Week 126: Hong Kong, CoinMarketCap Verified, and Five Reasons Not to Buy

Thursday, August 27, 2026

Live from Bitcoin Asia in Hong Kong — the CoinMarketCap verification saga, $200K stuck in an exchange bankruptcy, NectarPay training modules, seven-day mine consistency, and a head-on run at the five biggest objections to buying a mining package.

AI Summary

**Week 126, live from Hong Kong.** Bobby Gray joined from Bitcoin Asia with Tim Blake for a call that was equal parts infrastructure update and honest sales pitch — plus a hard look at the objections people raise before they ever click "buy." **CoinMarketCap, finally verified.** Bobby walked through the multi-year saga: paying to list in 2024, discovering no trade data was flowing because the primary exchange wouldn't send it, being told three exchanges were required, hiring a market maker to mirror real market activity, and finally paying for full chain verification. TXC is now a verified listing with live data — and Bobby was blunt about how much of that process feels like gatekeeping rather than a free market. **Exchange pain.** Roughly $200,000 of company capital is tied up in an exchange bankruptcy. Bobby's frustration with the exchange layer was a running theme, and part of why the project keeps pushing its own rails. **NectarPay and the ecosystem.** Tim covered NectarPay training being rebuilt into on-demand modules so community members who missed the in-person sessions can learn at their own pace. Bobby framed NectarPay as the point of the whole exercise: merchant payments running on TXC rails, accepting a hundred-plus coins, going after the ~3% the banks skim off every transaction downtown — "finishing chapters the Bitcoin bros started but never completed." **Mine performance.** Seven-day hashrate output has been consistently strong, with visible dips corresponding to ERCOT curtailment events at Texas facilities. Litecoin and Doge block data — including value at time of mining — is published publicly. The next Victoria container brings the pool toward the ~23 million MH/s target. **Website tour.** Bobby demoed the new site search ("regulators, this one's for you"), the /bobby personal history page, and the /philosophy deep dive on the 2013 bankruptcy — "judge the man, then judge the money" — along with the proof page's spending-by-category receipts, including the $1.5M booked under hacks, fails and bad debt. **Five reasons NOT to buy a mining package.** The centerpiece of the call. Bobby and Tim took the common objections head-on rather than dodging them: (1) ROI at $0.22 — roughly $0.11/day per seat, compared against a $6,600 Antminer that only clears ~$1.35/day at Texas power rates; (2) "isn't this an MLM?" — one-time fee, no auto-ship, capped payouts, no product on a Walmart shelf, and a referral program designed so the biggest miners are the people who built the community; (3) the 2013 bankruptcy — answered by pointing to the fully public dirty-laundry pages; (4) "it's not a scam" — noting people jump into obvious scams faster than legitimate deals; and (5) the general reluctance to do the unglamorous work. **Why participate.** Community matters. Hash power is owned by the people who paid for or earned it, not handed to institutions. Own the means of production, not just a handful of coins — Bobby used his Boutine Coins minting business as the analogy: buyers doubled their money, the producer made millions. Core values — integrity, honesty, transparency — as operating rules, not posters. **The closing note.** Get resourced now: debts paid, supplies in order, community around you, and a project whose values mirror your own. Do the deep dive, understand the risk, never risk more than you can lose — it could all go to zero. And if you're not in Texas or Arizona, buy a mining package and take the journey with us. *Mining packages are not available to residents of Texas or Arizona. Mining packages are a purchase of computing services, not an investment.*

Music. And there you go. We're live. Welcome to what's today, Thursday? It is. Welcome to Thursday, August twenty seven, twenty twenty six. Bobby Gray joining you live from Hong Kong where we're enjoying.

What are we doing? We're here with the Bitcoin Asia conference. I got to speak and I didn't mention Bitcoin enough times. So I think they got mad at me. See if I get invited back. I'm joined by bestie Tim. Tim, what's going on?

How are you? Hey, guys. Going good. Glad to be here. Long week for you. Long week. Long, sad, sad week.

But we got to take it all, man. Sour and sweet. But we're here. Yeah, absolutely. We got a lot of good stuff. We don't know who else is going to jump in on tonight's call, but hopefully we have a couple more guests pop in and say hello. Matty is normally here, but he is busy right now at the Shelter Island Conference.

Which it sounds like we were getting some shout outs over there too. Were we? Yeah, he was talking and I think he might be doing a speech over there also. Our stock is rising number two. Yep. Love it. I say that and yet here we are still at twenty two cents.

Yeah. The price tells the truth in the long run. In the short run, day to day, it's hard, especially when your exchanges are going bankrupt and taking two hundred thousand dollars of your capital. I'm very frustrated with exchanges right now. I got to be honest with you. You know, we just dropped a big chunk of money to get our full chain verified with CoinMarketCap. Did we talk about it tonight on these calls?

I don't think we have. We said that that was coming that we needed to. I don't think that we talked about that we finalized that. So let's go through the quick kind of sequence of events with CoinMarketCap. Obviously, CoinMarketCap is the number one page in the world of crypto. Everybody who's anybody goes there to research anything and everything in this space. And so you have to be there.

You got to pay to get there. If you're, you know, doing like an Ethereum ERC-Twenty token or something like that, usually it gets listed automatically because that full chain is verified. So in twenty twenty four, we paid to be listed on CoinMarketCap and we're like, we're there, we're there. And they're like, well, not really, because you don't have any data flowing here. Why not? We're on DEX trade. Yeah, but they are not sending us your trade history.

What does that even mean? we learned that lesson okay dex trade send the trade history no why not because you need this much liquidity this much volume this much in your order book blah blah blah i'm like that's market manipulation man we've got a free market let the miners and the buyers and the sellers decide you know what the what the deal is no no if that's your policy then we're not sending your data along the coin market cap okay all right interesting Mental note on that one. So we finally say, well, let's get on another exchange that doesn't have such strict rules. Well, almost every exchange does. But we found a couple that were willing to play a ball like number eighty seven and one hundred and four on the coin market cap exchange list. So now we got them to open up the data to CoinMarketCap and it's still not displaying our price feed. Why not?

You need to have three exchanges. Damn. Okay. We're learning. So now we've got three exchanges. None of them are our main exchange. So now we got to hire a market maker to try to like replicate what's happening over here on these other markets so that at least some sort of data makes it back to CoinMarketCap that's accurate and relevant.

Okay, fine. So then we go, well, how come we're not like working our way up the pages at CoinMarketCap? Well, your listing's not verified. What do you mean it's not verified? Our chain's there. We've got a public explorer. We've got public RPC endpoints, all terminology that I'm learning as I go through this experience.

We've got a mempool. We've got mining statistics. We've got all this stuff. Verify it. Well, you're going to have to pay for that privilege. Okay. How much?

A lot. Done. Are we verified? Are we good now? Well, kind of. Kind of. What do you mean?

Well, you're verified, but it's just a snapshot. And it's based on our own kind of formula and understanding of your little shady layer one Texas chain. What does that mean? Well, we think you have like three hundred holders. We've got fifty thousand miners in our community. Well. We're only going to list you as having like three hundred holders.

Why? Because that's the data that we can verify on your Dex wrapped coin market. Oh, God. All right. How do I get coin market cap fully integrated? Well, it's going to cost you. Of course it is.

We're talking crypto here. Everything is it's going to cost us and it's not going to be cheap. You want to booth at the event. It's one hundred and twenty thousand dollars. All right. We'll take it. So, we just paid what might be and is probably not the last big fee to have our full chain integrated.

Now, they were talking about it also including our layer two. Joke's on us, maybe it doesn't include the layer two. We'll pay for that later, I'm sure. Anyway, so... That tells the story. But unless we're fully integrated with data endpoints, completely linked in, it's not fully an accurate story. But now all of a sudden we're going through this process and there's some, well, which exchange are you on?

Well, we were on BitMart. That was like where most of our legitimate volume took place. Yeah, well, they're gone now. So where are you going to go next? I don't know. We're just running from one catastrophe to the next. And then that's when I had the idea of setting up a new kind of exchange that leverages the power of our cold storage coins, which I really like.

I really like that idea. So let's explain real quick. I'm just pulling up CoinMarketCap to see what we actually show. And so why this is so important, everybody that's listening, is like right now it says our circulating supply is sixty two million and some change. when really we're sitting at, what? What are we sitting at? Eighty-three million, eighty-four?

What are we actually at? Let's get it going and see if I can share my screen. When we get accurate numbers, then that depicts what our actual market cap will be and as we rise. And that dictates where we are and what we're trying to do is get on page one. Remember, we're trying to be within the top one hundred. So where are we at? We got four hundred holders and a sixty two point nine five million coin supply.

But if you go to our block explorer, you can very quickly see that we've got this data is actually pulling from CoinMarketCap. That's funny. Maybe the mempool has the actual. We have the right information somewhere, people. Well, we know that we've got three hundred forty five thousand seven hundred eighty nine blocks mined at two hundred fifty four per block. Whatever that multiplies out to, we will get that that accurately reflecting. So anyway, it's like eighty some million.

I know that. three four five seven eight nine it's eighty seven million there we go seven million so if you multiply these seven million times twenty two cents we'd actually be at nineteen point three two million in market cap as opposed to the uh fourteen million that we're listed at on coin market cap so we want these numbers to be accurate we want them to be accurate and we're just not there yet but the next hurdle that we have is to figure out where we want to take this thing in the market because all of these big guys they have rules and the rules require things that i'm not particularly comfortable with and so we're wrestling with that right now i gotta like stop my screen share so that there aren't fifty thousand windows there we go Well, we gotta find a solution for that. And now that our legal stuff is kind of in the rear view mirror and our tech stuff is coming together and I'm gonna be back at my desk in Singapore for like a month, a solid month of no travel, no events, no stages. And look, I don't really want to be lead developer for this project. But there's a time to sow and a time to reap. Right now, we've got more sowing to do. Plus, security is such a big deal in this space.

So as soon as you start farming out development projects and giving people access to codes and keys, it's risky stuff, man. So we do it the way we have to do it as long as we have to do it that way. And when we have the ability to change, we will. Yeah, and this is what you told me. Right now it's not going to be glamorous stuff, but this is what's going to win the battle. These are the things that we're doing to be successful with all of the projects that we have inside of the ecosystem to push this project forward. And that's what's going to win the game.

So I appreciate you sitting home and getting to it because that's what we need for sure. Well, it's a means to an end. And then we've got Korea Blockchain Week, which will be exciting. And then we've got Token twenty forty nine, which will be exciting as well. We have a lot lined up. We're working on a couple of things that are very big and I'm not ready to announce them yet. But potentially some really exciting news to follow in that realm as well.

So, all right, well, let's get into it tonight. We've got fifty minutes. We're trying to keep these calls to an hour. I know that I can get a little long in the Longing the tooth. Is that the right thing? I tell you what, I know you have an agenda. So how about I say my couple things first and then you've got the floor.

How about that? I wanted to share with everybody again. Hopefully not everybody's here of me talking about Nectar Pay. That's what I'm so excited about. But I wanted to let everybody know that I understand that people are reaching out. People want more training that weren't able to get to the in-person trainings that we were doing. And I apologize, we're going to get there.

I'm taking my training and I'm breaking it down into modules. And so that everybody online and everybody in our community that wants to learn and feel comfortable with NectarPay will be able to watch these modules over and over again and break down exactly which module they want to watch. Right now, I've been spending all the time and attention on my in-person team that we have in the DFW area and a couple of other selected areas. Really making sure that they've got all the ins and outs and they're successful and ready to be out there. And we've been putting together the last couple pieces of the puzzle for Nectar Pay with making sure that this was going to be very easy and fluid for businesses as we're going through here. And we have the whole after sale process, the customer service. We've got everything that's really pulling together.

So just stay tuned, be patient for me. If you guys have reached out and said, Hey, you know, I bought a demo terminal or I want to buy a demo terminal, but I need to know exactly how to do it. We're coming up with the tools and the training for you to feel comfortable with going out there and sharing that with us. We want you to do that. We need you to do that, that active participation. So it will be coming. Yeah.

And I'm going to talk more about that as well. And a little bit in my little agenda here because we, Our project today is totally different than it was two years ago. It's totally different than what it was a year ago. A year ago, towards the end of twenty twenty five, as we saw the end of our first cycle coming our way, it was scary. It was like, oh, God, how do we get the price going that way? This this is bad. And we began by like understanding market cycles and then accepting the reality and how they're just a natural phenomenon in all things.

And then we started looking for ways, methods, opportunities to get the price to go back in the right direction. And we settled on utility. Now, we always knew that from day one. But, you know, we're a project that's brand new. We're figuring things out as we go and we're growing fast. And so the community is screaming at us, price, price, price, price, price. And we're saying, look, we're building something here.

It's going to take time for us to get to that part. That's what we call like phase two. Phase one is crowdsourcing the mine, the backbone of trust, this proof of work infrastructure. And then phase two is the utility. We can't have a mine, a backbone without utility. It's purposeless. It's nonsensical, especially because we're mining something other than Bitcoin.

Like if we're just mining Bitcoin or Litecoin or Doge and that's the purpose, First of all, we're no better or different than anyone else that's out there. But second, we don't need to find utility. That's the whole world's job. When we're mining our own coin and we're saying we're going to take the Litecoin and Doge and use it just to pay the electric bill and our overhead expenses and we get our coin for free. The next question is to do what? Well, we'll get there. That's that's phase two.

So then all of a sudden we get into twenty twenty six and we're aggressively looking for phase two. I signed that contract with Texas Music Revolution. Big event in McKinney. Downtown Digital's coming our way. We've got to find the tech. Got to find the tech. Struggling to find a tech.

Cease and desist. Shh. man, what else can go wrong? So we've always known that utility was going to be the roots that go down deep to give us real purpose, real value, and a real effect on the long-term price. We have ideas for utility. You have ideas for utility. We've come up with Nectar Pay.

What do you guys have? Our community has created games that run on our chain. They've created apps and dApps that run on our chain. So there's all kinds of utility that's out there but we have to build that backbone of trust for people to um believe in us enough to take a risk with our our little chain and we have to provide them with the tools and the tech and the resources to actually know how to use it so all of that is now here it's not something we're talking about we're we're implementing it now and nectar pay is a spectacular manifestation of that because it runs on txc it uses our rails But anybody can participate. Any merchant can use it. And if you want to pay in Dash or Litecoin or Bitcoin or any one of a hundred different coins, you can use it. So that's one of my favorite things about this project.

We're going back and we're finishing chapters that the Bitcoin bros and the early adopters started but never completed. And so we're coming up doing this cleanup and we're saying it's all good. We know how to do this stuff. Maybe you don't know how to do it or it's not as profitable as perpetuals, agentic commerce, Web four. Fine, fine. You guys do that stuff. This isn't as glamorous, but somebody needs to do it.

And we know how to do it. It's my background, alternative currencies. So it's a great utility for our chain. It's a great feature to provide to the crypto community at large. And as we start to compile those numbers, as we start to see the volume taking place on these rails, we can go to the world and say we did it. not only did we build the mine, not only did we stand tall under the regulatory scrutiny, but we also built this and this and this and this and this and this. So I appreciate you taking the lead on it, man.

I wish I was there to help it unfold because like I said, this is what I enjoy. You know, tangible benefits, real world. You build a mine, it's physical, but it's So benefit is intangible. Well, what does it do? Well, it's made some people some money. Great. But like what problem in the world is it going to fix?

Well, how about that three percent that the banks are skimming off the top of every transaction downtown? Can we fix that problem next? Yes. Let's go. And stable coin adoption is coming our way big time. So let's put the rails in place for people to use those tools. It runs on our chain.

We take care of the accounting, the back office operations on our chain to make it possible. But it's an invitation for everyone in crypto to benefit from the work that we're doing. We'll do it. We'll install it. We'll do it profitably. And everyone can participate. And that, I think, is what's huge.

Right now, crypto is so isolated with everybody's, oh, I've got this project or this coin or this token, and everybody's all on their own thing. Now we're trying to say, we don't care what project you are. We don't care what coin. Would you like to spend it? Would you like to do something with it? I think this is what's going to bring the whole crypto community together. You know, I spent a little time with AI trying to figure out, you know, competitors.

Somebody sends me something. They said, oh, I think this might be like Nectar Pay. So I'm like, well, I'm not familiar. I start checking it out. It's like, no, it's not really a competitor. It's custodial. It still runs on that.

They take a cut. You know, your thing is, is you guys are promoting that it runs on your guys' chain where, you know, businesses keep a hundred percent. And everyone that I keep plugging in and looking at, Bobby, it's just amazing because it really shows that what we're doing is really for the people and for the businesses. Everything else, they take a cut somewhere, you know, and we're doing it. We can do that because we built our own chain. We did phase one. And again, I'm going to get more into that as I get into our agenda, which we're running out of time on.

What else you got? No, no, that's good, man. That's good. So let's talk. So I haven't been here with my head on straight for a while. Last Thursday, it was two, three a. m.

or whatever in Amsterdam. I just wrapped up an epic week. We're not talking about that anymore. That's in the past. It's time to move on. Oh, but hello to all the regulators out there tuning in. whether you're with the SEC or the TSSB or the Arizona Securities Board, welcome to our Thursday night call.

We do this on the regular. We share probably too much. The attorneys tell us, why do you say all that stuff? What are you doing? You can keep some secrets, you know. Well, maybe we can, but we don't. And I say Arizona because we, just as we've finished up one battle.

We've started another. So take a look at this. Let me find this page here. Share. Go over. No, no, no. There it is.

Hot off the press. The Arizona State Security Board, is that who it is? Arizona Corporation Commission has issued a An effective immediately temporary order to cease and desist and notice of hearing opportunity for hearing. We've seen this before, haven't we? Um, so, so this is, this is brand new. I just literally got an email about this an hour ago. It's been circulating on the social medias and the troll websites for, I think a day or so now.

Um, we don't always have good news, but you'll always get the truth. As we say, um, we're taking a look at this. We're saying it over to the attorneys and we're saying, here we go again. But my question is like, did they learn nothing from our hearing last week? It freaks me out a little bit, man, because they should have known, and they must know something we don't. Or this is just part of the strategy. Keep the pressure on.

Keep the boot on their neck. Make them tie one hand behind their back. If they're real serious about this honest money thing, they'll find a way. So our job will just get a little harder now, and we keep going. Are we going anywhere? I don't think we're going anywhere, right? We're still going to work.

We're having way too much fun. Okay, so that's update number one. Update number two for you is I think that our Transformer has landed in Victoria. That's a really big thing because I'm going to switch over to the mining pool website. You can go to pool. honest. money and you can see real time statistics on the mine.

And I've been adding a lot more data here, but one of the things I'm really happy about is the consistency of the mine over the last seven days. If you change this to a seven day output, you can see that we're mining very consistently. And these little blips that you see here, what they normally are is actually curtailment happening at some of our facilities. And so we get a message from ERCOT saying, shut it down. Not enough power. We need you to turn this off. And that's part of the deal that we have to make in order to get force and electricity at some of these locations.

And so I'm very happy with the consistency of the mind performance. It's very good. But another thing that you can see here is the recent Litecoin blocks as well as the recent Doge blocks. And if you dig a little deeper and go to our Doge page, you can actually see the value of the Doge that we've mined that's priced at the time of mining it. So how many Doge blocks do we get? What were they worth when they were mined? How many were we hitting on average over time?

And so, you know, if you want to do a deep dive and do the statistics and do your own math on our pool's performance and profitability, you can. All of it's right here on the website. But the most important thing is that you have the ability to go here, see our real-time hash power. And again, it fluctuates. But then you can do the math and say, all right, when we bring the next container online, In Victoria, we're going to get right there to that twenty three terahash, twenty three million mega hash number. So I told you guys from day one that we're building a mine. And I told you I was going to do three things with the money.

I was going to build the mine, pay commissions. and promote our project. I've done all three. We do other things with the money as well. And those things have served us incredibly well. But I told you guys from day one, if I didn't build the mine, I was going to go to jail, just like all the other projects that have come before us that never built the mine. And I understand why they didn't build the mine.

It's not easy. I mean, we spent a lot of money in Victoria, and then we got the wrong transformer. I don't know who was asleep at the wheel that day, but somebody just bought the wrong one, installed it, started frying equipment, and we went... Well, that was, that was a costly lesson. No problem. We'll just buy another transformer. Oh yeah.

It's going to take you a year. It'll take you a year to get it. What do you mean? Well, didn't you hear every data center and their brother is trying to set up in Texas right now. So transformers and copper cables and everything that is in like the data center build out category is now doubled or tripled in price. Oh, okay. Great timing.

Just because it's hard doesn't mean we can't do it, because if we don't do it, I get to go to jail. We just went through the microscope last week. If you paid attention, you had as much fun with it as I did. But you remember, I didn't go to jail, and that's because we've built the mind. All of it? No. We're waiting on the last transformer to get installed, and that'll bring us right there at that number.

Now, we should be over that number, but... If you multiply the number of machines that we have hashing by the hash power that they should be performing at, they're not always exactly at what it says on the outside of the package. We've got network conditions and we've got pool stuff. So even though we can say, well, we bought all the machines multiplied by sixteen thousand five hundred mega hash per machine, we should be at like twenty three point five. It's a twenty two point nine. Now we get into like the tweaking and figuring out how to get these things one hundred percent online. You can even look at some of those statistics as well and see that we're not online on all of the containers.

If you go to Diagnostics page, you scroll down and you can see we've got one hundred ninety six active workers on this address. Well, this is one of the containers in Conroe. It holds two hundred. Only one hundred ninety six are running. Scroll down a little bit. This one holds two hundred. Only one hundred and seventy seven are running.

So we're off twenty three there. Fourteen there. Seven, four and four. And so when it's all working properly and installed and running and tweaked, we will be at or above the twenty three point one or two or three million mega hash that we sold. And that's a really big accomplishment for us. And I hope you're as proud of the work that we've done as I am. And when I say you, I mean you, Tim, and also the two hundred fifty five people that are tuned in right now across the interwebs.

So big update there. You can do the math on the Litecoin and Doge that we're pulling in and see that we're wildly close to profitable wildly close and i'll publish some more statistics as far as what the costs are you know we've got some people that go out there we've got travel expense related to visiting and maintaining sites um we've got a couple electric bills we've got uh some maintenance stuff you know repairing fried uh power supplies so we'll get those costs factored into the reports on those sites so they can actually see how much is going to get kicked back into our main budget for our use after those bills are paid. So one of the things I was thinking about doing to kick off our call is playing the original video that I published in May of twenty twenty four. And I was thinking about doing that because you wonder how these projects age. You do all these calls. You're on two, three nights a week on Zoom updates. They're all recorded, transcribed, saved forever and ever.

And it's like, man, I really don't want to go back and watch some of that stuff because I don't remember what I said. I don't know how close it was to where we are today. And so I want to go through and do that because I think that what we shot for two and a half years ago, we're actually pretty close to today. But I do want to bring to your attention a couple improvements that I've made to the website recently so that if you want to follow along at home and go through some of that old stuff, you can. There's a search button now. uh regulators if you want to find out exactly how many times i use the word investment on our zoom calls you can just go there click the search button type in zoom and then scroll down the page and you'll see in week one twenty five there's the word it's right next to the word guaranteed more more fuel for your fires um so anyway i love you There's a search function to make your job a little easier for the next time we get to spar in court. A couple other pages as well, based on recent events and experiences.

There's a page on the website now where yours truly shows you all of his dirty laundry. Whatever the worst of it is, you can read about it here, get the full behind the scenes information, figure out what it is that makes me think I'm qualified to have this conversation with you. And if you go down to the end of the page, judge the man, then judge the money, there's a philosophy and character page that actually does a deep dive into the Mulligan bankruptcy. um and i think we talked about this a little bit on saturday every founder worth trusting has a chapter they'd rather not discuss ours is called mulligan mint a dallas private mint that was pressed silver for the sound money movement in in and so you can find all this stuff now on the texacoin website um and then there's also a fun article on texit you know it's like uh what what do you mean bro when you say texit coin are you like brexit And yeah, that's where our conversation started in twenty twenty four. We had a different administration. We had a crisis at the border. We had things going wrong left and right.

And we were sure thinking that the ship was going down and Texas wasn't going to go down with it. But we know that as things change and political processes take place like, you know, the world is in flux and it creates an opportunity for people like us to make sure that whatever politically happens, The new thing has an opportunity to get started with honest money. And that matters. And so that's where our project began. But it still leaves the question out there of like, well, can Texas really GTFO if they want to? And, you know, so we've been asked that a lot. And we do one of these like, you know, really fair analysis.

This is. of whether it's legally possible with the repercussions. How would it happen? Is it a good idea? And our take on it. We don't know what Texans will choose. We know what money they'll need.

Texacoin is not a secession campaign. We have no plank, no candidate and no prediction. Texas independence is a decision for thirty one million Texans and the ballot box, not for a mining company with an opinion. We have a narrower conviction. Every scenario on this page, full independence, blah, blah, blah. They're going to run into the same problem. That's money.

So whatever the future holds for the state and the people of Texas, we hope it's great. And we hope that they choose honest money when they get there. That's another great page that you can find on the website. So that's it for my updates. I've got kind of my sermon up next. And the theme for tonight's call, I'll ask you a question here in a second, Tim. So be ready.

The theme for tonight's call is an unapologetic invitation to buy a mining package. Now, Mining package has become a bit of a dirty word over the last six, seven months. We got hit with the cease and desist and it was all about the mining package. It wasn't about Texit coin. It wasn't about proof of work mining. It wasn't about the digital commodity that is available on public exchanges. It was about mining packages.

and whether or not they are security and with some allegations of fraud and stuff in there, which have been handedly disassembled, but mining packages themselves has become a bit of a dirty word. And so I am here tonight to invite everyone except for Texas, the people of Texas and Arizona, Arizona, to buy a mining package. And I'm not going to like beg. I'm not going to get on my hands and knees. I'm not going to apologize for it. I'm not going to say anything other than you really need to buy, if you're not in Texas or Arizona, a mining package. And And so we want to do a deep dive tonight into like why that is kind of hotly contested from time to time and why it's a really important thing for you to do.

But before we get there, I want to ask you, what are the top five reasons to not buy a mining package? What do you got? Well, the common objections that we would run into is obviously, while you're sitting at twenty two cents, a mining package is nine hundred ninety five dollars. How long? Based on that, how many coins am I getting a day per seat? About half a coin. Yep.

And how long would it take me to get my money back? So that would be the first common question or the first common thing that we run into. Yep. So let's go through that. Let's go through all of them. I got five of my own. I didn't know if you were going to come up with any good ones as well or if we'd have other people contributing.

So objection number one, and let's hit it head on with exactly what our response is to that. Two places I'll point you. Number one is that question of ROI, and it matters. At twenty two cents and half a coin a day, that's like eleven cents a day. But it is better than the negative fourteen dollars a day that you get when you buy from the other guys. So if you like the idea of crypto mining, let me jump over here to this page where I've got the. CryptoMinerBros.

com website. Here's the Bitmain Antminer S-XP Hydro Bitcoin Miner. It's sixty six hundred dollars and it runs at four hundred seventy three terahash. It consumes five point six kilowatt hours of power. And if you're in Texas and I know this conversation is not for the people of Texas, but if you're in Texas getting a rock star, thirteen cents rate every day, you're losing Or sorry, you're making a dollar thirty five. So you've got profitability, but you're in there for six thousand six hundred dollars. So if you bought six mining packages and you were not in Texas, what's that math come out to?

You know, eleven cents a day times six. You're at sixty six cents. So you're about half the profitability that you would be with this model now. that matters because of course no one wants to like donate money for the cause and not get anything out of it we try to explain to people that it's not an investment could go to zero et cetera et cetera but we're not also hoping to be here at twenty two cents for very long right if we get to the places we want to go we get to the top you know one hundred coins out there and we're at five bucks and you're getting half a coin a day it's two dollars and fifty cents a day you multiply that by six And now all of a sudden you're way more profitable than the dollar thirty five that you're getting with the comparable equipment in the Bitcoin space. And so I think it's a fair objection because you have to look at the numbers. You have to evaluate it honestly and fairly. But to those people, I'd say two things.

Number one, we'd love to be not at twenty two cents. We have lots of ideas and plans to get there. Hopefully you do as well. Two is we really don't want somebody with a hundred mega hash. If you just want to buy a hundred mega hash, get a handful of coins like you can go pick up those coins on the open market. i think i can even say that to our friends in texas because of course texacoin is a digital commodity not a mining package but let's just err on the side to say we're not saying it for people in texas or arizona anyway so i keep forgetting to add arizona in um what we'd love to see is people accumulate more hack power by participating in our referral program let's get on to objection number two bro is this an mlm i went to a texacoin meeting they had a whiteboard i saw lines and like circles getting drawn it sure looked like a pyramid to me it's fair objection we get it all the time and what what i would say to that you do you have a real quick um rebuttal to the well i'll let you go i'll let you go to the five that you're gonna do and my rebuttal or objection covers all five of them So, okay. Yeah.

Well, here's what I would say to that. I would say that you've been spending too much time on the troll page. If you go to discover and you scroll down to the troll index and let us know if we've got any more good distinguished trolls out there. But if you spend time on these pages, they go through the whole thing and we want to give them a nod because we know what they're doing is a thankless job. Uh, and we, we, I don't know if you'd say value it or appreciate it, but we feel for you. Um, You know, we get that accusation because it's an easy accusation to lob. And I think it's very unfair.

I think it's lazy. I think that if you understand what an MLM is or a network marketing company and you look at us and how we're different, we have a product that's not on the shelf at Walmart. You know, you don't have to do it. And, you know, it's there's no auto ship. Like the core thing of MLM is you got to pay a monthly fee. Ours is a one time fee. The payouts are capped.

There's only so much you can make. You can't take out more than you brought in. But the problem is that there is a lot of bad things out there that gave MLM a really bad rap. If you look at relational or relationship marketing or network marketing and you realize that it's all about friends working with friends to create value, they travel together, they go to parties together, they make connections. That's another great reason not to join and buy a mining package for everybody outside of Arizona and Texas. You don't like making friends. You don't like having a good time.

You don't like supercars and hot air balloons and trips across the world to share our story with other people. That's a great reason to not join. But all jokes set aside, We have a referral program and it's a killer program. And the core premise of our program is we want the people that are the biggest miners, the ones that own the largest chunks of hash power, to be the ones that did the most to help us build our community and share our message with the world. That's what we've got. That's what we designed from day one. And it smells like a network marketing company.

But here's another big difference. All the other guys failed. We didn't. All the other guys never built the mine. We did, provably, in court, in evidence. And so, look, it smells like a network marketing company. If you've had a bad experience in a network marketing company, I'm sorry to hear that, but I would invite you to take off these blinders that you've put on and consider joining us because we're having a great time.

We're like core Bitcoin. We're like the guys that are setting up tables at coin shows and gun shows and card shows, sharing the message of honest money with people. You know, back when like the price was low, Bitcoin, nobody knew that it was going to become a multi trillion dollar business. They were just out there onboarding new people. And I'm like kind of still shocked as to how many people still don't have a wallet like a crypto wallet. Stablecoin adoption is like climbing and you still don't have a crypto wallet. So like, that's what our people know how to do.

They know how to have a conversation with you. Hey, join us, buy a mining package, participate in our community. Is this like an MLM? Yeah, it kind of is like an MLM. And why aren't you doing it? You don't like to make friends. You don't want to have a good time.

You don't want to share the story of honest money with other people and get more hash power or some cash along the way if you do it. But that's a big objection we get. And I want to invite people to take another look at it because it's unfair. I think the trolls have done a terrible job of incorrectly and dishonestly smearing that. It's easy to do. So I understand why somebody that's lazy would do it. But I want to ask you to take another look because we've got a great referral program that allows you to earn more hash power or cash by sharing our message and inviting other people to join our community.

And there's no reason we've made it so easy for you to get your money back and to acquire more hash power at the same time. There's no reason for you to have a hundred mega hash getting half a coin a day. Yeah. You know, that's not what our average miner has. They have way more than that. And all those statistics are published on the website. All right.

What's my next one? So that was you wouldn't be caught dead in an MLM. Shame on you for being lazy and listening to the trolls. Do your own research, guys. We've been telling you that from day one. Bobby went bankrupt in twenty thirteen. Good reason not to buy a mining package for everybody outside of Arizona and Texas.

Of course, we went through the new pages on the website a few moments ago, but let me ask you this question. Would you like to participate in a crypto project that you have no idea who's behind it, no idea who runs it, no idea who started it, no idea what basement in North Korea they're hiding out in and what terrible stuff they're building? Or would you like to deal with a guy and his friends and his team that are willing to put their faces on camera? That's a risky thing, are willing to get on stage with their families. And share the good news and the bad news with you. Which one do you prefer? Oh, but he went bankrupt in twenty thirteen.

OK, it's a reasonable objection. I got one more on my list. It's not a scam. Well, how is that an objection? People will jump into a scam ten times more quickly than they'll jump into a legitimate deal. Well, I could make a thousand X over here. It's probably a scam.

Yeah, but if I get in early and I get out quick, can thousand x you're telling me you'd rather gamble with something that you're probably sure is a scam than a legitimate deal that's building a legitimate mine in a legitimate place with legitimate people like how does that math add up i don't get that but that's a common objection we get so those are my reasons that you would not want to buy a mining package if you were not in texas or arizona you'd prefer to lose money make less money mining with the other guys you don't like making friends and having a good time this sure smells like an mlm um you know bobby's dirty laundry from and you would prefer to do business with uh dark web unknowns and you would prefer to be in something that might be a scam but gives you a thousand x opportunity as opposed to a legitimate deal That last one kind of leads me to what when I do my meetings and I talk to people and I share with them, you know, if you're going to get into crypto, why do people get into crypto? Why do they even try to pay attention to it? Well, it's that chance that they can get in on something like a Bitcoin or some other hundred project that started. They got in early and wrote it to the top. But if you're going to get into crypto, there's two things that you have to pay attention to. You need to know what to look for in a good quality project. And then two, you need to know what to watch out for.

Well, what you just explained right there is what to watch out for. Most almost ninety percent of the projects out there are Meme coins, pump and dumps, rug pulls, give it a name. Now, can you make money off of something like that? Yes. But you got to time it just right. Right. And that's where people like you were just saying, they're like, man, I could thousand X on something like this or over here, you know, or my buddy just got in and this.

But you got to time it just right. Right. So you also have to be OK with the idea of you like making money on something that's probably going to cost somebody else money. You know, you're not creating anything. It's like that. So most normal people, if you, if you want to get into something good, then really you need to look, you need to know what to look for. And I share with people, there's three things in my opinion that you need to look for in a good crypto project.

One is you need to have strong utility. Strong utility is the difference between something that's built to last. It's something that's just going to be here today and gone tomorrow. Right. And then number two, you got to have strong leadership. And when I explain leadership, Bobby, I always talk about not somebody that knows how to start a coin and pump it up, you know, hire some influencers, pump that thing up, and then they just crash it, right? That's not pumping it up.

I'm talking about leadership, somebody that, you know, is in it. They believe in the mission. They see what they're trying to build. They know that it's something that's going to help the world or our community or our country out there. And that's one of the things that got me with you. I tell people all the time when I had a chance to meet you from the very beginning, you know, when I got to look you eyeball to eyeball and have a cup of coffee with you. Yep.

Going to hold back my tears. And you shared this with me, man. You shared with me what the mission was and what you're trying to accomplish. And I really seen how that would impact the country. Coming from a business too and being a business owner in the past, I know what it is to have all those credit card fees hit you at the end of the month and end of the quarter. Right. So strong leadership is the second thing.

And number three is getting in early, getting in at the right time. You know, just not on those pump and dumps, but on a real quality project. And we've always said this isn't easy. This is work. It's hard work. And that's what we're trying to do. That's why it's you know, we're doing things different than other people's because we're actually doing what we say we're going to do.

Those four phases that you talked about that you kind of that you harped on all last year. Phase one was build the mine. Well, that's what we were doing. That's what we were stuck in. Phase two, like you just shared with you earlier, was the utility. Well, that's what we're starting now. Phase three was duplicating the same process four or five more times globally so that we have a global reaction to it, making us one of the largest privately held mining pools out there.

And then number four is the education piece, which is huge. educating the cities the country the world that crypto is good money if it's done the right way and so that's where we got crypto you so man we've got all the pieces we put it together we're doing it so for those of you out there that if you're looking to get into crypto you're looking this you maybe you tuned in because you're like i want to see what this texacoin scam's all about i never got a chance to check out this thursday call right And now you're on here. Well, take some time. Don't pay attention to the trolls. Do your own research. Take a look at what we're trying to accomplish and what we're trying to do. And, you know, it's no guarantee.

There's no promises. But if we accomplish those four phases, there's a very good chance that we can have multiple coins in the top one hundred crypto realm. And that's what that's what we're saying. And what we're telling you is, is we're going to continue to work each and every day and each and every week to make that happen. I miss these conversations, man. We've had like this rain cloud over us for the last six months, legal updates and this problem and that problem. And now we're like coming out on the other side of it.

The mine's chugging along, making us extra money. And we're back to like the fun part. That's what I want to invite you to be a part of. I want you to buy a mining package. If you're not in Texas or Arizona, I want you to go to mine TXC. I want you to check it out. I want you to learn about it.

I want you to see that we're the guys that share the information with you, our daily payouts, the statistics of how the mine's running, where the money goes, average per miner, total miners. There's so much more on the proof page. I mean, the proof page, you'll never see anything like this anywhere else. Spending by category, receipts. You want to go and look at like... The money we pay to like the law firms and stuff that represent us, the properties that we have where we store our excess cash. You know, even some of the bad mistakes we made.

Go up here and click on the hacks, fails and bad debt category and see the one point five million dollars that we've messed up. You know, there's a lot that we can share with you and we go over and above to give you guys transparency that you would never imagine anywhere else. Education resources, learning opportunities, articles, you know, the historical calls that we have and all kinds of other stuff that give you. what you need to make a good decision on whether or not you want to join us and if you do want to join us there's a button up here and you're not in texas or arizona there's a button up here to click to join the mine to pick your package to figure out how you want to pay to set your commission preference We'd love for you to take your commission and an additional hash power. That's how the mind grows. And it's how you increase your daily cut of the TXC that's paid out to you each and every day. We got to know where we're sending your reward.

And you got like seven hundred disclosures and things to agree to. This is not an investment. It's a purchase of computing services and you get daily TXC. You've read the risk disclosures. Purchases are final. You know our terms of service. And these are like fun, right?

Mining isn't a promise. You're in the saloon now. Grownups only. It's not the legal stuff. It's fun stuff. You control your wallets. You're eighteen or older.

You know who you're dealing with. Here's Bobby's dirty laundry. Build it, lose it, build it again. That's what greatness is. The bankruptcy, our philosophy, and it's not available in Texas. And now I don't know if we have to update this for Arizona because it's Iskander that's mentioned in Arizona, not mine. Well, for all you legal regulators that are on here watching and listening, I'm sure we're going to come up with something that is going to here.

We want to make sure that we always abide by any CND or anything that we do. And we'll just have the attorneys take care of it. Yeah, it's painful. It's expensive. It's reputationally damaging, but we'll deal with it and we'll keep going because honest money doesn't pivot. And of course, we've got all of our legal updates on the legal page as well. So I want to invite you to join us and mine with us.

I want you to have a vested interest. Did you just say invest again? Invest, invest, invest, invest. If you're not in Texas or out of Arizona, I want you to have some skin in the game. OK, and that's actually one of our basic premises I want to cover in our last nine minute here. So we talked about the five reasons not to buy, you know, and we do that not jokingly. We do that.

These are reasonable objections. We want you guys to evaluate the reasonable objections along with it. But let's talk about the basic premises of why you should participate with us as a miner. Number one, community matters. If you go back and you watch that first video from two years and a couple months ago, I tell you upfront, we're doing this to make money, we're doing it to have fun, and we're doing it to make some new friends. Community matters. And that's one of the best things of what we've built.

I've got friends now that I would have never imagined crossing paths with, that I've made through this project, met through this project, Love to death. I mean, just absolutely love to death. And thank you guys for being my friend. We said to you from day one that if we can't have fun and make money while we're fighting for freedom, then we're doing it wrong. That's a basic core premise for this project. We want to have a good time while we're making money and making new friends. Hash power.

is owned by the people that build it. We didn't cook up a bunch of trillions of dollars out of thin air on our printing press and go buy all the best mining equipment and give it out to our institutional buddies. That's what the other guys do. The hash power in our deal is owned by the people who paid for it or who earned it. That's a really important core premise for us. If you want to be involved in a project that's owned by individuals, TexitCoin is your home if you're not in Texas or Arizona. um texaco is what happens when you take financial technology and marry it up with honest money i love crypto it took me a dozen years to understand why cryptocurrency is the best money that planet earth has ever seen it's a big statement if you're a gold and silver guy you'll resist that maybe for as long as i did but Texacoin is financial technology of crypto matched up with the mission of honest money.

And that mission matters. And so our manifestation of crypto is called Texacoin. If you're a Bitcoin maxi, that's great. If you really know what the Bitcoin guys, the early adopters did to get it to where it is today, that's Texacoin. We're in this Bitcoin time machine. We're going back to when it was grassroots, you know, built by the people for the people. And that's what we've got here.

You need to own the upside. You know, if you want to pick up a handful of coins, be our guest, please do. It helps us just as much. But if you want to own the production. you want to own the means of production that's where the mining comes in so if you want to like build on our network or you like the things that we're building on our network and you think that those things are going to be successful if you buy a handful of coins those coins go up you sell them you make some money but if you own the mining output and you help us build the mine and you accumulate more hash power you own more coins every single day And so if you like what we're doing, you want to build with us, great. But pick up a mining package first outside Arizona and Texas. And that way you've got a continual upside.

Like I know a lot of people that have made money in metals. Metals have been red hot these last couple of years. And that's great. But I owned a metal manufacturing facility. I was going to show you guys just one project that I probably made millions of dollars on. BoutineCoins. com.

You guys ever seen this? Let me share this with you real quick. This is Boutine Coins. I made these coins. They were part of the Heads or Tails coins and collectibles brand that I was running in Thailand. I made a lot of money producing these collectibles. If somebody bought one, you know, they might have gotten it for six, seven, eight hundred bucks and now it's worth two thousand or three thousand.

They might have doubled or tripled their money. But I made millions because I owned the means of production. And that's what the mine is. Not only is it our backbone and it's our proof that we actually followed through and did what we said we were gonna do, but it creates TXC every day for the people that participate in the mining packages. And so we want you to have skin in the game. We want you to have a handful of TXC and we want you to get those TXC every day off the mine. What else is on my list?

Core values matter. Integrity, honesty, transparency. They're not just like motivational posters that hang in the wall in the office. These are our core values that define how we act as leaders and the things that we expect out of our community as well. And that starts at the top. And that's what we've built that has allowed us to continue through the tough times, the market cycles, the legal challenges. When your philosophy and your foundation are solid, you can weather the storm on those things that come and go from time to time.

But that's what we've got. And I wanna leave you guys with one simple thing that was in the beginning of the video that I put together in May of, there's any one thing that i can tell you to do right now get rich today get rich now the world is in flux things are changing all bets are off very little makes sense anymore and when you go into this changing time with resources with cash in your pocket with Emergency supply, Stuart, if that's your thing with a community of friends that share your values with, you know, debts paid off and a couple silver bars in the safe, you're going to feel a lot better than getting caught flat footed when times change and times are always going to change. We would love for things to just stand still and have a minute to breathe and enjoy all the things we have, but they're messing with things, guys, at the highest levels. And I don't know who's doing it or why or what the end game is, but we still are charged with living full and bountiful lives every single day. And you can do that with resources. So find a good project, find a good community to be a part of. Find something that you like that mirrors your values.

Do some deep dive on the risks. Understand what's at stake. Never put in more than you are absolutely comfortable putting at risk. Because remember, if the lights go out or things go wonky, this could all go to zero. We're going to work hard for it every day, just like Tim said. But we don't know what the future holds and you need to be careful. But if you're prepared and you're comfortable taking that journey and that risk and you're not in Texas or Arizona, then buy a mining package.

because we'd love for you to help us get to where we want to go. We'd love to be good stewards of the trust and the risk that you've placed. And we want to win with you guys together. Whether or not we get rich, we don't know. Time will tell. Ultimately, the market price will reflect our work and our effort in the long run. But we've got some work to do.

And if you'd like to take that journey with us, then buy a mining package outside of Texas and Arizona. and hold our hand and let's learn about this stuff together. Because digital currency is the future of money, and if we don't understand it, we're gonna get dragged into it, kicking and screaming. We've gotta wake up, we gotta open our eyes, we gotta use our brains, make good decisions, and we gotta do it now. because the world is in flux and things are changing fast. And I wish all the best for you and your families. And I thank you guys for the time and the patience that you've afforded us as we've gone through this challenging last six, seven months.

We're on the other side of it now. And we're gonna look back from time to time just to remember what we learned and what we value and how we made it through to the other side. And we're going to deal with other challenges that come up from time to time with great representation and great experience. But that's it for tonight's call. Tim, any final words before we say goodnight? Nope. I love it.

I'm back to my desk. I'm on a flight in about an hour. I got to leave for the airport. And so we've got a ton of things to do, a ton more updates. And I will look forward to joining you guys on Tuesday night as I reclaim the throne of of our little mine building endeavor over at mine txc so again if you're not in texas or arizona check out mine txc.
