbers because, oh man, was it a great month? And we got incredibly close to doubling, We're going to take a look at this on the week format, and I'll show you why in just a second. 0:02:07 But last week, we ended the week at 935.8 giga hash of sold hash power, including the sales from this week so far, we're at 971.2, which means we are this close to being 1% of the way towards our goal. Remember, we're building a 100 million mega hash mine. And at a million mega hash. We are 1% of the way to that goal. seems tiny, seems incredibly small and insignificant and, borderline embarrassing, if you will. but you got to start somewhere. We started at the very bottom with a blank slate with a level playing field and we started from there. and it's been an incredible journey so far. I hope you're having as much fun as I am. So. that's an important chart to look at. So at the end of last week, we ended up at 935.8 sold gig hash. We're going to come back to that. That's why I'm pointing it out this week. brought on a little bit new minors, last month. It looks like we added. 0:03:13 How many new minors brought on board last month, 1037. So there's a chance. There's a good chance that if you're on this call, you're brand new in like the last month. Welcome 5.46 million brought in so far once we pay out. The commissions for this week, we will be over two million dollars of paid commission. Congratulations to all of you. Hopefully you've got your hands on some of that. our average providers continuing to trend downwards, slowing down a little bit. If you look at it by quarter, obviously, big drop off at the very beginning and then the pace slows down over time. As we get bigger, it becomes more difficult for us to decrease the mining power. But if we keep doubling, then we'll continue to see that, drop. 0:03:55 In half every month, which is a very interesting number to watch. But here's the one that I told you I pay very close attention to the revenue and commission chart. And so if you look at our revenue for last month, 1.241 million, let's get out our calculator 1.241 times 2. We would have had to hit 2.482 this month to officially double. Let's see what we actually did in March 2.422 million. Last month, and so we got very, very close. 2.422. We are only, wait, wait, that was, that was all wrong. what do we say? 1241, 1.1241 times 2 equals 2482 minus 2422. Is that what it was? 2422 equals, we are off by 60,000 bucks. And it would have been nice to hit that. The kids would have gotten a nice bonus at the office, maybe another ice cream social. 0:04:54 But be that as it may, we got close and, now we've got a new goal for next month. Now, remember, we don't actually need to double every month. In fact, doubling every month puts us at our goal way ahead of schedule and, We've got, we've got a couple goals. We got a couple parallel goals building the mine, building the community, getting the coin price to where we want it. so there's a lot going on. And as we get bigger and become more familiar with what we are, who we are, the strength, the validity of our project, some of those things are going to change, not necessarily the goals, but the strategies and the paths and the Priorities that we said on each one might shift a little bit over time. Even when they do, we'll talk about them here as we are going to talk about tonight with the mining update. so, you know, some things are written in stone. We're building the mine in Texas period. the max number of things that anyone's allowed to buy, mining seats, nine. 0:05:56 That's it. You know, some of these things are chiseled into the bedrock and foundation of the mining, TEXITcoin, program. Some of them are flexible. Some of them we evolve and adapt as we learn more about, the industry and how the industry is growing and changing over time as well. so some things are shifting, some things stay the same. We'll figure those things out together. Remember, we're all in this together. We're learning, you're learning, we're learning together. we're holding each other's hand as we take this journey and, and learn a bunch of things that we, You know, how to kind of a blind eye turned to for a while. But this is an impressive chart. What an amazing month it was. And, we'll see how April goes. April's off to a good start. 0:06:39 We've got a couple new people involved too that I think you're going to do some really great things with us. next level kind of stuff. But that's where we ended up last month at 2.422 million, almost half of all of our revenue just in last month, which means we're growing at an incredible pace. an interesting thing to think about is that We spent about $70,000 last month on marketing, advertising, and basic promotion stuff. we're talking billboard, we're talking about streaming radio ads, and we're talking about over the air radio ads. This month, we go live for the two at the tune to the tune of $58,500 on April 7th. With our Austin airport domination strategy. We talked about that, I think last week, maybe two weeks ago, where we will be on every digital surface that allows an advertisement in the Austin International Airport. 0:07:34 We're talking about the gigantic ones. We're talking about the vertical ones. We're talking about the horizontal ones. Anything and everything that can be advertised on will be there. Our ad just got approved. I think you already saw the ad here. if not, I'll share it with our telegram group in just a moment. But it's pretty cool. It looks great. It's approved and we go live on April 7th. So if you're planning on being in or around the Austin Airport, stop by Snap some pics and share it with our community. But, but that's where we ended up at the end of March. Very impressive, very powerful stuff, guys. But what I want to talk about tonight, I don't know. 0:08:11 Do I have any questions about that before I move on to tonight's main event? Let's take a look at the questions who we got so far watching from the airport. What's up, Jonathan? How was Disney? Hopefully it was great, man. I saw lots of great pictures from there. And thanks for sharing all that with us. I miss last week's zoom. Can I get a recap? Thanks. Andres, I have no idea what we talked about last week. I don't even remember if or what I had for breakfast today. I think I had something. Why? What did I have? Oh, we didn't have breakfast and no, no, no, we had hard boiled eggs, chopped in half with a little avocado on the side and some Dijon mustard. That's what was for breakfast today. As for what we talked about last week, I don't remember, but you should know, Andres, that you can always get the previous Zoom calls by logging into your dashboard. 0:09:03 Let me see if I can get to the dashboard. Oh, okay. There we are. If you go over to resource. And then go over to Zoom calls and what was last week, the 25th maybe? I don't know. Texaco and mining infrastructure gets a major boost. That should be last week's call. 325. Is that the right date? Time will tell. 325. Yes, last week's calls right there. Not just a recap, but a full video and a full transcript. Every word that I mumbled. Out of my mouth is there, but here is the recap. 0:09:39 Thrill do announce significant enhancements to its mining infrastructure blah blah blah. hopefully what we talk about tonight is not the complete opposite of whatever we talked about last week. We'll find out soon. let's go back to the questions. Sorry, I can't recap it for you, but it's all right there. what is the meaning of life? The universe and everything? Man, I wish I knew. I do not know. what How do we as miners buy the $5 cold storage coins? Can we use TXC to buy them? Excellent question, Melanie. That is an excellent question. Last night, my goal before I went to bed was to relaunch the blockchain mid website on WordPress. We've been on Shopify for the last thousand years. And we're switching over to WordPress because we cannot build a custom payment module that links in with Shopify. Shopify is great. But it doesn't let you customize the payment settings. You can add other payment providers, but if TEXITcoin is not one of those payment providers, and oh, you got to use WordPress with WooCommerce, which is like not nearly as nice and friendly. It's powerful. It's robust. It's infinitely customizable. But it is not nearly as as clean and easy to deploy as a Shopify store is. So last night, I switched over our website. Then when I tried to change the domain name, I somehow blew up the entire website. 0:10:56 And there's no backup for it. Fortunately, it was converted in a couple days by some great people out of the Philippines. We will ask them to see if they have a backup. And if not, to reconvert the existing website over, but The reason that this matters, and I'll show you guys, I think maybe I showed this to you before, there is a very cool new website out there called PayTXC.com. And you're welcome to go over here right now and set this up. But if you go over here and you sign up for a PayTXC account, you will be able to log in and see your API key and your secret. Don't write that down. And link in your TEXITcoin wallet with an e-commerce store. And that will give you the ability if you're using WooCommerce to accept TEXITcoin directly on your WooCommerce website. So I'm going to try to recover that in the next couple of days, Melanie. Once I get it done, they will be available for sale at blockchainmint.com. You'll use mineTXC as your coupon code to save 75% off the retail price. You can get as many as you want as many as we have available. Kind of limited supplies right now. For five bucks and pay for it with TEXITcoin. Great question. Mark, what's going on down under? Mark, I don't remember. You're Australia and not New Zealand, right? Hi, Bob. I had a question. If the offer of wrapping of vehicle and payments, is that open to New Zealand or just Texas? Well, here's the deal with that, Mark. We had a lot of interest, not surprisingly in the vehicle wrap program. and so we're gonna put it on hold. 0:12:32 We're taking the people that have asked and applied so far. We've got about 25 people that are interested in getting their vehicles wrapped. We're gonna go through those top to bottom. And then if there's money in the budget left over, then we will reach back out, let you guys know, but we might have to re-index the payment, that we've offered. Past those original ones that are approved to, stretch the budget as far as it'll go. So before it was 500, 1500, I think, and now it'll probably be $500 that will pay, and I think we'll still pay for the wrap. But I gotta double-check the numbers. The budget is not infinite, but it is big. And we want to do as much as we can to, continue getting our brand out there. So we will see. But those are the questions that I've got so far. hey, Queen B wants to know, how do I qualify for one free minor? 0:13:23 Do I need to have three people with 29, 85 in my team? So good question. remember, we've got two parallel bonus programs. We've got the one, two free. And so that's the easiest, most expeditious way to qualify for the free hash power. Now we call it A hash upgrade. We call it an extra seat on the rocket. So I'm not sure what exactly you mean by one minor, but if you picked up the 100 mega hash, the one seat at 995 and you bring on your one, two, three new minors to our community, then you would qualify for a 100 mega hash upgrade, one seat upgrade. If you do that inside of the first 30 days, then remember, we'll double that bonus for you. 0:14:07 So you'll go from 100 to 300 mega hash. Just by bringing on three new minors. It's very easy. It's designed to be easy because our goal is to grow the mine. And we want to make it as easy and likely as possible for the mine to grow and to grow aggressively. We've we're seeing that right now. We're going to get to that just the next few moments. Now you've brought on your first three. You put them on your left side. Somebody else is building out your right side and voila. Three points left. Three points right. You qualify for a thousand dollar cash commission. Now some people choose to take that $1,000 cash commission and buy additional seats on the rocket ship. 0:14:46 Why would they do that? Because you're capped at only being able to buy nine unless you earn a reward that you can use for additional hash power, whether that's the one, two, free, or the rapid rewards with three points left, three points right. So Easiest and fastest way to qualify for one free seat or 100 mega hash or 200 mega hash. If you've got that 30 day fast start bonus active, it's to just bring on three new minors to our community. Doesn't matter if they buy the one pack, the two back, the three back, the four pack, the five back, the six back. 0:15:19 They all count as points as individuals. And so, one point per minor, bring on three new minors and qualify. For that extra mega hash upgrade. Hopefully that answers your question. Queen B and AJ. Are you my Filipino friends? Or is that a different AJ? Could be a different AJ. Okay. Hopefully that answers your question. Let's get on to the main event. So tonight I want to talk about, our strategy to crypto market dominance. When we started this project, When we first set out, we said we want to build a reputable coin. In fact, we went our coin to be so big that we're on the top 100. 0:16:01 How do we get there? Well, the experts say, you know, bring on a couple of million bucks, hire the right influencers, the pump and dump guys, they'll pump your coin and voila, you've made it onto the top 100. And we went, wow. Unfortunately, we don't have two three million dollars number one and number two is we don't really just want to be a flash in the pen. We'd like to build something that's created to last. We want to actually follow through on my life's work, which is complimentary currency and remember Bitcoin's original promise digital decentralized peer-to-peer currency. We're not going to get there with like a pump and dump strategy. In fact, the only way that I think that we can get there is by building a layer one cryptocurrency. 0:16:42 Remember, that's the hard way. That's the old fashioned way. That's not the click, click, click, boom. There's a billion digital baseball card collectibles that we sell and, you know, air drop and give out to our friends. It's the hard way, but it's the blank slate. And why is it so important? Because I believe, and you're probably, convinced as well, the digital currency is the future of money. I'm not saying it's Bitcoin, but I'm saying digital money is the future. It's been digital for a long time now. And the problem that we have today is that China is in control of the majority of the coins and the majority of the coin mining, which makes it incredibly strange that we're having these conversations about strategic reserves that are created in almost entirely controlled now by China. 0:17:28 Weird. Anyway. So we want to redo. We want to do over. We want to fresh start. We want to recreate a layer one digital currency, and we want to build our mining infrastructure exclusively here in Texas. That's our path to top crypto. Others have taken the same paths and have been very successful. There are quite a few point of our proof of work mining strategies out there that are on the top list. We want to get there. We want to get there by building a 100 million mega hash mine. That mine is going to be big. It's going to use a lot of power and it's going to be very well recognized the crypto world throughout. So we need a big backbone. 0:18:09 That's the digital currency mining infrastructure to be taken seriously. If we have the mining that's running on a laptop that's sitting in my sister's basement, the world is not going to take it seriously. We're not going to be able to go to cities and municipalities and encourage them to design a community currency that runs on this little laptop that's overheating in the basement. The crypto community is going to say, well, we don't really want to build on top of your network either. It doesn't seem like it's larger reliable. How much is enough to be considered larger reliable, but not so big that we're consuming half the world's energy? Well, the answer to that question after a lot of thoughtful research is 100 million mega hash. 35 megawatts of power is about the equivalent. So we want to build a mine. We want to build the backbone that are Digital currency utility, the whole reason that we're designing this thing runs on top of. That's the foundation. That's the backbone. We want it to be big enough to be taken seriously. We want it to be so big. 0:19:10 In fact, that it's mining, like coin and doge coin blocks and taking their block rewards and their transaction fees to pay our electric bill. I don't want to come back to you every month, month and month out and ask you for another 50, 60, 70 bucks so we can pay the electric bill. I want to mine their coins and take their coins so that we can pay our electric bill and not have to pay for that thing ourselves. So part of our strategy to become a top crypto is we're mining other coins, but because we're a private permission blockchain and not anybody with mining power or microchips that can mine crypto can jump in and start taking our blocks and our rewards. We can mine their coins, but they can't mine ours. And it's an excellent path to getting our coin onto the top 100. 0:20:00 We'll be one of the largest proof of work coins on the planet. It'll be profitable to mine. Returning profitability to mining really matters a long time ago. Back in the early days of cryptocurrency, you could participate and to help secure the network, help make the network more redundant, more trustworthy, more dependable by trading out your electricity and your computer, your computer hash power, your computing power was used to help secure the network, and you got a small reward. You know, you didn't get rich off of it, unless you saved it for a while, but you made money. 0:20:46 You were able to profitably mine cryptocurrency. To contribute to the health of the network and to get something back for it at the same time. Well, when that went away, people still wanted to make money with crypto. They say, well, mining's not profitable anymore. What can I do? Mean coins, pump and dumps, rug pulls. You know, that's kind of when the industry really lost its way when the mining flip flopped and China started to take over the majority of the control. And people started losing interest in building out mining infrastructure because it just wasn't profitable anymore. But here's the other thing, and this is one of the most important parts of this project. Building the mine has a proven playbook for success. Building the mine to create a community, create cash flow, create a budget for marketing and promotion, it works. And those reasons combined are why we've decided to take the approach that we've taken for building TEXITcoin. We're starting with building the mine. 0:21:46 The mine is our infrastructure. It's our foundation. It gives us a seat at the at the global crypto table. It creates profitability for people to have an incentive to join the conversation. If you're not getting something out of this, you're not going to talk about it. You're not going to help it grow. You're not going to be excited about it. A lot of people are excited about TEXITcoin because once again, we can profitably mine crypto. But it's a proven playbook for success. It's a proven playbook for building a community and also building a mine. I got some screenshots here. I want to show you a couple of things. What I want to show you. We'll get to those things in a couple minutes. 0:22:25 If we actually do it, we will be one of the first of our kind to follow through and actually build the mine and actually make a profit, make, actually make a top coin. So many others have gone down this path before and have failed. I've got a couple great new people involved in our community. One of them is a guy named Arthur Johnson. You're going to hear a lot more about Arthur Johnson over the next couple of days because Arthur is coming on board to really help with training. Arthur is a 20 year veteran of the network marketing industry. He and I met back for the first time in 2011. When he and I were working on a project, together for, water filtration, water ionizers, if you're familiar with that technology. It's a long story for another day. But I was helping a friend get his company started and, I was recruiting and training Arthur. and Arthur and I went, went way back when we know each other. It's an interesting thing that we met back in 2011 because that was before I created the original Bitcoin coin before I testified in Congress about that stuff, before I started my first mint. 0:23:32 And, before I started my Asian adventure, so Arthur and I go way back. Arthur's a half Japanese, half American guy, great guy. You're going to be hearing a lot about him in the next couple of days. And, and I met with Arthur Sunday afternoon and brought him up the speed on what I was working on. I tried to connect with him last year, couldn't find him, couldn't track him down, wasn't on Facebook. And then out of the blue on Friday night, he calls me. And I'm like, Arthur, I've been looking for you for a year. Here you are. What a strange time to connect. We got together and, I made him an offer and he's on board, which is really great because Arthur is, very experienced and In the type of thing that we're doing. And he's going to be the guy that's able to work across our entire organization to help all of you get the most out of our program. you got lots of good questions. I've got some good answers for it. We've got training resources. We've got a lot of these calls to go back through over the, the last year, 52 weeks of us doing this now. Did I mention that? We wrapped up an entire year. It's been a year since we started this thing. 52 weeks in the books. Go us. And we're bigger and stronger and better than ever, but back to Arthur. So Arthur called me yesterday, he had a question. 0:24:47 And Arthur was involved with some other crypto MLMs in the, in the, in like 2015, 2016, 2017. And so he's well aware of other groups that have tried to do what we're doing. And I asked him point blank. I said, Arthur, why is it that Texas coin is going to succeed? We're almost everyone else that's come before us has failed. Two answers that I'll accept on this one. One was more fun than the other, but there are only two answers. And I asked and I thought for sure, you know, 24 hours into this deal that Arthur's going to mumble through some sort of incoherent incorrect answer. And I was going to have to step in and correct him. And it's okay because he's brand new. He's, you know, hasn't has much time and experience to answer these questions as the rest of us has. 0:25:37 And right away he goes because we're not mining Bitcoin. I said Arthur. And then before I had like the ability to congratulate him on exactly the right answer, he said plus we've got you. Like that's the other answer. That's exactly right. We're not mining Bitcoin. This is the most important thing because lots of guys have come along and tried to crowdsource a gigantic mine. I called the playbook because they've done it. But they fall flat on their face for two reasons. Number one, they never actually build the mine, which is funny and laughable. except we're going through the same challenge right now. It's easier said than done. We'll get to that in a few minutes. 0:26:20 But number two is they can't, you can't ever outmine China. They manufacture the chips. They make the chips that you need to mine cryptocurrency. If you add one data center, they'll add five. If you add an acre of Bitcoin mining, they'll add ten. They manufacture the chips. There's no way, especially not now with tariffs. There's no way that we can outmine them. And so any entity, any group, any network, any club that's going into the Bitcoin mining business is just destined to fail. I've researched them. Every single one that I can find that failed, I looked it up. What did they do? Oh, yeah, that's not gonna work. 0:27:08 Usually one of two things happens. Either they start as a fraud or they end up as a fraud. Once they realize they can't do it profitably, they go, what are we doing? Then it's some sort of exit scam. The guy disappears. He gets killed, killed in India. you know, whatever it is, it's, it doesn't end well. And it's because they always try to do the same thing. They're always trying to compete with China, and you cannot compete with China in this landscape. Why are we going to succeed where the others have failed because we're not competing with them? This is an incredibly important thing because we're competing with each other. 0:27:45 We want to build this mine. But no one's allowed to buy more than nine. We've got a million seats. So we either need a million individuals with one seed each, or a hundred and something thousand with nine seeds each, or a bunch of you guys, who are passionate about what we're doing, who believe that we're actually going to follow through and be different and better than everyone else and actually succeed, and go out there and help us fill those seeds and earn additional hash power. That's the competition that's built into TEXITcoin, that's so beautiful. It's frustrating when you think about it, watching your diminishing returns on your, daily output of coins. 0:28:24 But I think one of the reasons that we're growing so quickly right now is because people are waking up to the idea that, hey, this is actually working. We're reinvesting in our own success with our advertising and promotion strategy. People are extremely interested in our conversation, especially a year in realizing that we've got staying power. And they're jumping on board. Because they see that we've got a goal, the only way we're going to get there is by building the mine. And that brings us full circle background at the beginning of the conversation and tonight's topic. But that's what we're doing. 0:28:54 That's the thing that actually makes us different from everyone else that's coming for us. We know that this strategy works. We know that if we do a good job, we know that if we pay our commissions out, we know that if we give you an incentive to go out and grow, it's going to grow. It's growing right now. It's not surprising. We're not really even trying that hard. Very few of us actually do this full time. Maybe you're trying hard and if you are, thank you very much. And some of you do a really great job. but the reason we're going to make it in the others aren't is because we're not mining Bitcoin, which means we only have each other to compete against on one side. 0:29:28 On the other side, it's our job to promote our coin and get the world interested in it. I'm helping with that. We're doing a lot more of this month than we did last month last month. We spent about 70,000 bucks this month. We're going to spend about 450,000. It's about eight times Eight times more. So if you think it was impressive last month, and I'm getting text messages from people all over the state now, just saw your billboard in San Antonio. Don't even know you guys saw your billboard. Great job. It's going to be that much bigger and better in the month of April. 0:29:59 What we're doing is we're taking 20% of last month's, revenue and using it as this month's marketing budget. We've got to spend it. We've got to put it to use. I've told you I'd do it. And now I'm doing it. So we have me. That's answer number two that I'll accept. And I'm not a nobody. I'm not going to spend a lot of time on this, but remember I started a currency in 2008. Same year Satoshi Nakamoto started Bitcoin, not coincidental. 2012 created the original Bitcoin coin, 2012 testifying US Congress about parallel currencies. The same conversation that I'm having today with communities is the conversation I had almost 13 years ago in US Congress hasn't changed. I should go back and watch it. 2017 I started finally Getting involved in crypto. How? By creating some meme coin? No. By creating a powerful tool that lets people keep their crypto safe offline where it can't get hacked and won't go out of business. 0:30:51 That was my contribution to the industry. So we've got some leadership here. But the most important thing is our transparency. And again, this is kind of like bonus answer number three. We're not on the fake it till you make it plan. We're in the pay. We're just getting started. Ground floor basement level building the foundation. Come and join us. We've got bugs. There are some things that are annoying. If you're new here, you know, we've got some bugs we're working through them. Just brought on a great new development project manager today so I can spend less time in the development stuff. We're building a team. 0:31:24 This thing has taken off very quickly and it takes time to get good people engaged and bring them on board. but we're making great progress. But, but we're not making things up. Whatever it is that we are, that's what we are. We're just going to be upfront about it. We'll laugh about it all you like right now. People who were laughing a lot about our 2.8 cent coin back in April of last year, they're not laughing anymore. 0:31:46 More than 10x since we came out. I think we've got a long way to go towards our goal of 16. I think we'll get there way faster than, originally anticipated, but we've got a lot of goals. We've got a lot of paths to that goal. But the biggest one of all is by building the mine by actually following through on the thing that we say that we're going to do. That's the most important thing and that's what's happening right now. But I want to bring to you my revised mining strategy because it's a little bit of a deviation from where we were before. It's not that much of a deviation, but I think it's going to allow us to centralize our resources be as efficient as we can with the job that's in front of us today and go through a three phase process to get this thing done and built. 0:32:32 And so I'm going to share that with you right now. So Phase number A is three sites of substantial mining hash power built in and around DFW, all right. Remember phase, what we were talking about before was mining site number one and McKinney mining site number two and Victoria mining site number three in Gonzalez. Well, number one, Victoria is happening, but we're working with the power company out there to get the The power that we've ordered distributed to the site, the power's on site, but now we've got to get it placed by the container. It's a bit of an undertaking, right? It just takes time. So if Victoria has not happened yet, and again, most of it's because we got to deal with the power company, we've got it deployed construction resources out there. It's not turnkey. I was hoping it was going to be easier because we already had power out there on site, but they're, not letting us use that power because it's going to an existing oil rig out there. 0:33:30 So we got to build out our own power. So a little set back there. Mining site number three, Gonzalez. Now we put it in an offer. We had a contract. We put up earnest money. we did our inspections. We got two challenges with the site we picked. One, part of it's below the 100 year floodplain, which means we're not allowed to build there. Two is we've got lead paint. Now, lead paint's not the end of the world. The floodplain we can work around it. The building needs a lot of renovation. I can't seem to get my family behind me to support me on this hair-brained endeavor. So we backed out of the contract. 0:34:02 So a little bit of a setback there. In fact, the equipment that was sitting there waiting to get installed, we've pulled it and it just showed up this morning, back here in McKinney. So setbacks two step forward, one step for three steps back, back to the drawing board. This is why we're having this conversation today, by the way. So the revised plan. So that we can roll it out quickly and accomplish two things that are incredibly important right now. The first thing is redundancy. Now we've got some redundancy because I do have another minor setup offsite. So we've got some redundancy. But the second thing is to get our installed hash power at or above our current hash power. And I'll show you what that looks like right here on the same chart that we were looking at a few moments ago. 0:34:48 This is this line here represents our sold hash power. Okay. So as we're out there collecting money, this is the total amount of hash power that's been purchased or earned. You got a mouse over it and then let your mouse sit for a second and see that right now we're at 971.2. Now at the end of last week, as we looked at a moment ago, we are at 935.8. Now, I've got a spreadsheet over here that shows you what I'm talking about. So there's the number at the end of last week, 935,800 mega hash sold almost 1%. Okay. Here are all of the machines that we've ordered and everything that we've received so far all the way down to these last nine that are in route right now from UPS. 0:35:33 Okay. So we've got five L7s. We got 13, 5, 1, 11, 10, sorry. Down to 11. So these showed up. Now this is an order direct with bit main, but and we stopped doing these and started canceling, stopped doing them and started canceling the contract because we're not supposed to get these machines till July. So if I add in these machines on the anticipated July, we're actually a hundred thousand giga hash over the total amount that we've sold. But if we take these out because we don't have them yet, it gives us a more realistic show of what's going on. 0:36:02 And again, all we're missing, if we take these out, these nine out is what we sold in the last week, right? So if we add this in, we'll get them. I think they're scheduled to arrive on Thursday. We will, we will now have 4,800 more hash power in hand. 0:36:28 Then we've sold. If we add in the 9,500 mega hash on each one of the 10 L sevens that's on order, we're actually about 100,000 over. But we don't have that yet, so let's not count it. I will count the machines that are in root, but having them is half the battle. If you go over to our, telegram group, of course, you can see that we're putting pictures in here from time to time when they arrive. One, two, three, four, five, six, and a very happy UPS guy dropping them off. There's another stack of them there. 0:36:58 There's another stack of them somewhere else in here. The machines are coming in and that's great. But And less than until the machines are plugged in, dropped in the oil, the baby oil, and reflecting their total hash power on this number, then you can't see it and the world can't see it. And this is the most important part because remember, we're expecting to take our story of our mine-building adventure and our follow-through, the pictures, the media, the statistics, the live real data. That comes directly off the mine. And we're expecting to show the world the good thing that we've done, even if we're only 1% of the weight of the goal. 0:37:41 We've still done more than almost everybody else has done that's come before us. Unbelievable. But today, as you look at these two numbers, you say, hold on, says that the running mega hash is only 36, 37, 38 gig hash. What's the deal? Well, these things are sitting in my garage right now waiting to be plugged in. Well, let's get them plugged in, bro. What's the deal? Yes, we have to stop waiting. We have to start plugging them in. So we're a little set back on Victoria, a lot set back right now in Gonzalez. and so we've got to change the strategy in order to account for the hurdles that we're coming across. So the new plan, three medium-sized sites in and around DFW. Why in and around DFW? Because that's where I am. That's accessible to me and the team that I have. if I can get there within an hour, it means that we don't have to like Plan a trip, ship stuff down there, get down there, realize we forgot something or we have to wait for a contractor or a vendor that's not on time and not camp out while we're waiting to do that. So I'm building three sites now in and around Dallas, right? 0:38:44 Site number one is right here in McKinney. So just unpack the crate that came back. I'll shift it into the building tonight. It'll take me a day or two to plug it in each one of these folds 24 units. It's gonna have to calculator. Share the screen 24 units. These are called B24 so 24 times 16,500 gig hash. So soon as I get the first one plugged in all the way, we will jump from where we are right now at 37 38 all the way up to over 400,000. 0:39:14 Not all the way to our goal, but a big chunk of the way there. Okay, then we plug in site number two, and you double this number at 792,000, then we add The last one at 396, and voila, we're at 1.188 million, gigash, or I guess that's 1188 gigash. One one 18 million mega hash. Sorry. and we are above. We have more installed hash power than we've sold. Now remember, how much do we actually have on order or on the way or in hand right now? We've got enough. To be 4,800 mega hash over and I will consistently buy and put into our receipts chat at the end of every week. we'll show you the proof of adding the additional ones. Now here's the problem we have today. The problem we have today is that three B24s each one holds 24 A6 multiply that by three and it holds 72. We'll go back to this other chart and you can see that we've got if we set aside these 10 L7s we won't have for a while. We've got 60. So we've got expandability in the current infrastructure for cooling for another 12 ASICs. That's probably what we're going to sell this week. 0:40:32 Okay, so once those three are installed and full, we switch over to phase two, phase B. And phase B is actually what I'm most excited about. This was going to happen. this used to be phase three and now it's phase two. But I want to show you what this looks like because I've ordered a bunch of these units from our vendors. And we've got a bunch of different ones that we're going to test. They all run a different hash power. But these are what I call the in-home miners, right? We've got a couple of these right now that we're testing. They work great. they're inside of our budget for what we need to pay per mega hash for hash power and they're available and they're small and they run on simple power. 0:41:18 But we've got a couple different ones that we're trying out. This one's called the gold shell mini-dote three. This one's called the flu minor. That's only funny because they come from China. All right, it's gonna take me a minute here. Flu minor, the flu minor, the Alphapex DG home one and the gold shell mini three. We're gonna test all of these and we're gonna see which ones prove to be reliable and perform well. And then we're going to place an order for a thousand of them. And these are the in-home miners. Now, this is also a little change. Remember, we were working with Bitmain to develop our own device, custom manufacturer just for us. It hasn't happened yet. We need to keep moving on. Fortunately, there are other devices out there that we can get from the industry to take the place of that while we wait for Bitmain to continue to develop that for us. 0:42:10 And so that's the next step. So we're going to get three solid miners around DFW each one with 24 L9s in it. And that'll give us a lot of hash power. Then we start sending them out to you. If you qualify, if you're in the state of Texas, if you have enough hash power that's over and above the hash power of the device that we're sending you, we would love to send you one to plug in at home. Now, a lot of you're going to say, what about my electric bill? Yes, your electric bill is going to jump. 0:42:39 Number one, remember, you're going to also be mining like coin doge to pay that electric bill. We got to figure out exactly how to get that money back to you. So at least you're not losing money on electricity. But even if you are, your electric bill goes up 50, 60 bucks a month. If you're mining above 2000 mega hash, you're probably getting, I don't know what's that 20 seats, 200 coins a day, 40 cents a coin, 80 dollars a day. In TEXITcoin rewards. So remember, the TEXITcoin rewards the profitable reward will sell the like coin doge to pay the electric bill. But you know, we got to do the math. We got to test it. We got to figure out exactly what the electric consumption is. Once we figure that out, we'll find a way to make sure that you're not having to go out of pocket. 0:43:21 But remember, you are the important component of this strategy. When I say largest privately owned decentralized mine, I don't mean that our data center is going to be bigger than these. 100 acre sites they're putting in all over the state of Texas. I mean that we're going to have the most decentralized mine. Our mine's going to be big. But I want us to have mines out in 100,000 homes all across the state of Texas. So there's no one place where they can flip the switch and shut us down. Being decentralized is what it's all about. Bitcoin mining today is probably centralized in about six or seven data centers. That's a lot of Single points of failure. 0:44:04 It's not a lot of single points of failure. Point is that as we move into the second phase of our mining buildout strategy, suppose, for example, that we get a thousand of these DG1, these DG homes that run at 2, 2.1 giga hash, 2,100 mega hash, a thousand times 2,100 Mega hash is 2.1 million. So the first million mega hash is going to come from our three major sites that'll be around DFW. Then the next two million is going to come from the thousand miners that we're putting in homes all around the state of Texas. That's where you start to become directly involved. No longer a passive traveler on the rocket ship. And now somebody that's an integral part of our plan, our structure, our community. Our mining hash power, you're plugging in at home, you're trading your electricity for the ability to help secure our network. 0:45:02 That's what makes us the largest privately owned decentralized mine in the world. We'll test it out with a thousand people, we'll find out which ones are working the best, and then we'll place our next order. Remember our goal is to have a hundred thousand of those littered all over the state of Texas, securing our network, creating the largest decentralized mine in the world. Then we move on to phase three. What is phase three? Phase three picks up where we left off of Victoria with this beautiful fog hashing, shipping container. This is a really cool thing. It looks like this. It's called the BC 40. I can click on it here and go to the pop up. Check it out. You got this fun little roll away thing here. It's a shipping container. It's got the heat exchangers right on top. 0:45:51 And if you open it up, the pre-installed pre-wired, free pipe tanks that have the ability to drop in 206 turn key. Very easy for us to deploy the sites at this point with the pre-built containers. And this is the goal. So three medium-sized sites. 24 A6 and each one around DFW. Then we move on to the home mining where our decentralization takes off. And we create at least a thousand initial points of failure. Then we move on to phase three. We go back to Victoria with the land that we acquired, the sites build out, the pads there, the powers ready to plug in, we drop the container and now the next 200 A6. Get dropped in there easily. The next 9, 10, 12, 15, 8, 6 come in. We take them out of the box. 0:46:46 We pop the handles on it. We drop them in the oil. We turn them on and we're done. Instead of us running around the state of Texas right now, trying to find and build out and deploy 35 sites, we focus on three in DFW. Then we get them into the homes and then we can circle back and build out Victoria, Gonzalez and the other sites that we need month in, month out every month. Our goal will be to light up a new site. That's after we deploy the first thousand in homes. That is the revised mining strategy that I wanted to share with you tonight. The path that takes us all the way up to our 100 million mega hash goal 35 sites plus tens or hundreds of thousands of homes across the state of Texas. running on hardware that we're designing and or using off the shelf to make it easy to deploy and roll out. 0:47:33 Guys, we've got the community. We've got the capital. You know, we've got the good will. We've got the momentum. Now it's time for us to plug in all this hardware and show the world that we actually followed through on what we said we're going to do. We're right there. But as soon as I wrap up this call and say good night, I'm going to go back to the garage. I'm going to move things around. I'm going to get this machine in place. I'm going to put the oil in it. I'm going to send you guys pictures. You want to see it. I want to have it. And then we're on the lookout for two more sites around DFW where we can deploy the second B-24 that's arriving any minute now. 0:48:05 it's been many minute now for like the last two weeks, but I did get a track in number today. So then we'll light up the next ones, which we already have in hand, then we've got a couple more coming and then we've got only 12 empty slots in the B 24's. Then we go to the homes and then we start working on building up. Those pad sites and dropping those containers in place to give ourselves the largest privately-owned digital currency mining infrastructure in the world right here in Texas for Texas by Texans and our friends all over the country and now our friends all over the world. Okay, that's the mining strategy update. I want to bring it to you first. I've worked it out far enough with my mind that I'm happy with it. again, it's a little bit of a deviation from the plan, but it takes into consideration the time and the resources that we have. I'm tired of looking at those ASICs stacking up in the garage. They need to be in oil. They need to be crunching numbers for us making our network larger and more reliable. 0:49:01 And we've got the, sample home ASICs on the way. And as soon as I'm happy with one, I'll place a big order for them and we'll start identifying and communicating with you to, to get them out there in your homes as well. Okay, let's go to the Q&A and see what people are thinking. How do I qualify for one? I think I answered that one. Dave's iPhone says, aside from what our teams are doing, what can we do to encourage more treating on the exchanges? Oh, man, we've got issues on exchanges, don't we? A lot of you have gotten the letter from DexDashTrade.com about shutting down your verified account. Now, I don't have a verified account. I haven't gotten that letter. They don't know who I am, they don't know where I am. 0:49:42 When I sign up, I just put in my email address, my password, and that was it. So if you went through the steps of verifying your account, I think your accounts in danger. I did reach out to them. I did confirm that it's a real email. Watch out for phishing attempts people. This is a real problem. So I think that this is a real problem. And I think what you need to do is you need to withdraw your USDT and you need to withdraw your TEXITcoin from there right away. I think they gave us like another two weeks to get everything off there before those accounts are locked. Pretty please. If you've got a dextrated account, if you got that email, or even if you're just concerned, take your assets off of there. Remember, you're not supposed to leave assets on exchanges for a long anyway. You're supposed to get in, do your trades, get off like a ninja, like a crypto ninja. They can't be trusted. They get hacked all the time, they go out of business very frequently, use exchanges extremely cautiously. 0:50:37 But if you're on dextrade, I encourage you to get off. And in fact, I think that this is probably a good time for us to begin winding down our relationship with dextrade. Now, there's some good and there's some bad there. First of all, dextrade is where this story began. May 15th, 2024, that's where we went live. But they never once opened up the API to share our data with CoinMarketCap, and that was extremely frustrating. You know, above all else, we want this project to be real and honest, and they told us we had to manipulate our numbers in order to qualify for us opening up that API and sharing the data with CoinMarketCap. When that happened, I said, nope, we'll go somewhere else. Well, we went to BitMark, which was a big and expensive exchange. 0:51:17 The problem with BitMark is it's not available to us customers. Now, if you're willing to click, that you're from a different country and not give it too much information, you can get on there and you can trade with an unverified account. But we still have yet to find a real American exchange to call home. And that's a bit of a problem. Now, I want us to think about this for a little while. I don't want to make any decisions today on it. 0:51:40 But I want you to question whether or not you think it's important for us to have a good relationship with a small semi-trustworthy American-friendly exchange in the first place. The major goal that we have as miners is to monetize TEXITcoin. So if I'm able to give you an easy website like SwapTXC.com where you can go click click click and turn your TXC into USDT or USDC, that may satisfy the sales desire for most of our mining community. Some of you are getting involved with active trading by sell setting up your orders and supporting us on both sides of the market. Maybe you've got some texas coin in there on limit sales at higher prices. That's great. Maybe you've got some limit buys in there at lower prices. If the market drops, you buy those coins back in a cheaper price. That's also great. So if you're involved in the market making side of things, we really appreciate it. We want it. We don't want to see that go away. But we also don't want to continue to fight some of these smaller Unreliable exchanges as they deal with their own drama. 0:52:46 So I want you to think about like what's most important to you? If you take your coins off the mine and you have a easy website where you can go and monetize those at market price, you know, bit mark price, coin market cap price, is that something that would satisfy the need that you have? Or do we need to build our own exchange and take on that challenge for ourselves? I don't want to do that. We got better things than to do than get into the exchange business. That's A mess by itself, but I do want to see us work on continuing to build up the higher levels so that we get invited to go into cracking or on the coin base. I would rather hold out on messing with more exchanges if we have an easy way to monetize it and focus our attention on getting on the coin base. 0:53:30 My personal opinion, I'd love to hear your thoughts as well. but Dave specifically said aside what our teams are doing, what can we do to encourage more training on the exchanges? Also, do we have any idea of timeline when we can get on a coinbase and how we can help you achieve that? Don't worry about that. We're going live in Austin Airport. We're going live in DFW in another month or two. You know, we're doing so much advertising that they will find us. I will find out where Coinbase headquarters is and I will put billboards outside of their office. If that's what it takes for us to be noticed by the big boys. 0:54:00 As far as the timeline, I don't know. But don't worry about encouraging more trading on the exchanges. Okay. Remember, we're miners. We're the guys that are building the network. We're doing the dirty job. If I give you the ability to swap that into USDC or USDT, so you can go into, you know, buying on the market or golden silver shopping or catching that out through Coinbase to your bank account. If you want to do that, whatever that is, that's what I want to be able to provide for you. I'm feeling that's my responsibility. Hey, I've got these TEXITcoin. What do I do with it? There's nowhere to sell it. Well, it's not a real thing if there's not a place to monetize it. 0:54:34 So I want to provide that for our community. But after that, again, we're mining it. Let the market, let the traders, let the pros, let the bots, let the AI do the trading. You know, let the rest of the world be the buyers and the traders of TEXITcoin. We're the miners. So I want you, I want to encourage you to think about that as if our only responsibility is to bring the product to market. What's the product gets on the market and we're on bit mark, which is one of the largest exchanges in the world. So it's not like we're not on any exchange. It's just that the service we're providing to the miners is a monetization service. 0:55:10 That's really what I want to focus on. Let me know your opinion on that. but again, I don't look at the price too much. People tell me I have to stop saying that. but if I give you an easy way to monetize Texas coin, hopefully that should satisfy the majority of your trading desires. Hopefully, Dave, that answers your question. Jonathan, is that baby oil the same guy from Daddy's party? It sure is. They say it's not. It's like super expensive oil, but like, maybe it's just mineral oil that has a fancy label on it. Chris says he's got solar. Send me one. Unfortunately, Chris, check the rulebook. You're not in Texas, my friend. Nice try. Dave says grads on the DeFi plan. This is exciting. Not sure what you mean, but okay. Sam from Dallas says, I have a hanger 60 by 65 powered and closed 220 and 110. 0:56:00 Let's go. I want your hanger. Here's the only challenge, Sam. Thanks so much for thinking of that. We need three-phase power. If you've got three-phase power, then we're there, dude. In fact, I'll fly in my boy Nick is my pilot now. I won't fly the equipment in. That'll come by ground. but I'll fly in and I will check out our equipment from time to time outside of Canton, Texas. But we need three phase power. If you got three phase power, it's on semi message. If it's not three phase, get a quote. I know what it'll cost upgrade to three phase power. We need 400 amps at two 43 phase to set up a single B24. That's 400 amps 240 volts, three phase power. Pretty pleased with sure on top. If you're in or around DFW and you've got that, I'll take 48 is 480 as well. If you've got 400 amps at 480, even better. But that's what I need. And if you've got three phase, then let's talk. 0:56:56 Shelly says, what would the minimum internet capacity be required for the home music? It's almost nothing. It, it's not like streaming videos or movies. You're just doing a math equation. And then every couple of seconds you're sending your answer off to the server. It's a simple string of Text. Malphin numeric text. So the internet capacity is very very low, but it doesn't need to be reliable. So if you're on like a 288 modem, it's not it. But if you're on like a DSL or a cable situation or something like that, it's perfectly fine. And you wouldn't even notice being there. Thanks, Shelley. Maddie, will we be able to buy tech sequence stickers using TXC coins on the site that's coming soon that selling cold storage coins? Of course. We'll have stickers. We'll have signs. We'll have t-shirts and mugs. We'll have all kinds of TXC gear and swag. we had our first TXC QR code, like, vehicle, citing the other day in the wild. Somebody had a TXC one sticker on their car? 0:57:59 Didn't know who it was. Can their QR code find out that it was somebody other than who we thought it was. But yes, we will have lots of stickers. Stickers are a great idea. Thanks, Maddie. And welcome to the text coin community. Can we get on crypto.com? I don't know. I don't know what it takes to get on these bigger exchanges. We got money to buy our way on now. feel free to go over to CoinMarketCaps website and take a quick look at the topic exchanges. And you can see that You know, these are the big exchanges. 0:58:30 I don't know which ones of these, if any, are US based. Coinbase is obviously, but you got to go pretty far down to get to crypto.com and then even further down to get to Kraken. Remember, right now we're on Bitmart. Bitmart's number 16. It's a big exchange. But it's not available to U.S. customers. So if you want to be actively involved with trading crypto, I may not be the guy that has a solution for you because I'm going to be tunnel vision on Coinbase and Kraken. I don't want to play footsies with a bunch of these medium tier exchanges and lose sight of the real target, which is getting this thing onto a real exchange. Crypto.com is accessible. I want to talk to them. Kraken's accessible. I want to talk to them. I don't know which other ones would be considered large and reliable US exchanges, but let's talk to them. 0:59:19 Let's find out if we can do it, then we will. Hopefully that answers your question, Mr. Anonymous or Mrs. Anonymous attendee. Sam, let me check on the three-phase power in those requirements. Thanks for the information, Sam. Really appreciate it. Thanks for looking into it. Like I said, rent, yeah, home unit coming your way. Love to have it. Three-phase power 400 amps. That's how much power we need with a, single B24. We need three sites around DFW. That way, we can light up these first three B24s, which are already bought, already paid for. One is here in hand, one's here any day now and the other one is shipping in a couple days. We're 30 days out from needing the third site, but that's what we need to get above our sold hash power. 0:59:58 And once we're running, once our network is operating above the sold hash power, a couple of things happen. One, I come to you and I go, look, I did it. There it is. Real. You're welcome. Two, we show the world, we did it, we're doing it. And we're adding 100,000 mega hash every week, and we're doubling in size, guys. 1% now, 10% in a couple months. 20% month or two after that. It's growing very, very quickly. But the other thing that happens is our network becomes more reliable in the block output. We're supposed to make a block every three minutes. But unfortunately right now, because we're being driven by the Litecoin's difficulty, sometimes our network is struggling to get the next block to come out. And so if it takes a long time for the next block to come out, then we're not getting a block reward every three minutes. So if you see our coin output dipped down, that's because our network is struggling to keep up with Litecoin's difficulty, which has tripled since we started this project. 1:00:57 So we got to get our hash power up so that we can easily hit those blocks that we can continue to earn Litecoin and pay for our electric bill. We just got a proof for industrial rates. So our electrical rate is dropping from 13.8 cents all the way down to 7.2 cents, maybe 7.8 cents, which is great stuff. It's happened. It's really great to see all this come together. But I got to get back there. I got to plug these things in. It's my job to follow through on the promises I make to you. It's your job to watch my back and hold me accountable. And again, sometimes if things shift, if things change, if the plan evolves, I'll come to you guys first and I'll give you the latest good news. 1:01:32 Bad news. You'll always hear from me. What is the truth? You might not like it. We might have to work through it, but it's always going to be honest and upfront. And as soon as I'm ready to share the information with you, as soon as I'm comfortable, you know, I work through a lot of stuff on my mind. Sometimes I shouldn't open my mouth until I'm ready. When I'm ready, I'll share the information with you and, ask for your opinion and feedback and, see what your thoughts are. That's it for tonight. I got a little bit of daylight left. I'm going to run to the back and try to get this thing. in place, then it's just a matter of wiring it up, plumbing it up, filling it up, and turning it on. 1:02:07 And we'll get started on that tomorrow. I'm Bobby Gray. I'm a guy that started this thing. I'm very proud of what I've created. I hope you're happy with it too. We've come a long way in the last year, one year. I'm really impressed. And we're just getting started. I thank you guys again for participating with putting your trust and confidence in me, this project, our team. And, I look forward to following through on the promises that I made to you both in terms of building the mine and paying the commissions and building the community and promoting our project and, putting the ads out there, look forward to Austin Airport going live in just a couple of days. 1:02:43 Great stuff, guys. Really great stuff. I know that it's making it much easier to have conversations with people about TEXITcoin. That's what I want to hear. just keep up the great work. Keep up the great work. Couple of new people coming onto the team that are going to help you guys figure out how to get the most Out of TEXITcoin. But remember, we're competing against each other. We got a great community now. Let's go out and grow. Let's get your hands on that cash commission. Let's get your hands on that extra hash power. We got to compete against each other so that we don't ever have to compete against the rich guy, the foreign nation, the mega bank, the corporations. Let's keep it inside of our community. Let's keep it honest. Let's keep it, open, fair, accessible. And let's get this network to the point where we can start building on top of it and make Honest money, a reality in our lifetime. 1:03:30 I'm Bobby Gray. Thanks so much for joining. I'll catch you guys probably again on Thursday for another quick update. one of the best calls yet. Thanks Sean. It's very kind. So if someone got a solid lead for you in regard to these large exchanges, that would be helpful. Yes, it would be very helpful. thanks for the video. Have a wonderful night. TXC to the moon. Good night guys.
