Berlin Briefing: TEXITcoin Phase 3 'Iskander' and Early Miner Wins
Friday, January 30, 2026
Founder Bobby Gray hosts from the World Money Fair in Berlin with guest Josh Hammer. They review market volatility, share an early miner success story, and outline Phase 3 'Iskander' launching Feb 3.
Broadcasting from the World Money Fair in Berlin, Bobby Gray shares market context amid crypto volatility and metals spikes while noting TEXITcoin’s presence at the show. Guest Josh Hammer recounts joining as an early miner, weathering internal bumps (including “graduation” and comp changes), and using a partial cash-out around $2 to help secure a mountain home while continuing to hold and rally his Colorado team. Bobby recaps TEXITcoin’s Layer 1, Texas-only mining ethos, the long-term view for cycles, and lessons learned from Phases 1–2. Phase 3 “Iskander” begins Feb 3 with the first block in Dubai, targets global regional growth, preserves current tree placement through Mar 2, and introduces TXC-as-payment at a $1 notional with mirrored commission payouts alongside planned influencer and exchange efforts. Existing TEXITcoin miners and new participants are invited to join—prelaunch access is available now at $27,000, with broader $1,000+ packages opening after Feb 3.
There we go, recording is underway. Bobby Gray, 1AM, running on fumes here in, uh, in Berlin, Germany, uh, but always a pleasure to join you guys for a Thursday night introduction to TEXITcoin. I've got a special guest on tonight. I've got Josh Hammer, as I call him. Uh, we go way back, and we're gonna let Josh decide exactly how much of that story we want to share. with you, uh, tonight, but it's important because. Um, because Josh… Josh… did pretty well in his TEXITcoin adventure, and we're gonna… we're gonna dive into that in just the next few moments. Um, because we're getting ready to start Phase 3. And I don't know if it was luck or chance or how disconnected or. out of, you know, the communication pocket on the Texcoin project you've been over the last couple weeks, months. Or so, but uh… but you tuned in, and you caught a call the other night, and you heard about this Phase 3 thing getting underway. And you said, you know what? Maybe it's time, maybe it's time to reconnect. Maybe it's time to tune in and see what's going on over there. what all the fuss is about in TEXITcoin. So here we are. And, uh, and we'll bring you up to speed on that in just the next few moments. Um, before we get into that, again, I wanted to say hello to you from… Berlin, where we're at the World Money Fair right now, it's the biggest coin fair in the world. goes down once a year, and it's where all the majors and the national mints get together. Uh, and show off the latest collections and the finest, you know, high relief coins and specialty issues and all that stuff. And so. TEXITcoin is here, and we're exhibiting. So this is… this is an event, and it's huge. And so, this is where people… enter all the way over here, and they walk down, and they've got, uh, you know, tables set up, kind of like American coin show style. Uh, and then you make it into the main conventional. Where all the big boys are set up. If you keep going. through a little passageway, if you find the secret passageway over here, eventually you might make it all the way over to Convention Hall 2. And conventional, too, is really primarily where the equipment manufacturers are hanging out, showing off robotics and casting and. stamping equipment and polishing equipment and all the, you know, latest high-tech. automation components for coin manufacturing. So if you go all the way into this. odd haul, and you venture all the way down to almost the very last corner, and you get to booth C26. You will see our team over there hanging out and showing off TEXITcoin at that booth. Uh, so we're kind of buried in there, but it's an exciting place to be right now because the gold and silver markets are going. absolutely nuts right now. And let's take a quick look at cryptocurrency. Crypto is doing a little… a little bad. Josh, any insight? What do you got? What's happening in crypto, man? Why are we looking at $84,000 right now? Well, they just, today, they, uh, just didn't pass the Clarity Act once again, so… They… once the Senate just denied, again, the Clarity Act. Um, we just took a complete tank. And so, everybody's waiting for this clarity. And the Senate, and the Dems, and… Republicans just can't get eye-to-eye on it, and I know there's still a lot of things that, you know, need to get changed. What I've heard. That's gonna benefit us all as Americans and. And the people on the bottom end. Alright, so let's take a look real quick. Bitcoin hit this magical high. But, you know… of… did we hit 125 officially, or did it get extremely close to 125? I think I got really close. I'm looking at 124,752. So 124752, and today we're at 84,589, so 84,589 over. 124752. The market is down. 32.2% from its high. And when you're talking about a multi-trillion dollar market, that's a lot of money. That's a lot of money to just… go up in flames, and it can feel terrible. And it feels terrible because the unsophisticated trader, you know, the guy at home. That's watching all this stuff with wide eyes is saying, man, I want to get in on this craze, I want to get rich too. And they're looking at these markets, and they're saying, I don't know if I should do it, I don't know if I should do it. They wait, and then all of a sudden, they pull the trigger. And the unsophisticated investor is usually. pulling the trigger all the way at the top. that's usually what… when the FOMO gets to that point where people. that would normally never get involved in a particular market, pull the trigger, and jump in. They always seem to catch it right at the top. And so, um, and so what happens next is you reach that, you know, the end of that bull market, and then you begin that downward trend. And so. Bitcoin, you know, the OG. of the crypto space is down. What do we say? 32.2% today. And we're talking about, you know, a multi-trillion dollar asset class. So, if it's a $2.5%, $3 trillion asset class. and it's down 32%, we're talking about half a billion dollars. of value that's just gone? You know, where does it go? Nobody really knows. Um, but… it feels wild. And so here's the question, and the reason I bring all this up. The question is, and you can answer this one yourself, Josh, if you like. Would you invest in 1,000 ounces of silver right now? No. You know, the silver market is… absolutely nuts. I'm going to show you a chart of it in just a second here. But the silver market has gone bonkers, and people are bragging now, well, silver's outperformed crypto this year. And of course it has! So would you buy 1,000 ounces of silver right now at, what is it, a hundred and… $117 an ounce? 18, I think. We're officially, right now, at… 118 on the live market price. Would you buy 1,000 ounces of silver right now, knowing all the things that you know about silver and historical prices and all that stuff? I mean, we're talking about. a high that has never, ever been experienced in the history of the silver market. Would you buy it? is it gonna go higher? Yeah, I wouldn't. Hey. Hey. Do you have a crystal ball? What is the crystal ball say? You never buy when it's high. Never buy when it's high. It's a good thing to say. But how do you know? So let's take a quick look at the chart, right? So here we are. and look at this wild… okay, so this is our 20-year silver price. And keep in mind that this is when I got in. I got in right here at the end of 2007. I bought at $22 an ounce, so you can almost see it perfectly right there, where I got in at the very top. Just like everybody else that buys high. What happens next? It crashes all the way back down to $8 an ounce. You know, so that was the beginning of my journey in the precious metals market. And, boy, did I feel dumb. getting in there at. $22, catching the absolute top of the FOMO. and then watching it tumble. I literally, I sold my minivan. We had one vehicle. I sold my vehicle, and I went all in, $2,200 on silver, and then I watched it go, ooh, boom. Down to $8. And then, you know, we look at these cycles. 22 down to 8. What is that? 8 over 22, 8 over 22 is… you know, a 70%, a 65% drop. Wow. Then we hit almost, you know, this. redemption of the silver craze of the 1980s up here touching $50 an ounce. and then falling all the way back down, you know, on this low, slow journey over, you know, this is. mid-2010, early 2011. to 2020, 9 years to find the bottom at, like, 12 bucks an ounce. You know, so if we look at this journey from 50 down to 12. It's pretty easy math, 12 over 50 is… 76% drop over 11 years. And so, you know, we're sitting here, everybody in the silver and gold industry is as excited as they could possibly get ever. But you look at that chart and you say. Everyone knows what's gonna happen next. Or so we think we know. And you can actually look at the chart of what happened today as a pretty good indication. of the kind of things that they have access to, you know, if you go to, uh… KitcoSilver.com. Does this link not work? I think it works. Kitco.com. Boom, look what happened to gold. Look at this drop there. same… same exact chart on silver. How can that be possible? What is it that all the gold and silver owners on planet Earth decided all of a sudden, at one moment that it's time to cash out? Or is this manipulation, like we see over and over and over again in almost every market that's on planet Earth? You gotta mark it on planet Earth? There's somebody out there that's manipulating it. And so this is… this is wild stuff. These are wild times, and there's so much speculation right now in the silver industry. We've got, you know, AI commentators. Um, you know, trying to give you the real deal on what's going on, and. Uh, and I'll, you know, again, I want to point it out, because I'm here at this event, the biggest event in the industry, everyone's excited. But the question is, is it a really great time? to take a leap of faith in precious metals. If we're looking at these. all-time wild, never-before-seen highs. Any intelligent investor. is probably going to go… it's probably not the best time to get involved. So, the question is, when is it a good time to get in? You know, buy low, sell high. Get in on the beginning of the cycle, not the end of the cycle. Nobody knows really where the cycle begins or where the cycle ends, but there are a couple. you know, reasonable. checkpoints. And one of the checkpoints. is when a project begins. And this, of course, is what brings us. to our conversation. Because I'll never forget the day. that you and I were sitting in the spare bedroom at my house in McKinney, Texas. They're my next-door neighbor. We met, uh, literally the day that I moved into my house. We met, and I said, hey, I'm new to the neighborhood, and you said, well, welcome, I'm moving out. I said, where are you going? I just got here. Slow down, man. And uh… and so we met very briefly. You, you, uh, um… shared a little bit of your family story with me back then, you were, uh, starting your young family and thinking about going full-time RV. Yeah. Yeah, we had the RV in the driveway when you guys moved in. Is that right? So you… He had the camper in the driveway, and you were living out of it to start, like, warming yourself up. We were fixing it up, getting it ready. Yeah. to this concept, I'm like, you got a perfectly good house right there. It's quite nice. You did all the renovation, fixed it up. And you're living in this, you know, this fifth-wheel RV. just to get yourself acclimated to the idea. I've gone full-time RV. How did you get into that idea anyway? What was the background on full-time RV? Well, it was more of just, we wanted to get out of Texas and go back to Colorado, and then, you know, Karen always wanted to do. Uh, like, she was like, oh, we should just get an RV and travel, and… And she's a gypsy, like, so, like, I was like, alright, you know. Sounds cool. Let's do it, you know? And you ended up doing it, and looking back on that experience, loved it, hated it, would do it again, would never do it again. What's the overall takeaway for the people that are tuned in? It was fun. It was a good experience. You know, we got to… we still ended up working with you for that whole year. Yeah. Um, while we were living in the RV out by the lake, um, which was awesome, and… And then we went on a whole trip, you know? We went on the whole, like. Saw a lot of the East Coast, and. drove 5,000 miles and lived in there for about 2 years. But, you know, I like my tools and woodworking, and I didn't have a garage. And so… Yeah, it was. Yeah. So, it's an experience. you know, you took the kids, you saw a bunch, thousands of miles later. You know, I tell people, you know, parenting's tough. For every one book you can read that tells you exactly how to do it, there's a book that tells you that's exactly the wrong way, you gotta do it the opposite way. And, you know, I don't know exactly what the right rules are. I'm sure I made plenty of mistakes parenting, but I can tell you for sure. that there's no replacement. for time. You know, when you can spend time with your family, think about it, you know, most. families, they don't have the luxury of. just jumping in the RV and spending all that time together, they have to work, right? So they put their kids in daycare, and then they hand them off to school, maybe public school. And so, when you have that privilege of spending all that time together, there's no substitute. for the… for the care and the love and the bonds that come together when you're able to spend all that time together. You know, my family had an opportunity to do that when we lived over in Asia, um, and so… I hope that you guys. uh… got all you could out of that time, because the kids will never forget that. The warmth, the caring, the closeness, you know, they might not remember it. Uh, memory by memory, but the feeling is something that's gonna last with them their entire lives. So hopefully you got something great out of it, and uh… and that'll, you know, hold true for many, many years to come. Anyway, okay, so we met, and we tried to work on some coin project stuff together. You were in the process of a major, you know, life change on your end. Uh, we stayed friendly along the way, didn't work out exactly as gloriously as we planned, and I. I really blame the majority of that on just the challenge and complexity and lack of profitability in the coin industry. You know, we came up with great ideas for coins, but going through the whole process of design and. tools and manufacturing and marketing, you know, there's such a little amount of money in it. But at the end of the day, you work your butt off, and you're working for minimum wage, and you might have had a great idea. But, you know, if you can't get the big dealers to buy in on the idea, then it never really makes it to market in splendid fashion, and the profits aren't there. And that's just what my life was for a very long time, designing and manufacturing coins. And so, you moved on, uh, you ended up. eventually in Colorado, we stayed kind of in touch, and then you were back here for, um, a little while for a visit. right about the same time, April 2024, when I'm sitting there putting the final touches on getting TexitCoin. ready to bring to, you know, the market of the mining community. And so, brief pause real quick. If you're new to the call, we've got 197 people on tonight. Thanks so much for joining. I'm in rare form. Normally, I'm in a studio. And I've got a little bit of sleep, not tonight. So, thanks for tuning in, thanks for the patience and flexibility with the current setup here, but we're talking about TEXITcoin, and of course, TEXITcoin is a Layer 1. digital currency that's different in many ways, but the specific and interesting one is that it's exclusively mined in Texas. It's kind of like a Bitcoin redo. All the things that we love about cryptocurrency. Bundled into a Made in America blank slate, start over, build it with. Normal, uh, ordinary individual people instead of banks and hedge funds and foreign nation money. keep it simple, keep it clean, keep it honest, keep it transparent, and keep it in Texas. That's, uh, that's how we got started. Back early in 2024. We talked the other night about how we just celebrated our second birthday, um, because we mined the first block of TXC January 26th of 2024. And so, a couple months later, I felt good enough about the project to invite other people. to mine it along with me. And Samantha was there, and you were there. And Samantha, I said, let's go, and I said, Josh, what do you think? A thousand bucks, man, you want to come on this journey with me? Yeah, and that's where… I was like, dude, whatever you're in. And you said… And you're putting your head in, and I'm in, because I've always known you to just go all in and do what you say you're gonna do. And when you're like, alright, dude. I got this crazy idea, I'm gonna start a crypto company. And… and keep in mind, this is after we tried a couple other things, and… And we didn't have, you know, smashing success. We're still friends, we're still friendly, but we weren't, like, zillionaires and trillionaires together, we're just a couple guys. And we took a chance with each other. And so, um, so you were extremely early. in the TechSitCoin mining adventure. And uh… and I'll say that there are a couple people that were absolutely, um… you know, critically instrumental in helping the project get going. You know, one was. Our neighbor, Johnny Bostick, who's right down the street. you know, Johnny was so funny, man, like, he didn't know me at all, other than I was the guy that was out there trying to fix our road. You know, we've got this road that's in disrepair. Dude, I remember jumping in your truck and being like, what did he do to this thing? Shocks blown to pieces. you know, just like, well, I've been driving on this terrible road, it's like driving through downtown Baghdad for the last couple years, and this is what happened. So we've got this terrible road, I'm out there trying to repair it with my own money and a couple dollars that some of the neighbors kicked in, and so… so Johnny only knew me as this guy that was, you know, going up against. you know, challenges in the neighborhood to fix the road. You know, with a little bit of, uh, persistence and perseverance. And he was so funny, because he doesn't know anything about crypto, he's just going out to his people, and he's like, hey, give me a thousand bucks, we're gonna give it to this guy, you gotta meet him. But you were a little bit different, because you knew about crypto, and you made some money on, I think, uh, was it Shiba that you did well on? Yeah, I did good, and then my account got… my debit card on Coinbase got hacked and lost it all. And that's an interesting thing, because somebody… you had a Coinbase. credit debit card that was linked to your crypto, so you could tap to pay. Somebody got your account number, drained your account, you didn't catch it right away, and by the time. Yep. Uh, you finally saw what happened, you know, trying to get ahold of Coinbase support is, like, worse than banks. Like, I lost… Yeah, and they're like, it was after 3 months, so then I… because I wasn't using it, and then they were like, well, it's after 3 months, we can't do anything. Yeah. And, you know, they give you these bank-like features, but they don't really act and respond like a bank, you know, should. Not that there are many banks out there that are… that are real, uh, enjoyable to work with in the first place, but you're kind of already experienced in crypto. And so, do you remember looking back, you know, 96 weeks ago, what your first thought was when we were, you know. talking about this harebrained idea of. cooking up a brand new Layer 1 Texas-based crypto, like, craziest thing you ever heard, or like, maybe it's got a shot. Any memories of why you decided to take. that leap of faith back then? Yeah. Well, and that's where, like, I didn't really know too much about crypto. I knew enough. And, like, that's where I was like, alright, you know, I was in it, like, hey, good investment. You get it in the beginning, get things going. Um, with any project, you know, get in the beginning, and you're gonna make some money. Right. And… but I was like, you know, we had, like, after listening to your plan. I was like, this is a good project. I was like, we can really make something out of this. Yeah. Yeah. And… and so, I started just… calling everybody. Calling all my friends, and like, I'm like, hey. No. how do I do it? I don't know, Venmo some cash over, we'll figure it out. Right, where is it? Is it on an exchange? I was like, no, dude, it's just started, like, yesterday, like… And… I don't know, just give me money! Like, trust me, just trust me! And one of our first… Uh, actual formal meetings that we did was out there in Denver when you were back there in Colorado. You know, we came out, I don't remember the name of the restaurant, Tap House, Brewhouse. Yeah, the View House. Stack House, Ice House… And we brought a little group together, man, and it was awkward, and it was uncomfortable, and we didn't know what we were doing, and we all grabbed the microphone and just said a couple words, whatever came to us. And, uh, and that's how these kind of projects got started. But you got there… On day one. And you were there at the very beginning of it, and um… And then, you know, you did a really incredible job helping this thing get started, and then your life came back to being, you know, front and center for you. And I don't know how deep you want to get into it, I don't need to get into the details if you don't, but it created some friction for us. You know, you were doing your own thing, and the people in Colorado needed more help, more attention, and I'm trying to figure out how to run this type of organization, which I've never done before. I have no idea what I'm doing. And so we're making stuff up as we go, and we had, I would say, a bit of a falling out. You know, everyone didn't get the fists, but it was words, and it was. you know, frustration, and it was disappointment on both sides, and it was, um, you know, something where we ended up kind of. Um, parting ways, I would say. Um, and not necessarily as friends, you know? Hey, uh, whatever. And, um, this was about the same time. This was, like, December 2024. Yeah. And we ended up creating… because of the challenge and the stress that you and I went through together, we ended up creating the concept back then of. cash, you know, commission potential. Where it's like, okay, you did the work early on, and we appreciate that, but we have a one-time fee. And so, if we're not consistently building and growing and bringing new people on, I'm going to run out of money eventually. I can't pay everybody out forever, so someone's got to keep working. Well, that wasn't the deal that we made at the time, yeah, but the deal's gotta change, we gotta evolve, this thing's gonna go under if we don't change it. yadda yadda. Uh, long story short, we made a change. And that was frustrating. And change is always, you know, frustrating. It's uncomfortable, nobody ever likes to have to reevaluate the deals that they made. Uh, you know, sometimes those things are done for good purposes, but always, regardless of the purpose, it's a challenge. And you lose friends over it sometimes, and that's a real disappointment. Uh, but you stayed connected with the project, you know, you didn't take your coins and throw them off the bridge and say, I hate that guy, I never want to see him again. You stuck around a little bit, I guess. And, um, and so I asked you to jump on this call and share a little bit about. Yeah. what your Texit coin risk ended up. uh, doing for you in your life, and you're welcome to share as little or as much as you like with that, because I think you had a good overall experience, even given. the challenges and the stresses that we went through and the changes and, uh, you know, the whole learning experience itself, so… Tell me… tell us as much as you like about, kind of, you know, what ended up happening over time. Yeah, you know, back when we were doing gun shows and trying to get this thing going, it was kind of a mess, and we were just trying to figure out, you know, I remember me and you on the phone all the time, like. Well, what do we gotta do? Like, how is this gonna… like, what kind of commissions, and what… how are we gonna make this work? And, you know, and the… The changes always came through, and… Um, and we were doing our best. We were just trying to do our best, but I also own a roofing company. Yeah. And so, around that time, around November, you know, I had some vacation trips, I had family stuff, and. And so when I wasn't out there performing and taking care of the team. You know, that's when it was like, hey, what are you doing? Um, and I was like, well, this… this isn't my main job. And… And so… Yeah. Yeah. And my feelings got hurt. My feelers were all hurt. And so, you know, that's when, you know, you kind of booted me off there, and, like. And so I was kind of down for a minute, you know, I was like. Kyle, I was… I think I was more hurt, because it was, like, we were, like, really close, and then I was like, ah. You know what, it was just business, you know? And we just what we needed to do. And so we talked after that, but… Correct, yeah. Yeah. So, so just so you know, we have a new term for that now. We call that graduated, right? So… So if you're tuned in on a call and you start saying some real nasty stuff about Bobby and his… his wild plans, like, watch out, because you could get graduated, and graduated just means that, like, we're not turning off your mining power, we're not shutting down your coins, we're not rolling back the blockchain to eliminate the payout that you got from the mine yesterday. We're just, you know, graduating you from participating in the Rapid Rewards comp plan, right? And it's like, you know, for some people. Yeah, I still have all my minds. You know, I still was getting my commissions. It's a big deal, but… And, you know, it took a month or so for me to… and my team was reaching back out. Well, let's… let's… let's stop for a minute and just pinpoint exactly what I did. So, so I didn't graduate you, but you were the first person that I changed. And it was, like, the first time that I was, like, my dictatorial. Yeah. stuff kicked in, and I said, look, I'm in charge, my program, I get to make the decisions that I believe are in the interest of the success of our organization, and. you know, that's frustrating for the people that get singled out, but what I did was I shifted you just one spot down, because you were right there. And I shifted you one spot down. So I made it so that you had to build out your other side, and like you said, it took a little while, but it ended up happening, and your commissions. you know, continued. And so… Back to the story, stressful, um, but we worked through it. You work through it. Yeah, you know, I… it was kind of, you know, it hurt for a minute, and then… I was just like, you know what? Um, I actually had another guy that I met at a gun show that was like, man, I went on. And I was like, guess what? I got a number 2 spot for you. And… And so, I put them under my other leg and started building out my other leg and. Right. And he crushed it. He was great. That's the knife guy, right? And so, and started… boom! Yeah, and so it was… Yeah, and uh… And so… and then started… focusing my, my, uh, sales onto that lake. And so, but… And let me pause for a moment real quick, to talk about the money, because this is something that I really. Um, didn't think about until… you know, you and I went through this, which is, look, we've got this thing, it's got a commission program, you know, 3 points left, 3 points right, $1,000. You know, $1,000 a week. $52,000 a year. is, like, more than most Americ… more than the median, you know, take-home pay, cash weekly. And that's a pretty big deal for most people, but not for everybody. And I said, well, we max out at $3,000 a week. You're telling me that $156,000 a year is not a great paycheck? And of course, for most people, what, 95, 97, 99% of Americans, it's. great, incredible money. But not for everybody. And you're doing extremely well in your line of work, construction, roofing, and all that stuff. And so, you know, it caused me to step back for a second and be like, eh, okay, even at $3,000 a week, it's not, you know. a huge… Well, do you remember when you asked me, like, hey, I want you to be my number 2 guy, and just, hey, I'll pay… you're gonna make $150,000. I was like, dude, I make more than that. So… that's why I, like, it was… for me, it was like, this is a great secondary income. And… but it wasn't incentivizing me to just drop my whole company, and. Right. Yeah. Yeah, and it took me a long time to really understand that and sympathize with that. You know, I look at it and go, this is big money. I mean, dude, how much have we paid out so far in commissions? 50, 60, 70, 80 million. But still, you know, it's a couple thousand bucks a week to, you know, thousands of people. And so, it may not be your major source of income, it may not be your full-time thing, and uh, you know. That, uh, that for me, I guess it was a little… frustrating or eye-opening at first, but, you know, certainly today I've come to understand that we've got a lot of great people in this deal. Some of them do it full-time, some of them do it part-time, some of them do it along with. other network marketing type things, some of them do it along with other full-time 40-hour-a-week jobs. And that's perfectly fine, that's exactly what this thing is supposed to be. It's supposed to be a voluntary system. Where you do as much as you want, when you want. The flip side of that coin is, I need you to understand that because we have a one-time fee. I can't pay out everybody forever. And so we've been working through that, and it's been a challenge. You know, still, this month, you know, we've got the last couple changes. going into our comp plan that I think will be the final changes that we need in order to get it to perform under the 50% budget, you know, threshold. Um, but take us a little bit further, you know, take us to where you had a life-changing. Um, exit. Yeah, um, because after that, we just kept going. I got my team, and we're like, hey, I still believe in Texit. We didn't talk as much, we didn't talk a little bit, but… You know, me and my team, we weren't the biggest fans of you. Hey, there. For a while. Um… And… and we literally called ourselves the Texit Outlaws. Um, and so… which… You know, we're… we've got our little team out here in Colorado that… and so it was… it was kind of funny, but we still were holding… Like, little things at breweries, and signing people up, and… because we still believed in the project. Still do. And… and so, you know, I was able to, you know. Yeah, yeah. able to get my dream home this year, or last year. You know, up in the mountains. Yeah, I was able to cash out some, and… which I still only cashed out, not even probably 15-20%. Like, I'm still holding everything. Um… So let's not get into exact numbers, but do you have, um… I don't know, we don't want to share pictures or anything like that, but… I will tell you that you were candid with me and you told me the amount that you cashed out so that you could do a down payment. on a beautiful home that's 10,000, 11,000 feet up in the mountains. Yeah, 9,000 feet? And… 6 acres on the end of a cul-de-sac, the mountain I'm on, the edge of a mountain. about a secluded and private as it gets. tell me… tell me when this cash-out happened. Yeah. Um, honestly, it was around… It was when we were still around $2. Really? Huh. Yeah, yeah. And… and so, yeah, it wasn't even on the big… I didn't even… like… when we were on the high. I was… I was actually thinking that I was gonna catch you on camera saying that you cashed out at $6.72, a big chunk, and you were the… the first domino to fall. to mark the top of our market and begin, you know, our slow descent into the current bear market that we're enjoying today. So you didn't even get out at the top. Yeah, no, I think I cashed out, like, 5 grand when it was up there. That was about it. And so, like, I was like, oh, it's rising, man, I'm riding this thing out, dude, we're gonna be at $10, $20 by January. Like, and… and so… but I was in the middle, like, we found the house, and I couldn't wait, and… I remember, like, I was like, hey man, um, are you ready to buy, like, buy some coins for me? You're like, dude, I've just bought some, I can't, so I limit. Yeah. sold every day, and… And it, like, because I was like, I'm not gonna hurt the market, I want to do this right, and… So, for, like, 2 weeks, I, uh, I sold off. I'm looking right now at our chat history, and you're right, you were in the $2 range. coins, and had to deal so that I could, uh… get my… Yeah. That was what we were talking about. And it was mid-August, so you were kind of a month. Yep. there before we hit that crazy FOMO. top of the bull run… You know, absolute peak, and started that downward slide. Yeah. And so, I want to say, man, I'm happy for you, I'm happy for your family, you've got a new edition of the family. Um… and I'm really glad to hear about a success story, and it's so easy when we get caught up in this, you know, anger and depression phase of the bear market, which is a very, very, very standard and normal thing for crypto. or for any market cycle. Which is new for us, because we've got a lot of people that are new to crypto that don't understand. how markets go… red hot and ice cold. Um… But I know that a lot of people, even the ones that are frustrated right now, probably if they take a step back and look, they're still up. And it's not the money. Or it's not… it's not the… a loss that they're dealing with, it's… it's a… It's a sleight of hope. it's looking at their wallet and saying, this is life-changing money. And then all of a sudden, it being gone, or being different. And them saying, man, I was really ready for that. I could have sold, I should have sold. And my hope for all of those people, you know, whether they're up or down, is that they think more strategically about it. as we start the next cycle. And they say, alright, alright, let me, let me learn from that. not get overwhelmingly caught up in the hype. But strategically exit as this thing starts to stair-step its way back up. on its next bull run. Yeah, you'll lose out on some of the top end. But nobody knows when the next top comes. Unless you've got a crystal ball. You don't know when that day's gonna be here. You know, and like you said, you cashed out $2 range. Like, would it have been nice? to do it higher up? Sure. Of course, but how do you ever know? Yeah. You don't? But if you have an opportunity to exit and turn it into a real-world benefit. then you should take that chance, you should take. You should make that decision. and take that cash off the table and improve the quality of your life. I don't care if it's getting yourself. you know, paid up on credit cards, or buying the fishing boat you've been looking at. Or… paying off your mortgage, or upgrading a house, like, whatever that means for you, I want you to have a better day. Because of the work that we've done together. But your story's a little bit different, because you were there on day one. And that's a really interesting thing, and interesting timing that we're having this conversation, because on February 3rd. Yeah. We're gonna celebrate our next day one. We start Phase 3 with Iskander. And this is a planned progression of our strategy. As we build out our mind. engage regional territories that we want to do business with. You know, we've got 5 of them picked out. USA, South America, Africa, Eastern Europe, Middle East, and also Asia. you know, Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea. And so, we want to have a presence in every one of these areas. We started in the hardest place. We started in USA. Nobody starts a crypto project in USA. And we've done very well. Very well, you know, so well, in fact, that it's life-changing money for some people. And I'm happy for you and the other people that have had that experience. And so… so take me through, you know, was it sheer chance, or have you been tuned in a little bit the last couple weeks, and you've been feeling this. Well, I've… I've been watching call. I still… I get on… I get on the, um, group chats. this new thing coming. Oh, cool. Um, throughout the week. I get on the calls, I try to keep up with every call, um, on the week, mainly just because I still have my downline, and I still have all the people that I've signed up calling me, asking me, talking to me. Right. About, hey, what's going on? I'm scared. And I just, you know, I'm like, hey, I'm not worried, I'm in the same boat. But it is what it is, we're down right now, it's not over, it's not ending. I'm like, just… Hold on, and ride it out. And so, that's where… You have to keep connected. That's the most important thing, man. Look, I can't give any advice to anyone. When should I sell? You know, what does Bobby say? It's like, no, no, no, no, no. You sell when you reach a moment where you're ready. to sell, right? But I want everyone to remember. That it's the… it's the little guy, it's the retail trader, the guy that buys in at the top with the FOMO. and sells at the bottom. Because they feel stupid, all their friends are making fun of them, and they go, wow, I was so dumb. And then they're burnt. And then they're out. They're not going to get back in. You know, so… so I would encourage you guys, this project is not over until I lock the door and slide the key under. The difference between a project that dies and a project that is ready to start its next. bull run is leadership. You're here, I'm here, same guys that were there on day one. I don't know of many people that have gotten off the rocket ship, a couple people were graduated. But everyone here that I know of that worked with me in the beginning is still here today, and we're all excited. about the beginning of Phase 3. I call it Iskander. And Iskander is the Persian name for Alexander the Great, who is a pivotal. uh, you know, leader in history, uh, his conquest marks the end of the age of. Barbarianism and the beginning of the rule of law and trade routes and currencies and civilization, kind of as we know it. You know, he's classically trained by Aristotle and reason and logic. And we want to have a good relationship with our trade partners all over the world, whether they're in Asia or the Middle East, or South America or Africa. There are great things that are made and produced all over the world. Trade with all, alliance with none. As Thomas Jefferson said. And we expect. to build a strong connection with those communities by building a mind with them. You know, the same way we saw it work successfully in Texas, we expect that to work successfully in the Middle East and the other areas that we. that we take this on Phase 3. And so, we're starting this next phase because we were successful in phase one, because Phase 2 is now underway and doing spectacular, and because. It's time for us to diversify our network, diversify our revenue streams. You know, diversify our political exposure. There's a lot of great benefits that come from beginning Phase 3, and it could not have happened at a better time. you know, if we did this back in September, and all of a sudden the market tanked. Where, like, Bobby would have just stayed focused on what he was doing in Texas, it would have been just fine. But now we get through this, you know, market downturn, we enter the bear market, and we say, okay, what are our ideas to drastically change. the position we're in right now. Well, instead of us sitting here banging our head against the wall trying to, you know, fill the seats on the Texcoin rocket ship while the market's down, when we know full well that when the price comes back around, people will be lining up and. throwing money at us to be a part of the mine. Let's just shift our attention and. Start Phase 3. What else could they possibly say about us that they haven't already said about us online? You know, but to know that we're calling the bottom here in January, and to know that great people are eager to see this project continue to grow and succeed, like yourself. it's really reassuring, and I want to thank you, because you reached out to me the other night, I'm like, huh, you're still here! I went in. Okay, this guy wants in too. Okay, we got a couple more guys, what do we do? Yeah. My whole team. My whole team is, you know, they're all like, hey. I said, well. You know, they all… we're all in, you know, it's… Exactly. And what that means is that you have an opportunity to be a part of that Genesis block, you know, as the first block is mined. You know, and as this journey is just beginning. And the same work and effort we put into the last project is going into this project, but now with thousands more people. And with a lot of those hard lessons learned, you know, like… We didn't have an exchange back then. We're already under contract with Bitmark today. I don't know if I told you about, um, evaluating Binance Alpha. for the launch of Iskander project as well? I mean, there's a lot of cool stuff that's… that's. Um, that's in the works now. You know, a lot of the rules that we made for TEXITcoin, we're not doing influencers with TEXITcoin. We have a no-influencer policy. We got influencers lined up for Iskander. And so I think this project is going to go really far really fast, and I'm excited about that. Because its success drives. our sister project just as well. You know, we get to take some of the expenses that are eaten through our budget. off of our budget, and shift them over to the other projects. So, this is a great thing across the board. Uh, and the buzz that's happening right now when people saying, I want in, I know about the story that happened with the guy that got in on the early days. Let's go. I went in, I went in early. And we say, great, let's go. Now look. Right now, the only option for people to jump in before February 3rd is expensive. It's $27,000. And I don't want anyone, you or anyone else, ever take a risk. leap of faith that's uncomfortable. Not now, not ever. So, if you want to wait until after February 3rd, when we start to open this up to TEXITcoin miners for $1,000, all the way up to… 81 or $243,000. I mean, we've got big packages out there, then just wait. It's okay. You'll miss, you know, the first couple days of mining, and you'll have to wait to get onboarded. I think we're going to be pretty jammed up for the first. a couple weeks because, and this is really important for you as well. I don't know if you heard, but we're preserving. the hierarchy that we have right now. We're not going to let people leapfrog over other people because they got their money to us before the other guy did. We're going to take the entire month of February and go up until March 2nd, Texas Independence Day. You know, so that we preserve the order in the tree. I'm number one. Samantha's number two. Well, I guess Briggs number two now. You're number 3. So if you decide to join us. You got until, you know, um… like I said, March 2nd. to commit, and then we'll preserve that spot. And so you don't have to worry about getting kind of plugged all the way in down at the bottom. But I think you've already told me that you're ready to join, you're ready to roll up your sleeves, and this time you're planning on aggressively helping this thing build and grow and fill the seats. Anything that you think of doing different or better than what you did last time? Well, this time, you know, I've already contacted a lot of the Colorado guys. And so, we are… working on uniting Colorado. Okay. And… and having a united front. And so that we're all together, all, uh, doing all the events together. Um, and so that's really what my focus is, is getting us all back. all of us original guys that were built Colorado up. And so we want to take Colorado by storm, and we're going to work together as our. Yeah. our team. And so that's really what… Um, I've been working on the last day or so. I love it. Um… Can you think of it? Any objections that you'll come across as we introduce this to TEXITcoin miners and other people as well? I mean… You know, I know what the standard things are. Oh, it's a rug pull, it's a cash grab, it's a this, that, the other thing. Any other things you think you might come across that are under expected or unexpected? You know, the biggest thing that, you know, I think we're coming across is just like, oh, but look at TechSet. You know, and like, do you… how do you have the faith? And it's like. I'm here, I'm putting all my faith back into this project, and I'm doing it again. Yeah, that's a powerful thing. You've got a great story for that. And… and so… And that's where, like, hey, being a Texit miner, you have to be a Texit miner to get in, as well. Yeah. And I think already, like, I've talked to a couple people that never got into Tech, because then they thought it was too late. They missed the boat, and whatever. Um, that I called up, and I'm like, hey. Right. You got another chance. So now they're gonna have to become a Texit miner. Yeah. Right. And which is also gonna boost up Texit. And that's where, I think. We're not. There's another thing, too, where we're letting people use TXC to pay. we're not leaving Texit, you know, and Texit's not going anywhere, and so we're still… And we're gonna put a $1 value on that with the expectation that they take it back later at a dollar as well. What does that mean? It means if they want to pay that sign-up fee in TXC, we'll… give it a dollar value. Then they earn commission. Okay, well, here's your TXC back at that same dollar value. So you kind of get a benefit on both sides. you know, right now, text coins 60, 70 cents, you know, if you go out and pick it up on the market to pay your buy-in. Then you save money, you get a, you get a discount, but. When TEXITcoin takes back off, you get it back at that dollar price. It's kind of. It's almost like an option. You know, it's like a weird… it's a weird deferred option or something like that. Uh, but again, that's all about the synergy between these two projects, and there's so much of it, you know, we'll have. a nice video or article outlining all of the many reasons why this is incredibly beneficial for TEXITcoin. You know, look, if we've got to take a couple months to get downtown Digital started and wait out this bear market and let the thing settle out. let's give ourselves another… a tool in our tool belt. Let's give ourselves something else that talks people about. you know, you gotta remember, I said from day one, we've got a 10% hard cap on text coin miners. Well, does that mean if it doesn't work, you know, you're going to shut it down? No, I'll find my miners, I'll get rid of that hard cap, I'll sell it all over the world if I have to. You know, but we don't have to do that. So, you know, if we take a break a little bit from TEXITcoin mining sales, because it's tough. And we're able to do it with a different product that doesn't have some of those restrictions and limitations in it that we put into TEXITcoin, because it's in a different market, it's a different product. then we all win. And so, I'm excited about the synergy, I'm excited about the opportunity. Um, look, I'm working hard on it. You know, I'm in Berlin now, in a couple days, I'll jump on a plane, and I'll go to Dubai, and I'll mine the first block. Uh, this is a project that we want to have completely under the fully regulatory-approved framework. Um, it's hoops and hurdles, you know, it's not cheap, it's not easy, but uh… but by proving. that we know how to run a business. pay commissions, pay payroll, pay vendors for 96 weeks. It shows a lot of credibility. You know, another thing that happened for us recently is we got through the whole Ponzi. era, right? You know, how does a Ponzi unravel? Well, the sales level off, the new money stops coming in, and they can't afford to pay back the old guys because there's no new guys. It's like, look, if our sales come down week after week, the commissions we have to pay are lower and lower and lower, we have no problem keeping up with our obligations. You know, so it's like, oh, maybe it wasn't a Ponzi. What a surprise! What a pleasant surprise! And so we got through that, which was good. Yeah, it wasn't a rug pull, because I'm still here. Look, I've said before, you know, people don't know what's in my heart. All you can see is the proof that's in the pudding, and 96 weeks of following through on our promises is pretty good. Um, and now, if you'd like to join us, if you'd like to continue the journey, or if you want to roll back up your sleeves, man, and pick up your place. At, uh, spot number 3 there. Um, then let's go. Let's go, let's have some fun, let's… let's start the new project and get the new bull run going. We don't know where it's gonna go. I hope we've all learned some lessons from TEXITcoin's market excitement, you know, exit your position a little bit, be strategic about it, put some cash. you know, back in your pocket, play with house money. You know, there are a lot of good lessons to learn from what we experienced, and I want you guys to take advantage of all of it. Have all the fun, make all the new friends, travel. We've got Total 2049 in Dubai coming up. Um, you know, we'll have a contest that we put together for people that want to join us out there and have a little bit of a vacation, maybe work the booth. and make some new friends on the other side of the world. It's a big and beautiful world, guys. Get a passport, explore it all. Um, come with us for this journey. But you gotta pull some cash out, you gotta be comfortable putting that money in, you gotta be comfortable taking the risk. And if you believe that I'm going to work hard every day for our mutual success, then I want you to come with me for that journey. What else you got? Any other final words before we call tonight? No, I… Yeah, just that it's been a crazy ride, and, you know, with all the ups and downs. And… but all I can say is that Texit… changed my life. So, like, with it, I've met great friends. Um, that now we talk all the time, I've got great friendships. I've… I'm in a dream home. And… I'm looking for the… and now just keeping it going. You know, it's… it's not over. I've told a lot of people, like, this is a long-term thing. There we go. Well, good, ma'am. Well… You know, especially over the last 6 months, I've told everybody that signs up, like, this is a 3-5 year thing, so just… Get used to that. Yeah. We'll have our cycles in that period, you know, but it's gonna take time. We never told people that this was a get-rich-quick thing. Um, you know, we've always encouraged people to be careful. Crypto's volatile, it's a yo-yo, it's a rollercoaster ride, and you gotta have a strong stomach and a thick skin, because, you know, even if we're doing well, people are going to throw. you know, all kinds of troll. drama and trash at us because, you know, the jealousy thing kicks in, and that's a real shame, but, um. But it is… it is a project that takes time to build and mature, and as we set these things up all over the world to climb our way to the very top of the industry. It's going to be a real adventure to see just how high we can take it. I think number 3, I think a top 5 coin is a realistic thing for Texan. So, buckle up, here we go, may the adventure continue. Thank you for you, uh, and your family for. Uh, for allowing you to continue on this journey, uh, you know, we're always… extremely interested in, um, you know, understanding consequences. It's like, you might have a great idea, but if the family's not on board, then that creates stress. And those contradictions and those challenges are not healthy. And so, you know, for you to. to fully be able to embrace a project, mind, body, soul, family, friends, the whole thing, it just makes. Uh, it that much more enjoyable to participate. And so, always be, uh, careful and considerate of the ecological consequences, the decisions and investments have. make good, well-thought-out, uh, you know, choices from good, well-thought-out research. And then, buckle up, and let's have some fun. So thanks, man, I appreciate you jumping on and joining tonight. Um, we've got 214 people on the call tonight. This will be. published with the recording here in a couple minutes. February 3rd, we mined the first block of Iskander. It is in no way whatsoever, um… in any way, shape, or form a new project. It's a continuation. of our existing project. It's Phase 3 of TexitCoin's strategy. And I'm glad that you're here to hear about it, and I'd love to have you join. Check out Iskandercoin.com, that's. S-K-A-N-D-E-R coin. or reach out to your sponsor. Like I said, we're going to preserve all the tree and placement and all that stuff. If you join us between now and March 2nd, and what that means is if somebody jumps on board, we might give you a call and say, hey, man, you got somebody that's down here that's on board. Would you like to… You know, join us and preserve that spot, you know, and start earning your way towards your next commission. So evaluate those options and opportunities, never put in more than you're comfortable with. And let's go. I'm Bobby Gray, I'm the founder of TEXITcoin. This is my dear friend, Josh Hammer, as I know him. I love you, ma'am, I love you and your family, you guys are beautiful people. Stay strong. We're all in this life thing together. We gotta find our way through it the best we can. Not every day is full of roses and sunshine, but uh… But I think that when you look at character. Uh, you can tell the good people from the other ones. And when you get good people together, great things happen. And that's what we've had with TEXITcoin, and that's what's coming our way with Iskander. Thanks, love you, man. Yeah, you too. Thanks, brother. You have a great night. All right, everyone, thanks for tuning in. We'll talk again on Tuesday. Bobby Gray here at TEXITcoin, have a great night.
