Strategy Launch: Podcasting, Legal Wins, and 10,000 Terminals
Thursday, July 16, 2026
Bobby Gray discussed the new Honest Money Live podcast strategy, big legal updates in Texas, and a massive sales push for Nectar Pay terminals.
### THE GIST The team is shifting gears from "sowing" to "reaping" as recent legal filings and improved social media reach via StreamYard have sparked a 3x jump in the TXC price. Bobby announced a new collaborative podcast strategy to broaden the project's audience, while Tim detailed an aggressive plan to deploy over 10,000 Nectar Pay terminals across Texas using a new professional sales force. * **Broadcasting & The "Proof of No Edit":** Bobby highlighted the success of switching to StreamYard, noting that live, unfiltered content is the new "coin of the realm." A new "Honest Money Live" podcast is in the works to interview experts across politics and finance. * **Legal Strategy & Market Response:** TXC has hired a top-tier firm (Quinn Emanuel) to challenge regulatory overreach in Texas. Bobby called this a win for the entire crypto industry and noted it served as the catalyst for the recent price run-up. * **Market Guidance:** With the price climbing, Bobby urged the community to avoid FOMO, be strategic with limit orders to provide liquidity, and not obsess over the charts, reminding everyone this is a "generational wealth" project. * **Nectar Pay Deployment:** Tim is currently hiring sales managers and reps to hit a target of 10,000 active merchant terminals by October. The focus is on DFW, Austin, Houston, and other major hubs to increase the "velocity of money." * **CoinMarketCap Verification:** The project is spending $75,000 to have CoinMarketCap verify the entire TXC chain and L2 tokens, correcting the holder count data which currently only shows wrapped token holders. * **Road to Page One:** The team set a goal to reach the front page of CoinMarketCap and hit the "Top 100" by the Token2049 event in Singapore, positioning TXC as a stable, peer-to-peer alternative to legacy finance.
There you go. I'm just going to assume this week that we're live. We're not going to do the guest and check thing. I'm not going to wander around the internet trying to figure out if it's true. We're live, everyone. It's Thursday night. Welcome back. I think we're here. Good evening. Hello. Welcome to Thursday, July 16th, 2026 for now. Bobby Gray here, founder of Texacoin, joined with my co-hosts, Matty and Tim. You guys want to do an intro? We're making this up as we go. Quick backgrounds? Do you need a subtitle or any kind of weight distribution? I think if people have been paying attention, they know who we are. But that's the problem. That's the problem we have right now. We went from, and Matty, you can give me the statistics way better. We went from like, hello, is anyone tuned in to StreamYard, to everyone on planet earth, all of a sudden, overnight, unprovoked. We didn't even know it was going to happen. If I knew it was going to work as well as it did, we probably would have spent a little bit more time preparing for it. Let's talk about that real quick. Matty, you introduced us to this tech a year or two ago, a long time ago. We paid for it. We got the subscription, the VIP version of it, and then nothing. I don't know if it's a tech hurdle that we didn't cross or just we didn't fully understand the importance of communication through social media. Maybe that's it. There's a great future ahead now that we're forging the path for Texacoin on StreamYard and on X, on Facebook. I know a lot of people are watching. Shout out to all of you and StreamTXC. These are all really powerful platforms. You know what it makes me want to do? It makes me want to go out and get more platforms. When I click on the Go Live button, it's like, where do you want to go live? Facebook, because we've got that, and X, and Instagram. I'm like, I don't even have an Instagram account anymore. Maybe I need a new Instagram account. It's like 27 other social media platforms. Kick, have you ever heard of Kick? What is Kick? Rumble, yeah. I mean, we could be... My favorite part is calling Bobby afterwards and say, hey, I had two or three more people reach out to me that haven't been paying attention. They're like, wow, I caught your live Zoom. I'm like, oh, that's really neat. I'm like, Bobby, this thing's working, man. This is really cool. Well, it is really cool, and it's so cool, in fact, that I have a new idea that I just developed yesterday. I don't want to get too deep into the idea, because we've got some people that I think can really help us get this idea started. Everyone and their mother wants to have the next greatest podcast. All you got to do is spit on that thing, and next thing you know, you're podcast number three on planet Earth. And so it's like my kids. When my kids were young, they wanted to be YouTubers. And they're like, all I have to do is make one video, and I'll have $10 million a day in ad revenue. And then they wanted to be professional video game streamers. It's not as easy as it looks. It takes time and dedication, but I think I've got a strategy for us to jumpstart a program. And Thursday night, these calls are all about the Texacoin updates to the Texacoin community. So I'd like to have another call that ends up being the Honest Money Live call, where we're bringing guests on from all across the spectrum, from politics to economics to crypto to banking money finance to social stuff, just anything and everything, and try to always steer the conversation back to honest money. That quote, there are a thousand people hacking at the branches of evil to one that's hacking at the root. And when I got into this stuff back in 2007, 2008, I went on documentary overload. I watched every documentary I could get my hands on, from An Inconvenient Truth to Who Killed the Electric Car to Why We Fight, everything. I mean, one side of the spectrum to the other. I left no documentary stone unturned, trying to figure out what was wrong. What was wrong? And you can stop for a minute and think about the word wrong, because it's an incredibly, you know, it's one of those grass is always greener things. If you go right now to like, I don't know, any one of the emerging markets or third world countries out there, and you go, hey, man, you want to trade passports with me? They're going to be like, what? I can go live in America, the land of freedom and opportunity and all the greatest things in the whole world? Yes, I will trade that passport with you right now. Let's go. Versus sitting in America, looking around and being like, man, this place is doomed. I got to get out of here. Now, look, those are the ends of the spectrum. Not everyone is all the way on the far side or the other. But that was me in 2007, looking around and saying, you know, it's just not like they sold us in their brochure. The American dream ain't quite what we were led to believe. Maybe. You guys have any opinions on it? Jump in here. I'm out on a limb. See if you can save me. Well, the idea of honest money, it appeals to people all over the world. And yeah, I think people in America, you know, we're lucky. But it comes down to like America was founded on the idea of freedom. And so this idea that money should be free and people should be allowed to transact with each other without a middleman, you know, in an honest way, that's something everybody can subscribe to. And it's maybe even more, I would dare to say, more important than what country you're in is that like what money are you in? The economic freedom you have. Start with the basic question of like, would it have been fair 19 years ago to look around and say something's not right? You know, think about what we're going through. We're going through inflation. We're going through housing crisis. That was the mainstream drama back then. Our financial markets are strong. You know, you've seen the big short and, you know, you're watching this economy go through our version of the roaring 20s where house prices are doubling every other week. You know, people are living it up, buying stuff left and right. And then all of a sudden it falls apart. You know, that's where we were back then. So start with like question number one, would you rather have the roaring 20s and the crash of, you know, 29 and the Great Depression or would you rather have a slow and steady, you know, climb towards prosperity? Like which one's better, the hot and the cold, the pendulum swinging from one side, whipping all the way back to the other, or, you know, the slow and steady wins the race? Which one's better? Gosh, it almost kind of sounds like crypto what you're talking about, the whole pendulum, the wild ride. Can we just have a steady progression towards success and prosperity? Anyway, look, this is what I do on these calls. I get down a path and then I look at the clock and it's like midnight and I go, oh, our hour's up. But no, in all seriousness, bringing us back, if I can, to the topic and the point. We're... really excited about using powerful tools to share our story further and wider than we've ever been before. I mean, we've been doing this now 120 weeks. And, you know, when you're doing it on a private Zoom call, the only people you're talking to are the people that know about your Zoom and are able to show up there on a random Thursday night. When we use StreamYard, all of a sudden now we're getting out to anyone and everyone on social media. If they like us or follow us, then we pop up right away at the top of their feed. I did some research yesterday on the lives and how much more traction they get. And it is monstrously more successful than just posting a video later on social media. Hey, we did this yesterday. Check it out. And the thing that I like about it the most is a new phrase that I don't know is a phrase, but it's proof of no edit. Yeah. Proof of no edit means it's live. It's raw. It's unfiltered, man. There's no cut. Take 14. You know, there's no like AI bot that goes in and takes the somewhat, you know, terrible thing out of my mouth before it shows up on the recording. Like it's live. And whatever it is that comes to mind, it comes out of our mouth. That's what you get. Now, we can always pull the video down later, but if you want to see the real version, the real us, talk about anything and everything, you get to do it live. And I think people like that, man. I think people really value that today. It's like you always say with like the new currency is being genuine. Authenticity. Yeah. Yeah. What's the exact line? It was from Gage. Gage said that the coin of the realm today is something. There's a word. Gage, what's the word? And that's what live streaming is. Yeah. Yeah, absolutely. That's why people are attracted to it. It's honest. And that's why it gets to the top of the feeds. And so that's a really powerful thing. So what I'm doing is I'm putting together a honest money live podcast strategy to reach out and start inviting guests on with one condition. And that one condition is that they agree to use these powerful tools and concurrently stream to their audiences as well. And that's where the rubber hits the road. It's one thing to get a great guest on a podcast. It's one thing to be invited on to somebody else's podcast. But if we have something that is received well, you know, a concept for a program and we say, look, are you live streaming to your community? No, I don't do that. How do you do that? Well, we have a setup. It's a professionally managed, you know, professionally produced studio. And we've got this, you know, this thing that makes it real easy. Click, click, click. And it's out there. But now you get to communicate with your supporters, your superfans as well. And so we share it to ours. You share it to yours. We have a conversation about something that's, you know, good, real and important, honest money. And and so, you know, it's going to be beneficial for both of us. And so that's what we're getting started. I don't know when the first episode will be, but that is a really exciting thing for me because we, you know, we've got reach now. We didn't have it before. We've got it now. We've got a great community. But now being able to project this thing further and wider than ever before is is really great. So that's the first thing on my list to talk about tonight. I can't wait. 14 minutes later. Here we go. You guys probably have some stuff as well. I want to talk about a couple other housekeeping things before we continue. One of them is the price of TXC. So we had an emergency call on Sunday night. Yeah, we had a Sunday night emergency call. And I'm going to try to share my screen here if I can share screen window. Let's try that one. So we had an emergency call Sunday night to talk about the price of TXC. And I said, please, please, please be super careful because these are exciting times. I mean, a whole like like I don't know what the right term is, but a lot of people have had their breath held for the last five months looking at their families and their friends and saying, I'm telling you, it's not dead. You haven't heard the last of Texacoin. I'm sure it's going to circle back around at some point. Just be patient. And as time goes by, you start feeling sheepish and foolish. And I have been telling people for a while, look, we're working right now. There's a time to sow and a time to reap. Right now we've got some sowing to do. And, you know, so you look at the chart and you say, man, this thing is clearly dead. And then all of a sudden it, boom, shows some signs of life. And all of a sudden we go from, you know, obscurity and the, you know, the oblivion to a 3X. And, you know, same thing is like trading passports. This is a huge matter of perspective because, you know, if you're just joining us and you're saying, man, what a great ride at 3X so far. Let me take some profits and buckle up for, you know, a little bit of a wild ride here with this crypto. You're looking at it and saying, this is really great. Meanwhile, you joined us back in September 2025 at $6.35. You're looking at it and saying, yay, yay, 30 cents. Wow. So, you know, it's not necessarily glass half full, half empty thing, but it is certainly a matter of perspective. And what we wanted to first encourage to people on the Sunday night call is, look, there's an opportunity to make money here. Even if you joined the rocket ship last September and you're waiting for the market to do what you want the market to do, there's still an opportunity for some profit making and profit taking. And what we talked about was that if we don't participate in that, then what we're doing is we're just letting the crypto bros, the crypto traders, the algorithms, and the bots make all that money. And so, okay, well, how do I make money? Well, put a couple handfuls of coins out there to sell. And then once they sell on a limit sale order, be prepared to buy those coins back or some of those coins back on a limit buy order later. And we've made lots of videos about this in the past. And, you know, I don't know, Tim, where we're at with the back to basics stuff, but we've tried to teach people how they can get involved in the market in a small way. You know, it doesn't have to be hundreds of trillions of dollars. It can be 10, 20, 50 bucks. But to get involved in the market in a small way so that you can still participate, help us, help our market, and make some money for yourself along the way. You know, there's no reason to sit on the sideline until we get back to $6.35 before you start cheering again. You can start cheering again now. And we need more sellers. We need more limit sellers so that we have more liquidity up top because we have a limited number of coins. I can't just keep pumping a couple million coins in there every time somebody shows up with a fistful of cash because we don't have an unlimited amount of coins. So we had an emergency call Sunday night to talk about this, not getting caught up in the FOMO of it. You know, we've been at this spot for a long time, and all of a sudden people are pulling thousands of dollars out. Okay, I'll take some. I'll take some. I believe you. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. First of all, this isn't us. This is the market doing what the market wants to do. Second of all, be strategic. Don't let fear drive your buying decisions. Be extremely careful. Never put in more than you're comfortable putting at risk. We don't know what the future holds for us. Now, having said that, we do know what the next 90 days looks like for Texacoin. We know that we've got an exciting legal strategy that has been kind of under wraps for a long time that has just been revealed. We filed the documents. Look, we've got the top firm in the entire industry working on this case for us. It wasn't cheap. Let me assure you, it was not cheap. If you want to know how not cheap it was, go to the proof page, take a look. All the receipts are there, and more receipts are coming in every single week for the not cheap strategy. Why is it so important to invest deeply in this and not just go out and hire my cousin's friend's brother? Our in-laws attorney who can do this thing on the cheap. Cousin Vinny? Hey, he won, man. He was a winner. Maybe it was his girl that pushed the case over the line. No, because look, we have two kind of entry-level responsibilities or opportunities. Number one, a win for us here is a win for crypto across the board. Crypto community, they like some projects, they don't like other projects. People are a little territorial in crypto. Not your keys, not your coins, not your project, not your money, not your reputation. We're very protective. You call me up and you say, bro, I heard about this new thing. I go, well, that's nice. It sounds exciting, but it's not for me. We've been burnt a lot, and so we're extremely protective. And so I'm not sure what that beeping is over there. And so love us or hate us, you're looking at this opportunity to win and saying, look, a win here is still a win in the crypto column. And so we owe it to the crypto community. We don't owe it, but it would be a huge benefit for the crypto community for us to win in this case. Not because they love us, not because they're going to take a bullet for us, not because they've been cheering for us all along, but because anytime somebody prevails in a regulatory case, it in general is helpful to the entire community. The entire community can point to that and go see what they said and see how they won. According to this case and this outcome, we're doing something that is A-OK. And so we want to win because we want to give the crypto community a positive benefit. And that's number one. If we do that, then all of a sudden, you know, it might be the final nail in this kind of regulatory. What did you call it, Matty? What was your regulatory by enforcement? Yeah, yeah. The big problem is that instead of explaining the rules ahead of time, like it's the law in America you're supposed to do as the government, what they've been doing instead is regulation by enforcement, which means you tell people the rules after the fact, not ahead of time. And that's, yeah, that's deeply unconstitutional. And, you know, judges. It's just straight up unfair. Judges have called it capricious, which is a fancy word for like so unserious and unfair. Yeah. So this might be the very tail end of that because we had this cease and desist thing happen in February. In March, the SEC issued their first guidance. I don't know what kind of chatter has come out of the regulatory bodies since March, but I don't think it's been much. We haven't had any other major cases, you know, unraveled since then. And so we might be kind of the last ones up in this regulation by enforcement method. You know, we might be like the last ones to get picked on. And so a victory here is the industry's ability to look at us and go, see, told you, you can even get those guys. I mean, we couldn't have made a bigger deal out of our promotion efforts and strategies. And like, you know, you lost. So I think it's a huge benefit for us, obviously. It completely changes our ability to continue to promote in Texas. And Texas was our biggest market for a reason. It's supposed to be a currency for Texans. Of course, we want it to work everywhere all over the world. And we've got plenty of areas where we've got great communities coming together and great traction. But it's a Texas project, bro. And if we're not able to market it in Texas, it's a little weird. So we want to win, first of all, because we want to give that victory. Not give it, but share it with the crypto community. Hey, we won. We hired the best. We invested deeply in this thing. We got the outcome we were looking for. And regulators around the country take note. Those days are over. Pretty pleased with Sugar on Top. And so that's number one. Number two benefit, of course, is for our own community and our own efforts. And that's important. But the other thing is we also have the lingering SEC stuff. And so that's the third benefit. A victory in Texas doesn't absolutely and immediately close the issue with the SEC as well, but it sure sets it in a very, very, very interesting light where they go, well, if Texas picked on you and they lost, and that's where your community is, then it's a little weird for us to try to do the same. And so we're looking forward to this outcome. And that was the big news that dropped that I believe was the catalyst for the 3X jump in the price. We've got more stuff like this lined up to release to you and everyone else over the next three months. I don't know if we've talked about it here, but the goal is page one by the time we get to Token 2049 in Singapore. And that's early October. And it's a lofty goal because page one is page one. And we got verified. We're actually in the process starting today of having CoinMarketCap verify our entire chain. And so there's been some lingering problems on, let me see if I can show my screen again, on CoinMarketCap's site about the number of holders. It says we got 397 holders. There are 397 people that actually are holders. So the problem with this is that it's showing our WTXC token holders, the wrapped token. Remember, if you go to WTXC.texacoin.org, you'll find the bridge where you can swap from WTXC to Texacoin and back. 5% wrap fee, no fee for the unwrap. But you can scroll down here and you can see the recent wraps. And we'll see the holders as well in just a second when this loads. But that's the data that you're looking at. And so why is it not loading? Come on, load. If you go up here, there should be a contract. Let's take a look at the contract. So the contract address is on Etherscan. And so this is the data that you're looking at here. Here's your top holders, 119, 212, 56, 455. So 119, 56. So what you're looking at here is not actually correct. And that's very unfortunate because the world takes a look at our project and they go, oh, really? You got 397 of your besties out there to set up wallets and we want you to take your market seriously? So we're verified. Our coin supply is verified. And this gives us the ability to climb the ranks on the first 10 pages. But the data is incorrect. The total supply right now is incorrect. This is the supply that we had when we were actually verified. And so if you take a look at the supply today and you go in the new explorers and you take a look at how much we actually have, that data is not right as well because it's pulling that data from CoinMarketCap. I've got to fix that. Oh, there it is. It populated finally. So getting this data corrected is a really important thing because we want the world to take us seriously. We've been telling the world that we're real people doing a real job and we've got real work to do in order to be successful. And then all of a sudden they look at the data and they go, eh, it's not there yet. $75,000 of our money is going to be spent to ask CoinMarketCap to go through and verify our entire chain. Now what that also does is it gives us the ability to verify our L2 stuff. So all the Omni tokens that are out there that people are creating and then growing, those will get indexed as well. So it's not cheap. It's not easy. We've had to pull some favors and strings in order to get them to go through the more advanced review process. But that is a really big and important thing for our success. But guys, I got to say it one more time. Please, pretty pleased with Sugar on Top, be careful. I know it's fun. I know it's exciting. You guys know that we're working hard for our mutual success. But these are the times when we can lose a shirt and be like, oh, how did that happen? We're on the comeback thing right now. And then all of a sudden it just went the other direction. We could see wild swings as this thing whips back and forth from the dark, scary areas all the way up to, we could see it pop to $60. You might remember once upon a time, Matty, you mentioned this the other day, that if you look at this, you can see that the high of all Time, we went all the way up to $59.92. So people look at that and they go, oh man, this thing is really crashed. It's one thing to be down from $6, it's another thing to be down from $60. Psychologically, people look at that and they go, I'm not touching it at all. Well, it's not actually really super duper true. What happened? Somebody blew through our sell side liquidity and the coin went on a run. And we don't want that to happen. It's fun when somebody makes a quick 10 grand because the coin pops to the stratosphere, but it looks immature. It smacks of kind of a sophomoric market. And we want to come off as having our act together, being well organized, having the people that are participating in our market actively engaged, know what they're doing and servicing the liquidity requirements that the market requires. Now, if the market wants to run up to $200, I ain't going to stop it. I'm going to sit back and I'm going to go, all right, go right ahead. But we're looking for not a quick flash in the pan. We're looking for long-term growth and value. This is a generational wealth opportunity. This is something where if we do a good job and we plant these seeds and we nurture them correctly, we'll put value in our pocket for decades to come, if not century plus plus. So please, guys, two things. Number one, be careful. Number two, try not to watch the price all day, every day. Tim, how many times today have you looked at the price at DXC? I haven't. Not at all? You told me that a long time ago. Last year, I used to just look at it every day. And so, yeah, I know what we're doing. The big concern now is you wake up and you're like, are you still there? Are you still there at 30 cents? All right, good, good, good. Nobody crashed the market. Thank you. Thank you, community, for not crashing the market. Please don't watch it all day, every day, guys. This is a project we knew it was going to take some time. We knew it wasn't a get-rich-quick opportunity. We're building something here together. It's you. It's us. It's the community. It's the tech stack. All of these things come together to create long-term success. That's what we want. So if you're here for a quick buck, jump in. Do some trading. Compete with the bots. If you're here for a long-term project and a place to call home, then try not to watch the price. Try not to get caught up in the FUD and the FOMO and all the other. Are there any other words that you should not do? Are there any crypto terms? HODL and FOMO and FUD and anything else? There's WAGMI, which is we're all going to make it. WAGMI. I've never heard WAGMI. So that's the reminder about the market. It's going to be fun. It's going to be wild. We've seen it before. It's not like somebody told us about a mysterious treasure map to fame and fortune. We've seen it. We lived it. Matty, you lived it before as well. So we don't just know where it is. We know how to get there. And when I tell you we've got a lot lined up over the next 90 days, I ask that you take me seriously. We talk about them. We talk about NectarPay. We talk about the events. The next thing that's on the event, now that we're starting to show some signs of life again, is we've got Blockchain Futurist. Next week, I get on a plane tomorrow to come for the very first time to North America for the Blockchain Futurist event. I'm trying to pull up the website here. While you're doing that, Bobby, can I recap everything we've talked about so far, just midstream for people who are just joining? Yeah. So, so far tonight, this has been really exciting. Bobby announced he's going to start doing a new podcast called Honest Money Live, which is really cool because we're using this new technology of StreamYard and streaming on multiple platforms with other influencers. That's really exciting. Then we also talked about how it's really cool that TexasCoin has defended the rest of crypto from setting bad legal precedent. Having Quinn Emanuel represent us is the right thing to do, not only for TexasCoin, not only for the rest of the crypto industry, but also for everybody in the world, everybody in Texas who deserves to have access to Honest Money and to have it so that crypto doesn't go down the wrong path. And so that's really cool. And then we've also talked about how TexasCoin getting verified at these higher and higher levels on CoinMarketCap, that's really valuable because then the world can see what our real statistics are. And we've got 50,000 miners compared to only maybe 300 people. Yeah, yeah, that it's showing now. And this is part of what is building the momentum, not just of the price, because Bobby is warning us that that's going to be volatile, maybe to the downside, maybe to the upside. But it's this movement of Honest Money that is getting and going to continue to get probably more attention as we fire on all these different cylinders. That's a great review. Thanks for that review. I appreciate that. I've been clicking around and showing you guys a couple things real quick here. This is Blockchain Futures, so it's the 21st and 22nd in Toronto. If you're not too far out or want to make the trip, it ain't cheap. Please do come say hello. We are a gold sponsor there. And we've got some extra cool stuff that they threw in for our sponsorship, so we'll have a cabana party on one of the days, weather permitting. I'm told now that it's supposed to rain on our cabana party day. We also have ice cream at the booth, so come out and get some ice cream along and learn about Honest Money in Texas. But I was clicking and I got us over to the legal and regulatory page where, of course, you can go and read that stuff. If you go over to the blog, you'll have access to all the original filings right here that are stored in IPFS. That's the Interplanetary File System, where you can go and get everything in the permanent decentralized web. But it also reminded me that I made two more web pages recently, two more blog updates. One of them is, should Texas Aquarium be a top 100 coin? We talk about the top 100 like it's a magical seat at the table with all the big crypto bros. What we usually leave out is, well, what is it that makes us believe that we deserve to have a seat at that table? And so I started to do a deep dive on the top 100. And obviously, there are some really great crypto projects on the top 100, like Bitcoin, for example. If you've heard of Bitcoin before, it's number one. So for me to come to you and the rest of our community and say, we're going to be number one, blah, blah, blah, it's like, bro, they've got a bit of a head start and they're the OG. So as we look at that list, we want to make reasonable, plausible projections as to what we think is an achievable future. And so I did a deep dive and I took a look at the list and I said, okay, well, here's who we are and here's who we're coming for. Now, we're not coming to kill them. We're not a crypto killer. We are an alternative currency. We're a complementary currency, which means that we always want to give people the most choice. If we can give people more options, more alternatives, then they've got a greater opportunity to find a way to use those tools for their benefit. That's the goal. But if we look at some of these projects that are on the top 100, we say, why are they still there? Dash was an OG crypto. They've got a pretty good community. They set up a treasury for themselves long ago. I don't know if you know that. But they've got a treasury and that treasury is what they use to continue to fund their marketing efforts, even though there's very little out there in the way of public or community support for them today. They've got the ability to keep going. It's a lot like TXA. We set some cash aside in the treasury and that cash is what we're using now to fund this gold sponsorship for the Blockchain Futures Conference and the other things that we do. They've got a pretty good community, but they are probably ripe for a potential replacement. Again, we're not kicking them off the top 100, but if we look at Dash and we say, well, they are on there as number, what's our coin market cap number here? I had it listed somewhere. I got these other ones listed. But what was Dash? Dash is like 87 or something like that. I don't know. I thought it was on there. So if you scroll down the page, we got other ones, number 62, number 24, and number eight. And so what we want to do with each one of these coins is make a rational argument as to who they are, how they achieve that spot in the top 100, what it is that we need to do to get there or better. And so I'm not saying that we belong in the top 100 today, but I'm saying if you look at this guy and you look at the statistics and the metrics about how they got there, then if we do something similar or better, then we should also be able to set a reasonable expectation to get there as well. So this is the market page. It takes a look at the actual market and gives you some points of reference for comparison to other guys that are out on the top 100 that I think we can do it as well as or better than they can. So we'll get into these as we continue to climb our way up. The other thing that I worked on this week was a deep dive into the Clarity Act. And this is kind of a big deal in mainstream crypto. Matty, Tim, I don't know if you guys know much about it. I didn't know anything about it. Everyone talks about it, but you hit the nail on the head when you said it's really for institutions. And that's the first point that I want to hammer home. And this is one man's perspective. It's not a legal analysis, but it really gives institutions the structure, the framework, and the foundation that they need to begin engaging crypto in a more meaningful way. Now, that's not, I don't see that as being bad. You know, I'm always extremely skeptical when the government says, we're going to do something good. Trust us on this one. Trust us. But I do believe that if the institutions continue to lean in a particular direction, it'll make adoption from an individual or retail perspective much more likely. And I'll give you a good example of that. When we started Texan Coin, we went to gun shows. Man, we got a table for 90 bucks, and we were hanging out on a Saturday and Sunday talking to a bunch of angry Texans about crypto. And they were not particularly interested in having a conversation. Now, it wasn't a complete waste of time. It was very inexpensive to get a table at a gun show. They always have those really great, fresh, sugary nuts there that you can find at Buc-ee's. You know, someone's got the sugary nut situation going on or like a back massage. So there are other things that you can go there and do to make it an enjoyable experience. But when we were talking to people about crypto, they would walk by. They're like, look, man, we don't get it. We don't want to get it. We're out of here. Fast forward November. Oh, tell me more about crypto. What is this that President-elect Donald Trump has been talking about so much? We've heard about crypto. It's all over the news. Tell us more about crypto. So when the new administration went in there and started signaling that they were not only going to embrace crypto, but actively get involved with creating crypto type stuff that may not have worked out so well for individuals, but it worked out pretty well for them. We won't get into that. But when the new administration signaled that, people out on Main Street started paying attention. You know, and it's okay. That's how it works. You see something on Fox News and CNN, and you're curious about it. It makes the job of introducing these concepts to people a lot easier. And so I'll give it that. And so if the institutions begin, you know, more actively engaging crypto and you walk into Chase Bank and there's a, you know, roll up poster banner there that says, introducing new stable coin. It's like, huh, interesting. You dip a toe in the water. You try it out. So I like that. I think I like that. I'm walking on thin ice here, but I'm going to, in general, be optimistic the same way I was back in November of 2024 when I said, I'm not really sure. We're going to hope for the best. We're going to continue to be Texan and, you know, have that rugged individualist attitude and protect ourselves regardless of what the future brings. We'll be prepared for it as well as we can. And so you hit the nail on the head when you said, it's really an institutional thing. It's really something that is what the banks are looking for, for the clarity that they need to begin integrating crypto and blockchain into their business models. It does not really in any kind of meaningful or fundamental way, change things whatsoever, from my opinion, in mainstream OG crypto or main street crypto. It's like, hey, if we want to go out there and trade with each other using stable coins, sure. If we want to go and buy and sell stuff with crypto, sure. You know, it does a couple of things that define kind of areas of regulatory oversight. It defines kind of crypto officially as a digital commodity, but it doesn't give us specifically Texan coin, anything we didn't have before already, from my perspective, you know, we're, we're out there working on a different part of the industry. And some people look at what we do and they, they go, well, that's kind of foolish. You should be an AI and robotics. And we go, yeah, but didn't you skip a chapter somewhere along the way and forget to get everyone using digital decentralized peer-to-peer money that allows them to transact, you know, directly with each other and not have to pay the overlords for the, for the convenience. Like that's what we have now when it came out and people started thinking that way, we didn't really have the tools. We didn't have the on-ramps and the off-ramps. We didn't have the stables that eliminated volatility from, you know, from the transaction. You know, like you could send somebody a handful of Bitcoin and the price could be up or down by the time the transaction arrives. I mean, that's almost always the case. Hey man, send me one Bitcoin. You owe me 65,000 bucks, but you only sent me 64,000 bucks. Well, when I sent it, it was 65,000. That's a normal thing in the Bitcoin realm. And obviously as the numbers get bigger, the pain gets worse. And so we didn't have all the tools that we need back 10, 12, 15 years ago to actually use crypto as reliable money. Money is a medium of exchange. It's a unit of account. It's a store of value, but it also needs to have a stable value for the marketplace to really be able to use it effectively. We didn't have that. We have it now. So who's coming with me? Tim's coming with me. Tim, tell me what the latest news in the realm of NectarPay, because I know that you've been just like chomping at the bit to get the sales team going. We've got 11,200 NectarPay terminals now in manufacturing, in development, soon to be headed to a state of Texas near you. Tell me about what's happening in the realm. Yeah. So this week was very interesting. So I ended up having multiple calls. We had one call where we had 24 different people on there. And the goal and the purpose of that is I'm trying to hire sales reps and managers. So the key was for me to find the right managers first in the key areas that we want to start rolling these machines out. And each manager will have a team of 10 to 12 people. So the goal is to get 10 reps, or excuse me, 10 managers to have 10 or 12 reps in their area. So we'll have anywhere between 100 and 120 sales reps that will be out there putting these machines in businesses all across those five markets, or actually now it's up to nine markets that we're targeting. Wow. Yep. Huge. So our goal is to get 10,000 machines in circulation and in place before Token 2049. So how do you eat an elephant? Well, you eat it one bite at a time. So we get the managers in place. They hire the sales reps. So if we have 100 to 120 sales reps out there that are pitching this, I went over the mission, I went over what NectarPay was, what CryptoPop, the engine was, we went over the opportunities, the growth, we went over the future partnerships, and then I went over the sales plan and the sales pitch, and then of course the compensation for reps and managers, and then job duties and the tools they're going to have. And we've got seven people that have already been picked out that they're going to start building teams. But again, we get 10 managers that have 10 people on there, that's 100 sales reps doing 10 sales a week. We're talking about 1,000 merchants every week. Well, that's 10 weeks we hit our goal. So we're going to get there. We're waiting on the Cold Storage Coins. We're waiting on the machines to hit here. But we're working on the processes and the procedures right now so that when we get everything in place, when it hits here, we're ready to rock and roll. We figured out customer service already, which was nice. So we're going to have customer support on this. Well, that's good. Yeah, we're looking, we're ahead of schedule. And the math maths. I mean, look, you can get on a podcast and you can say, we're going to have 10,000 terminals out there. And it's like, well, who's going to do that? Well, Jim in the shipping department is going to drive them around one by one. Well, it would take Jim 75,000 years to deliver all those terminals based on that format and schedule. And so, like you said, you got to take this one bite at a time. It's a big project. I don't think anyone's ever done it successfully. It's something that's well within our realm of capabilities, our wheelhouse, but it's work, man. And here's the good news. We've got a team of people that are excited about it. We've got the money to invest in compensating those people. If you're tuned in right now and you're saying, hey, man, I got some time. I want to help too. I want to be a part of honest money in our lifetime. Call us up, man. Reach out. Let's go. It's not hard work. There's an immediate benefit for the merchants that participate. No fees, no chargebacks, instant settlement. Right out of the gate, they get that stuff. Now, we keep talking about the crypto pop side of this. We haven't gotten into it yet. It's still coming together. But here's the thing. It's not required. When a business signs up for NectarPay, they get the benefits right away. In order for them to realize those benefits, they need people to come in there and scan that QR code and pay. Well, there's a whole world of crypto enthusiasts out there that are saying, tell me who the next business is. You're telling me there's a coffee shop in my town right now where I can go and spend stables? You're telling me right now there's a bakery, a bowling alley, a movie theater, whatever it is that comes along. You're telling me I can go there and I can use what I feel is a better form of money. The marketplace is going to go out there and do that second part for us. Now, we have to lead the way and teach people how to do it, of course, but some of them already know. And so as soon as we get to bring that merchant list to the community and say, there they are, go and get them. Dude, imagine, imagine how good the news is when we say to the world, we've got 10,000 businesses around DFW that are participating in the honest, transparent, digital economy and taking a peer-to-peer currency that puts all the money in their pocket and all the control in their hands and their customers' hands. How could that not be something that the crypto community is going to value? We're counting on you guys, crypto. We're counting on you. We're going to build the merchant network. It's going to be a challenge. We're going to make money while we're doing it, but then we're counting on you, crypto, to bring your phone out and tap to pay for a cup of coffee. You know, we're not asking you to go real far out of your way. We're not asking you to spend two, three, four, five times as much. You know, a lot of the guys out there that take crypto charge the customer two, three percent. That's not how we do it. So we're counting on crypto. We'll bring CryptoPop to the table at some point in the next couple of weeks when we get in front of the challenges we're working on now. But for now, we're building a sales team. We're waiting patiently for the factory to ship the terminals that are now bought and paid for. And so we're excited to bring that news to the market along with the other things that are happening in the next 90 days as we march towards token 2049 and page one of CoinMarketCap. If you take us seriously, guys, if you think that we're doing something that's good for not just the world, but also for the crypto community. I mean, that's always been a thing in the back of my mind. It's like, look, we're in a bit of an echo chamber here. We think we're doing a good job, but if the crypto community doesn't agree with us, they're not going to pick up a handful of coins. They're not going to go out there and hodl, you know, 10 bucks worth of TXC. And so if you think we're doing a good job, if you think we're creating something that will ultimately be extremely valuable for the cryptocurrency community, jump on the rocket. Go grab a handful of coins. I just set up on the texascoin.org slash buy page this week, our swap service. So you could have gotten there in the past by going to swap.honest.money. But you can do it right here on the page. Now you can pick your chain. You can pick your stable. It goes to texascoin. You can pick an amount, paste your texascoin receiving address, and send your crypto in and you're good to go. That's all you got to do. It's very simple. Please, guys, don't do it if you're not comfortable with taking a risk along with us. We don't know what the future holds. We want it to be bright. We think that we're doing good, important work to make the future bright. You know, we're not going to wait for someone else to build the future of money. We're going to do it ourselves. So if you'd like to join us on that journey, please go to texascoin.org, click the get TXC button, and there's a little swap site built in right there for you to take advantage of. What is it that we have to cover before we wrap up this 56-minute long call? Well, hey, real quick, Bobby, I'll tell you for everybody that's listening here, if that sounded interesting to you, if you like sales, if you're looking to try to do something else, whether you would like to be a sales rep or potentially a manager that's managing a team of 10 to 12 people, if you're in DFW, Austin, Houston, Los Angeles, Denver, any of the surrounding areas of those places, Florida, Arizona, Nashville, if you're in any one of those areas that I just mentioned and you are interested, Houston, if you're interested, we're offering, you know, there's going to be a base and there's going to be a very healthy compensation plan. So reach out. When you say compensation plan, pause for a second and let's clarify. I don't mean exact specifics, but I need you to at least clarify and say when we say a base, we mean a salary. We mean money paid to you every week. Now, there will be an expectation for you to perform and get the job done. Correct. A small. Yep. Quote's very small. You understand what base is, you know, based salary, and you understand what commission is. And so this is a very traditional model that you've built. It's my wheelhouse. This is what I'm used to doing, and I love it. This is the world that you're familiar with. You've come from everything that we've been doing over the last couple of years has been strange for me and you and a lot of other people, and we've done well with it. But this is a traditional sales compensation strategy. So there's a base salary, and then there are commissions paid out based on according to how well you do. Right? So if you put X number of units out there, you get this number of dollars. You put Y number of units, you get more. And then you do, I think that that gets progressively larger. But it's based on your individual specific performance. Now, I think that once the community embraces this, you're going to get swamped with referrals. Because you sign up for Merchant and you go, hey, Jim, thanks for getting the bowling alley on board. Where do you go around town to spend money? Because what we'd ultimately love to do is to get you to not press that cash out button. You got crypto. Most people have to pay to get into crypto. You've got it. You acquired it for free. You gave out like some spare bowling lanes in order to get crypto. Don't cash out. Hold on, man. Where do you spend it? Where do you go around town to keep this economic benefit circulating for the community? Yep. What that comes down to is a really powerful concept which is in regards to the velocity of money. The velocity of money is directly related to economic impact. And if you can bring money to you and then spend it next door and they can spend it next door and it can come back to you on the same day, that's a powerful thing ...money increases along with the economic benefit. And that's what we really are looking forward to tracking. The money came in and was spent. Money came in and had a benefit. Money came in and has benefit, benefit, benefit. We can watch that money as it moves around the community. We can gamify the support your community initiative. But being able to track it and report it and show how fast that money is moving around town and supporting businesses is a really powerful thing. That's it, guys. We're at an hour. We told people that we were going to stick to our one hour long format. Can I throw out a quick thank you here? Last week I got on and I asked people like, hey, it'd be really great if you could create an X account and hit the like button on one of our TechSitCoin posts each day. And I'm completely blown away by how many people have gone out and done this. I want to thank you deeply. I see you out there hitting the like button, creating comments, and the rest of crypto is going to start to see as well. And I'm blown away that we've had 160 people who have made this a daily habit to go out and like the really informative and valuable tweets that are being put out by myself and by Luna PR, which is an all-star team that Bobby's got on our behalf. And so I would love to invite even more people. We can't have 50,000 people show up at once and hit like because that would look suspicious. But if you haven't checked it out yet, you're missing out. And it would be of great benefit to everyone, to the price of TXC, to the people out here who are in crypto and they haven't heard about honest money. They haven't heard about what we're doing in TechSitCoin. Your engagement supports more people finding out. And so again, thank you. It really does. And people have asked for a long time, what can I do? What can I do to help? I want to help. There are a lot of things and some of them are big and some of them are small. If you know some businesses that we want to bring online with NectarPay, let's talk. If you can set up an X account and like, comment, share, repost, let's talk. If you want to go grab a handful of TXC on the open market and set up some buy and sell limit orders, let's talk. But this is a community-driven project, guys. Its success has gotten here because great people have come together to make this thing happen. We've led the way and we've taken some initiative and invested some of our own time and money as well. But it wouldn't have gotten to where it is today without you. So thanks for tuning in. We've got two folks asking here in the comments, asking Tim, how do they contact you about getting involved with the NectarPay? Sure. Easiest way, guys, send me an email at tim at blockchainmint.com. So that's Tim. You can also jump on the help page over at nectar-pay.com, fill out that form, pick your market so we know how to route your inquiry or say other if you're not in one of those. And that message will get to Tim as well. Yep. Awesome. Thanks. We did it. Happy Thursday, everyone. Thanks for tuning in. Oh, there's one other thing. If you know somebody that you think would love to jump in and join us on an honest money conversation, we really want to hear about that. Because like I said, we're discovering these tools that help us project this message really far, really wide. We're building an audience. The more people we can bring into this honest money community and conversation, the happier we'll all be and the faster we'll get to where we want to go. So if you know somebody that's got a YouTube page or a TikTok account or an X channel or something like that, I don't know what these things are even called. Let's get in touch as well. Let's line them up for an opportunity to share their story with us, our community and theirs as well. Otherwise, everybody, thank you very much for joining. Have a great night and I will catch you again next week. Bobby Gray here at Texas Coin joined by Maddie and Tim. Thanks, gentlemen. And we'll talk to you guys again soon. Good night. Thank you.
