AI Summary

Bobby Gray and Maddie marked week 133 of Honest Money Hour on October 13, 2026, with a direct update on legal delays, spending cuts, and the need for more community participation. Bobby said the priority is extending the project’s runway while building practical uses for TEXITcoin. Working his way west toward time zones closer to the U.S. team, he highlighted Passage, a travel organizer with Telegram photo sharing and wallet-linked records stored through IPFS. Maddie also described his independent storefront accepting NectarPay. The point was straightforward: useful services give people a reason to use the network without first becoming miners. The main announcement concerned the ongoing Texas State Securities Board proceeding. Both sides had filed post-hearing briefs, with reply briefs due October 23. Bobby said the judge’s deadline had moved into January, and emphasized that the next step would be a recommendation, not a final resolution. Further agency consideration, objections, and possible appeals could extend the process considerably. He disputed the fraud allegations behind February’s emergency cease-and-desist order and said the hearing record and briefs supported the project’s position. Those were Bobby’s assessments; no final ruling was announced. He directed listeners to TEXITcoin.org/legal to review the filings themselves. With legal bills exceeding $5 million, Bobby announced that the team was ending its relationship with Quinn Emanuel and transitioning to a local firm to handle continuing TSSB and SEC matters. He credited Quinn Emanuel with putting the facts into the record, but said its costs were no longer sustainable. Office layoffs reduced payroll by roughly 20–25 percent. Remaining staff were given a choice between a 10 percent salary reduction and spending 10 percent of their earnings at NectarPay merchants. Bobby acknowledged the hardship and said the decisions were necessary to preserve resources. He also reported that funds held by Simmons Bank had been recovered, with a substantial portion going toward legal fees. NectarPay adoption was the clearest community request. Bobby asked miners to introduce merchants, change shopping habits, and send business leads to Tim at blockchainmint.com. The live dashboard showed 357 transactions, about $320,000 in sales, and 144 physical terminals across four countries. USDC led settlement preferences, followed by TSD. Bobby emphasized lower processing costs, fast settlement, no chargebacks, and Crypto Pop rewards as merchant benefits. He said the project’s roughly 50,000 miners could make a meaningful difference by bringing businesses aboard. The updated honest.money website now brought profile management and single sign-on together, with a getting-started path connecting wallets, applications, community participation, and optional mining. On trading, Bobby described Seeds as the response to exchange difficulties, including what he characterized as losses of fees and assets through Bitmark. He presented Seeds as a centralized trading service using a permissioned branch of a user’s own wallet rather than conventional exchange deposits. Users would authorize trading access and could revoke it, though the arrangement still depended on the software operating correctly. Seeds was not announced as live. Bobby said getting it online and connected with CoinMarketCap would require another $75,000, and urged listeners not to treat current TXC pricing as meaningful until that work was completed. The broader message was to build genuine utility and a dependable trading venue rather than chase market appearances. Bobby closed the available discussion with asset recovery and compensation-plan updates. Most vehicles held as part of the project’s cash-management strategy were being returned, but a Corvette, Mercedes-Benz SL, and Rolls-Royce Cullinan remained outstanding. He said the team knew their locations and hoped to resolve their return without escalation. He then began discussing criticism of the Level Up affiliate compensation plan and a new promotion, stressing the importance of retaining a one-time fee. The transcript ends before those details are explained.

That might be my favorite intro so far. It was clean and classy. Right. Yeah. Last time you said it ended too abruptly. No, that was a smooth transition. Good transition. And, you know, look, you do a great job with these things. And it's always fun to show people, you know, forward progress on a regular basis. We've got so much going on. I think the number one complaint we get these days is that it's overwhelming. I don't know where to go to keep up with all of the things that you and your creative team are up to. And that's a pretty fair objection. I've got a little bit today to show us that'll help deal with that challenge head on. that we'll get into in the next few moments. But welcome, everyone. Bobby Gray here. Maddie, all in. Maddie, burn the boats. Maddie, Maddie, the bridges are done and we ain't going back. The cake's cooked. I don't know how many other all-in nicknames we can find for you. But I'm joined today by my co-host and producer, Maddie. Thanks so much for being here. It is week one thirty three. One hundred and thirty three weeks of doing this. And I don't know if you guys know that one thirty three is a big number, but time is going fast and we've been doing this for quite a while. I am very impressed with the consistency that we've been able to bring to the table with this program. You know, good information is paramount. We live in the age of fake news. It's hard to tell the difference between real and fake. And for us to show up for one hundred and thirty three weeks, usually two calls a week is pretty cool and pretty real. So pat yourself on the back for a moment and buckle up. It's noon ish in Texas. It is seven p.m. over here in Central Europe where I am right now as I continue to work my way west. It's been a long year, guys, and you're going to get some news today, some updates today that aren't the most exciting, glamorous or things to be proud of, but they're real and they matter. And we always want you to hear those from us directly first. But it's been a long year. And one of the things that's in my mind this week is just taking a moment and being realistic. taking a moment and being realistic with our budget, with our reserves, with our legal shenaniganizings, with our likelihood and prospects of success. And it sounds like a dumb thing because I'm always so happy and so excited, but every once in a while I got to pause and reflect and look back, evaluate where we are and make changes if necessary. And so we'll talk about some of those things today. But yeah, But it's been it's been a long time and I was hanging out in Singapore working through the legal side of this case. And then I said, all right, I got to get back to it. We've got too much popping right now in the US. I'm not getting as much done as I want with just an hour or two a day to work with the team. They need a little bit more hands on Bobby time. And so if I work my way west, then I'll be in a better position to spend more time with them. And so where did I go? I went to Dubai, met up with my wife and then we hit Cairo, Athens, jumped on a boat, spun around a little bit, landed in Venice, Milan, did like the Monaco area for a couple of days and just seeing some really beautiful parts of the world. And one of the things that I'm doing as I'm going through this experience is working on a product that I call Passage. And I showed you guys passage, I think, the other day. If you want to keep up with our little adventure of heading west here, you can follow it on the passage website. But ultimately, what we're trying to do right now is to create little meaningful ways for people to get started working within our ecosystem. We build a network. We build a mine that processes transactions and crafts them into blocks and produces a block reward that gets paid out every day to the miners. That's what we build. We build a network. And now we've got to build applications and utility on top of that network to give it purpose, to give it value. and to put it to use. And Passage is a really great little way to do just that. It's an AI powered concierge. It takes all your travel documents and confirmations and assembles them into a nice little trip timeline for you. And then it also gives you the ability to capture the moments on that journey and share them through Telegram. You can just send a Telegram message with a picture that you snap and it puts it up on the wall for you. I've never been a social media person. There are two parts about that, I think. One is, I'd like most of my stuff in my life to be private. It's like, that's really a funny Mr. Transparency to say. But, you know, when it comes to like my personal life and what I do with my personal time, I'm not trying to show that off everywhere. It's not really been a big thing for me. Some people love it. They share with the kids, the grandparents, you know, keeps people in the loop. And that's the part that I've missed out on. The other part is I hate the idea of giving my data over to big tech. And that has never sat well with me. ever and ever and ever we're talking about these companies that gives you these great free services you give them all your pictures all your data next thing you know you're the product And then you end up paying for that. You end up saying dish detergent. And now for the next three weeks, your feed is full of dish detergent promotions and advertising. And so I just, I don't like that. But the biggest part of it that I don't like is that I don't own my data. We hand these files off to these guys and we go, here you go, take good care of them. And we don't really know where they go or like how long they live there. Yeah. and like how we can round up all that stuff if we ever wanted to get our hands on it. Anyway, I created Passage to deal with those issues and I love it. I'm having a good time sharing parts of our adventure with friends and family. I'm having a really good time knowing that this data is being saved to my wallet and stored on the interplanetary file system where it can last forever and ever and ever and no one's going to take it and sell it back to me later. And that really sits well with me. So that's what I have found to be a really easy way to get started with our ecosystem. What's your way to get started? What idea do you have? Think about the phone that you have and the apps that you have on it. You got TikTok, you got Facebook, you got Instagram. What else do you use? Do you use a receipt organizer? Do you have a nutrition tracker? Do you use some little app that does some little simple thing for you that you enjoy? Well, we can rebuild that. AI, I mean, Matty, you can tell us how far AI has come as good as anybody else can. I mean, it's kind of mind blowing now. What's the latest in the AI world? What's the most recent advancement? I mean, you know, everything is changing daily or every few days. I mean, the latest buzz right now is open AI with ChatGPT. They're resetting everybody's usage all the time. So instead of getting like, you know, on a twenty dollar a month plan, you know, you get almost all the AI you can use. But now there's more AI than you can use and it's Yeah, I mean, it is really, really good at writing emails and paying attention to wording. If I have an idea, I can just lay it out there and now it's the best version of the idea it could be. Yeah. well look you got to remember that texacoin and the honest money ecosystem are not an ai powered chain thing like we're not trying to catch those buzzwords but we are trying to build things that normal people can use on our chain and in our ecosystem to make their life better so while we're waiting can i give an example because i just thought uh so i was having an issue with ebay because ebay they take like fifteen percent at best and i was trying to sell my delorean and there was like a chargeback weird situation and uh anyway so i i had enough ebay and uh so i used ai to clone everything i have on ebay to sell it on a website that ai built for me and best part it accepts nectar pay it works it just works you want to pay with bitcoin you want to pay with txc you want to pay i was gonna say i better hear nectar pay in the next couple minutes because that is an important part of our ecosystem it's so cool i even put uh some pokemon cards there for sale so you can buy bitcoin collectibles that are loaded with some bitcoin you can buy uh silver coins all kinds of stuff Do we have a link? Can you share a link with us or do you want to do a screen share and show us anything? Oh, sure. Yeah, I could do that. Well, give us a link first and then get it brought up and then share your screen when you're ready. But that's the idea. The idea is that we're using these powerful tools now to build things that run on our network. So we build these things, we release them to the public. They're inexpensive or cheap or free. And it's just a little way for you to interact. We don't need a zillion different things. We need one or two that make sense that catch on. So if you use Passage for your next trip and you find that it's helpful, you share that story with somebody and they go, well, how do I get TXC? I'm not a miner. I didn't do your your mining package thing. You just go into the Passage website and put in a credit card and buy ten bucks worth of credits. And, you know, that's it. And that creates utility and supply and demand factors for the TXC in the marketplace. And so that's what we're doing. We're building little things like this that people can use to make their lives better. And that's it. That's what we do with a public blockchain. And it's transparent and it's accountable and it works and it's fast and it's easy. And we give you guys those tools so that you can build. But if you've got a specific request for something that you'd like to see, you're looking at this stuff and you're like, well, I don't really travel a lot and I don't stream videos. What do you do? What can we create in a day or two that's going to make your life better that can run on our chain faster? that creates utility and gives us another iron in the fire and another scalable vertical market opportunity for success so let us know give us some feedback we would love to continue to create value with you or better yet build it yourself these tools are out there you talk to them you tell them what you want and it puts it together for you anything that you need to talk to our chain you can find right now on techsitcoin.org forward slash build all that information is right there so So that's what's happening as I'm working my way west, the whole point of that. I'll be in Portugal in a couple of days and then South America shortly after that, as I work my way up to Central America. So we're trying to get back to the swing of things. And this kind of is a good segue to talk about really the next part of our program today, which is what's going on. in the legal realm for us. So let me share my screen and see if I can find the window. So it goes like this. You know, we got our cease and desist back in February and it came as a bit of a shock and a surprise to us because we're all sitting here saying, what are we doing wrong? Like, what's the problem? The unregistered security thing, you know, we knew that we were going to have to wrestle with at some point, not saying that we are or we aren't, but we knew that we would be looked at that way as any other crypto project is that starts to get big and successful. But what we didn't understand was all the accusations in that cease and desist for fraud. And not only was it confusing, but it was also kind of sad because we're doing this thing. We're trying to help small businesses and small towns across Texas. And then all of a sudden we get accused of fraud. Well, a lot of people turn their backs on us. You know, some um you know just because they'll believe anything they read on the internet and others because they said look we're a government or a municipality or we have a good relationship with the government we'd like to keep it that way they say that you guys are a fraud we hope you don't mind but we're just going to back away we lost this relationship and that relationship we started counting these things up and we said man that's really tough And you go through those fraud allegations and you go, why would they have said this? This is not just untrue, but it's so easy to prove that it's untrue. Why would they have said that? And we didn't know. We were confused. We scratched our head for a while. And then we come to learn, as I read through the briefs, that were filed post-hearing, and we'll get to those in just a second, that the reason that they had to put fraud into the cease and desist is because that's the only way that you can get an emergency order. You have to have some sort of imminent, irreparable harm that's caused specifically through fraud. And so it was like, oh, now it makes sense. They couldn't have done that unless they accused us of fraud. Now, we think if they accused us of fraud, they'd have some sort of evidence of fraud. And of course, they didn't. And so as you read through their motions, they kind of slowly back away from these fraud claims, which is really disheartening. It's like, look, if you're wrong, man, just admit it, move on. But they can't. Otherwise, they have to get rid of this cease and desist, this emergency thing. And so we got this data in the last couple of days. And I'm going to share my screen with you and, of course, show you where to find it all. But it's all on the legal page. I encourage you to go there and check it out. TexasCoin.org forward slash legal. And so I've got to update some of these numbers because we're double that now in legal costs. But here is another funny thing happened. We're going to talk about the funny thing that happened next. But both sides filed their briefs. So these were due last Friday. And you can open our post hearing brief. It's ninety five pages. Guys, it's a really great read. It's actually a really enjoyable read. You go through it. You're like, yeah. Yeah. Yes. Yes, exactly. And then there's an even longer brief that was filed from the enforcement division. This is the TSB filing their brief. And again, they walk back some of these things. Well, we will admit that we should modify this thing that, you know, Mr. Gray said. on you know is is actually mine txc and blockchain mint and texacoin um you know we had that wrong so just modify the order to include you know these other things and so sorry i lost my page there see if i can get it back um so read it read through it because it's really good On both sides. It's good. It's good for our stuff. It's really spectacular. Our brief and the reply brief from them or sorry, the the brief from them is kind of revealing. It kind of reveals, you know, how flaky their situation was in the first place to get to this emergency cease and desist. And so I read through these and my reaction is, I can't believe this thing is still happening. Because if you need to have this allegation of fraud to get the cease and desist in the first place, and it was so undisputably proven in open court two months ago that there was no fraud, shouldn't it go away then? And so the challenge that I have that I'm really struggling to deal with right now, and I'll be completely upfront with you guys, is that in my mind, this case ended back on August. Mattie, you were there, you watched it firsthand. And we saw the chief investigator admit that they knew that they were putting factually inaccurate statements in their cease and desist before they filed the cease and desist. And they just all shrug and go, well, I wasn't the guy that wrote it. And the commissioner shrugs and goes, well, I wasn't the guy that was the commissioner when it was when it was filed. It's like how nice for you. But in my mind, it was over. And I think that's the case for a lot of people that we're watching as well. And we had a lot of people that were like kind of pissed off and, you know, not real happy with the project. And then they watch that and they go, whoa, the state lied. They lied a lot. That's not fair. That's not cool. And so, you know, that's what happened in my mind. I went, oh, yeah, well, we knew that all along, but now everybody knows it. And it's over, right? And then I get an email last week, and this is the other part that I wanted to show you, that apparently two months is not enough time to do the right and the easy thing. The judge puts in a motion, sorry, not a motion, but an order that extends the deadline for a decision in this case to January, right? So if you recall how heartbroken we were to find out at the hearing, we had no idea. We were like, okay, we get to the hearing in August. We thought it was going to be May. We were really hoping it was going to be in like ten days. and then it's May, and then it's August, but it's okay because we're going to get a decision right then, right? The jury comes back in. The jury has decided not guilty, and then the room erupts. Everyone celebrates. The champagne opens. Bobby flies in in the private jet. He jumps in his supercar. We're off to like, right? That's what's going to happen. No, no, no, no, no. The judge is going to need two, three weeks to rule. All right. All right. August plus two, three weeks. It's early September. No problem. Bobby comes back in September. Do like a little victory tour around the state. We show up back there in, you know, North Dallas area to throw like a cool Halloween party. Put the hot air balloon. Right. Well, not exactly. What do you mean? Well, we've got a month to file, two months to file our briefs. And then we've got a couple of weeks to file our reply briefs. Those are due in ten days on the twenty third. And then the judge has two months to December twenty third. To come back with a recommendation, not a ruling, a recommendation. What? What planet are we on, man? What are we talking about? Oh, and then the judge extends this deadline another ten days. It was over, man. It was over in August. So I sit down with my AI and I go, okay, all right, all right, all right. You've come a long way, chat GPT-Ninety-Seven and Claude this and that and the other thing. Take all this stuff and tell me, tell me what I should really expect out of this timeline. Tell me the truth. Just be honest with me. I can take it. And it comes back and it says, well, are you sitting down? because the recommendation from the judge that now comes in January is really the end of act one. And I said, what? After that happens, then you got two, three weeks of objections after that. And then you've got a potentially a couple months for this recommendation to go back to the TSSB for them to consider it, sit down and come up with their own decision. And if we don't like their decision and they get to completely ignore whatever the judge recommends, by the way. Well, then it's a whole nother round of objections and appeals. And if we don't like that, then we go into act three, which takes us in front of a judge. Oh my God, dude, that's what they're going to do. If the state hasn't done the right thing so far, nobody's forcing them to do the right thing. When this judge comes back with a decision, which we can only assume and hope is in our favor. And I looked at all that, man, and I said, we're five plus million dollars deep in legal fees. And remember, we were thinking it was going to be two or three million with the best attorneys in the world. It's now double that. And I said, guys, we just can't do this anymore. We can't we can't do it. The government's got unlimited time and unlimited money. We don't. My job is to be a good manager, custodian, a good fiduciary of our pot. And I made the right decision back when I brought on the best guys with the information that we had. Well, now we've got more information. And it is clear to us today that we've got to change our path in order for us to give ourselves the highest likelihood of success as we move forward into this act one that still hasn't finished. So I decided this past week after talking with my team to conclude the relationship that we have with Quinn Emanuel. Those guys are the best in the world. They're also one of the most expensive in the world. They did an incredible job getting the facts on the record, in the evidence. They made a spectacular show of their experience in open court that was live streamed. I still don't know why the judge let that happen. They did a really, really wonderful job. And we say thank you to them, to Avi and his team for exposing these guys. But now we got to move on. Now that the hard work and heavy lifting is out of the way, we got to cut our costs way down. I mean, guys, we racked up a five plus million dollar bill in ten months. You know, that's half a million dollars a month on average. We got to cut that all the way down because we don't know how long this process is going to continue. We have no idea. We thought that we were days away from a verdict. We now know that it's months away from a recommendation, which opens us up to act two. And so I made that decision to wrap up our work with Quinn Emanuel. and to transition over to a local firm, which I believe is extremely qualified in these matters and will do an excellent job representing us and our interests to both the TSSB and the SEC as we continue to move forward. And so that's a bit of a bombshell here for us on this Tuesday afternoon. But along with that, guys, I want you to know that we made some really tough cuts at the office this past week. We slashed our payroll by twenty percent, twenty five percent. We laid off some really great people that that I didn't want to lay off. But again, it's my job to make the tough decisions and take the necessary actions for us to extend our timeline to the longest amount of time possible for us to establish our goals and get these things done. We also did something kind of fun. which maybe isn't fun if you're on the receiving end of this, but we also did a ten percent salary reduction for all the people that stayed. And there was a little bit of an asterisk there. And I said, look, you either have a ten percent reduction in your salary or you have to spend ten percent of your salary, the money that you earn, at a Nectar Pay merchant. And so I need our entire staff to go out there and knock on doors and bring merchants on to Nectar Pay. Nectar Pay is a huge vertical for us. It's a great product. The whole industry is ready for it right now. It's got great benefits for merchants on Main Street. You know, you get to reduce your credit card processing fees. You get to eliminate your chargeback risk. You get the money in your wallet right away. You also open yourself up to Crypto Pop, the rewards program that keeps customers coming back again and again to earn more pop. We're gamifying small business support through Crypto Pop. But if we can't in our own house accomplish this goal of getting people to bring on merchants and support those merchants, then how can I expect anybody else in the world to do that? We have to do it at home first. And if I have to force our team to do that by threatening a pay cut, if they don't, it's terrible. We talk about the carrot and the stick. This is the stick. And I don't want to do it, but I do need it done. I need us to prove to ourselves that we can accomplish this goal of bringing on merchants that want to get paid in crypto, save them money, put the money in their wallet faster, and never have a chargeback from it. And that we can modify our buying and our shopping habits to support businesses that take our currency. And I'm not even talking about TXC, I'm talking about any crypto. Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dash, Doge, USDC, USDT, TXC, ISK, ZCU, any of them. The merchants get to decide for themselves if they just want to do stables except TSD. But we have to prove to ourselves that this thing that we're setting out to do is possible, it's realistic, it's achievable, and we have to start doing it now. Because we only have so much time. We don't have an unlimited amount of time. We don't have an unlimited amount of money. And I don't like letting people go and I don't like forcing pay cuts. But I do need our community. And that starts at home in our house. I do need our community to understand that this is an important thing and they need to take it seriously. And we have fifty thousand miners in our community. Imagine if every one of those miners brought on one merchant every week. Fifty thousand new merchants every week. I don't even care if they buy a paying subscription. Just give us more places to go to spend crypto. Help get that going. With fifty thousand people, you'd think that it was an achievable thing. But it's not happening yet. And I want it to happen. And I'm far away right now. And it's very difficult because I can't be there personally to help you right now. I've got a different strategy I'm going to work on in my own way. that I think will yield us some results, but I need the team back in Texas and McKinney and US to really spearhead this effort. And so we're cutting costs. We're cutting our legal fees down. We are cutting our salaries and payrolls down. We are requiring our team to go out and support businesses that accept payment in crypto. We need your help guys. we're not joking around about the whole active participation thing. It's not a term that we use to try to get around a securities law. A community currency only succeeds when the marketplace engages it. If you want to see the price of Texacoin go that way, roll up your sleeves and give us a hand. This is the time that we need you guys. I just need you to give us a list. Who are the five, six, seven merchants that you frequent? Call up somebody at our office. Hey, here's a list of five businesses around North Dallas. Give them a call. Tell them I told you to call. Now is the time right now. We've got everything we need for this to be successful. Let's go. And I believe that we can do it. That's what a terminal looks like. It works perfect. The printer even works. Somebody mentioned to me, they're like, oh, yeah, and it prints out the receipt. I'm like, really? That works? I had no idea. We built all this stuff, and it works. But I need you to use it now. So if you've got a team, call up your team. Hey, guys, where do you shop? Give the lead list to the office. Let them go and attack those places that you shop. Attack? Well, that sounds aggressive. Sometimes we have to be a little pushy to convince people that we're saving them money, giving them that money faster, and making sure that nobody ever steals that money away from them. How hard of a sale could that be? Oh, imagine the pain. Bobby, if somebody had a list that they were ready to send to the team, where would they send it? Actually, I have no idea. I would say send it to Tim. Tim at blockchain mint dot com. Tim at nectar dash pay dot com. I would send it there. Tim at blockchain mint dot com. It's starting to work, guys. It sounds angry and it is urgent, but it's starting to work. In fact, I have my screen pulled up here where I want to show you guys the live stats page. Three hundred fifty seven transactions process so far, three hundred twenty thousand dollars of sales, saving merchants at two point nine percent, enough money to buy a used truck. We have one hundred and forty four physical terminals out there. Four countries are even using these things. And you can watch the transactions as they go through test transactions, small transactions. It's live right now. You can see that USDC is the most favored settlement asset. TSD is about half of what that is. And so it's there now. It's working right now. And we need your help to put more terminals and more business owner hands together. so that we can get honest money further, faster. That's why we did this, guys. It works a lot easier than gold and silver coins do. I assure you of that. But it takes the same effort. It takes the same effort for somebody to go out and introduce it to a merchant. Hey, would you consider accepting crypto here? No fee, instant settlement, no chargeback. Call Tim. He'll send somebody out. Watch this video. Attend an online seminar. Well, what does it cost? It doesn't cost anything. We'll give you a terminal. Try it out for thirty days. Let's send some business to you. Let's show you how much you can save. Let's show you how easy it is. It all works now. You want to buy the terminals? Five hundred bucks. You want to pay the year subscription fee if you're not a Texacoin miner? It's twenty bucks a month. Twenty five, maybe. I don't know. It's not that hard, guys. But this is the time that we need your help. Because real utility comes from usefulness, comes from value, exchanged, saved, earned. We have everything we need right now to make that realistic and so much more. So that's a plea. I'm begging you guys. I'm not on my hands and my knees yet, but let's bring you up to speed on the other things that we accomplished in this last week. I'm not sure if we got totally into the honest.money website last Tuesday, but this was a big development because we brought together profile management and single sign-on now on this one site. And what that means is that this site gives you the ability to connect with all the tools that we're developing across the ecosystem. Use file fingerprint. Suppose you buy a car. You take a picture of the signing documents. You upload the PDFs and it keeps a secure record of that. Then you get your oil change. You take a picture of the receipt. All the things that you do to maintain that vehicle can live right there on the blockchain in your wallet. That's Web three. So you hold on to all this data. You're not giving it to us. So we've got all these tools that we're building and they're all accessible through the Honest Money ecosystem and the mobile Honest Money wallet. We also have a pretty cool getting started page here that shows you the roadmap, the treasure map. Create a profile, set up your wallet, pick a service and try it out. Passage, file fingerprint, stream, bonfire, many more. There's a whole bunch of things that you can use that run on our networks. Join us, show up to a live call, attend a meeting in person, join the Telegram group, get involved. Figure out that this thing is a legit project. Become a miner if you want. If you wanna take a seat at the table and get coins every day that you can use to pay for those services, join the mining program. Share and promote. The only way alternative complimentary currency makes it to where we wanna go is if you're willing to introduce it to other people. We can't lie, cheat, steal, or kill our way to prosperity. And we can't hold a gun to anyone's head to force them to comply. We can win them over with our equal exchange of value. That's what we've got going for us. The treasure was never a pile of coins. It's honest money that works for you and the people that you bring along. And so we've got really great tools now that make it possible and practical for you to get started. So if you're sitting on the couch or waiting for the price of TXC to start to move before you lift a finger, I need you to put that attitude away and I need you to say, okay, it is my responsibility to help get this project where I want it to go now. about the price because the price matters. It matters to me and it matters to you. I spent a lot of time this week working on seeds. We've been talking about seeds for a while now because we've been struggling with an exchange. We spent a lot of money and a lot of time getting our coin onto CoinMarketCap verified. But if it's not on any CoinMarketCap verified exchanges, we're right back to where we started. The exchanges set rules. You have to do this. You got to do this. You got to manipulate that. We don't want to do that. We just want to have a place where we can go to buy and sell our coins. That's it. Whatever the price is, put it there. Tell the truth. That's all we need. Now, that's not really how crypto works. Frustrating. Okay. We found an exchange that's willing to work with us. Bitmark. Gone. Took all of our money. Took our signup fees. Took our TXC. Took our Iskander. we what's that about it's like it's like you're playing sim city and you don't have the ability to turn off the disasters and you get your little thing built and then all of a sudden the tornado comes through and just wipes it out and you go well that's not great well did you go to the government and complain did you file a police report no that's not what we do We take it on the chin. We go, well, that sucked. And we keep going. We can't quit. We can't go back to the old ways. We know too much. So we have to keep pushing forward. And the way that we push forward is with seeds. It's the world's only non-custodial centralized exchange. What a weird paradox. How does it work? What you do is you input a wallet that And so you give this website access to your wallet. So you're still holding. They're not custodian anything. They're not holding on to it. What you do is you move over some coins in your wallet to a different section of your wallet and you say, that's it. You got access to this little section right there. And I'll tell you when I want my coins to trade. That's the risk. So they're still in your wallet, but you give the exchange permission to move your funds around when a trade happens. I don't understand why everyone doesn't do it this way. The way it works now is you make a deposit on the exchange. You cross your fingers and hope they don't FTX it. then you cross your fingers and hope that when you press the withdrawal button they're not going to hit you with a well sorry our friends over at luna just had a disaster i don't know if i'm allowed to say but it was a disaster a disaster and that's what they do when it's not your keys and not your coins why do you have to do that you can just give them access to a trading branch in your own wallet and you say you got access to this right here and i can revoke it anytime i want and the risk is that while it's in there the exchange software does what it's supposed to do and you walk away anytime you want you always have full access to your your assets we have to do it that way because we're not a custodian we're not a money service business we're not a money changer But it's the right way to do it anyway. Why would you want to let somebody else mess around with your money? In a little bit of good news, we just got our money back from Simmons Bank. The lawyers were very happy because they took a big chunk of it to pay fees. we got that money back and i was like are you sure we want to take this deal they're like yeah take the deal i'm like we can't hammer them or something for taking our money for eight months you know no you can't did you read the agreement it's not your money when you deposit that cash it's the bank's asset now Well, yeah, that's what all of us conspiracy theorists say, but it's not really true. I mean, who would ever deposit money in a bank if you knew that it wasn't your money anymore? Here, bank, hold on to my money. You mean my money? That's what it is. And so, yeah, if you read the contract, we really didn't have any right to like get that money back and we got it back. So there's a bit of a happy ending there, but it wasn't our money when we handed it over to them. So that's kind of what we're coming up against in crypto here. Here exchange, licensed, regulated, will bow down whenever the overlords say, hand us all the money in that account. Like, that's not crypto. What are you guys doing? Now, the biggest thing in the whole industry coming out of token twenty forty nine last week, it's tokenized stocks. What? I can trade stocks on my crypto exchange. Revolutionary. Satoshi would be so proud right now. Crypto bros, you did it. You made it so that I can trade my stocks on these zombie companies on a crypto exchange instead of just trading them in E-Trade. Wow. Mind blown. Mic drop. You did it, crypto. Good job. So Seeds is our solution to that. And I don't want anyone that's listening or anyone in our community to worry about or take the price of TXC seriously until we get Seeds online and LinkedIn with CoinMarketCap. It's going to be another seventy five grand. But guess what? We've got the money to pay it now that we're cutting down on our legal fees. We have to keep going, guys. We have to keep going. We got to take the good, take the bad. We got to make adjustments. They're painful sometimes. And my heart hurts for the people that are affected by it. But I bear the responsibility of making the good decisions for the benefit of our community and our project on my shoulders. And that's what I do week in, week out. Most of the time, it's good. Sometimes it's not. All right. What else is on the list to talk about today? So we got a little bit of car drama to talk about. If you guys go to robo.honestmoney, you see my screen for robo.honestmoney, you can see that we are doing really well today. bringing our cars home. Remember, this is where we decided together to store some of our cash. And there are only three vehicles that are really still avoiding us. Twenty twenty four Chevrolet Corvette, twenty twenty five Mercedes Benz SL and a twenty twenty three Rolls Royce Cullinan. If you see those, let us know now. We know where they are. We know who has them. And we're hoping that they do the right thing and return those vehicles to us as agreed on schedule. Fingers are crossed. We're gonna bring you more information as it develops. So far, we're still hopeful that things work out well for those three vehicles that are as yet not coming home. All the other ones we're doing very well with. So thank you for- They're not reported stolen yet, huh? No, no holdover lease tenants yet. And hopefully it doesn't come to that. I hope it doesn't come to that. But we would like those things to come home because they're pretty valuable and because we would really like to use that money for the benefit of our community. And that's what it's there for. So that is the latest update with Robo. I've got a call tomorrow scheduled that might resolve it. We'll see. And then the last thing that I want to talk about today with our time left is a new promotion that we've got going for our comp plan. And I'll share my screen with you here. I want to say a bunch of things about this. And it's a lot. It might eat up the last fifteen minutes of our time together. We'll see. But I've got pretty much nothing but bad, bad feedback for our comp plan. And if you remember, you can go back in time, you remember that we've talked a lot about this plan. I've said some really, really strange things on these calls. Like I love network marketing words that you would have never imagined hearing coming out of my mouth. We built this thing through network marketing, call it what you want. We did it right. We did it better than it's ever been done before. You can look at the statistics. You can look at a lot of different data points that show you that it's not anything like traditional MLM. And when you sit down and you talk to the MLM guys about it, they go, that's not MLM. It's a multi-tiered affiliate program. That's it. That's what you got. And we go, yeah, exactly. So when we came out with our new comp plan that I call Level Up. Our network marketing guys weren't real excited about it. In fact, they they kind of hate it. And I go, well, that probably means it's great if they despise it. Then we're probably coming up with the right plan because this plan puts a lot more meat on the bone. But it doesn't destroy two very important things. Number one, the one time fee. It's got to be a one time fee. That's it. As soon as you do a one time fee, it ain't network marketing. Number two is it has to be very easy for somebody to join and make their money back. Bring on three left, three right. You get your thousand bucks, you're good to go. That's the statistic that makes us twenty times better than the other guys in the industry. I like it. I won't have a plan without it. That's my plan. I like it. It works. You know how I know it works? Because the last version of this got us to profitability And it got us to the point where the network marketers even looked at us in the first place. And so I created it and I like it. And I told you guys, this is the plan that I like. If you like me, if you trust me, if you respect me, evaluate the plan, consider joining me. This is the plan that I've got. I don't like it. What do you mean? It's the same plan we had before. You just can't steal from it anymore. That's it. Yeah, well, I really like stealing from it. Well, then I'm not really interested in having you on the ship at this part of the journey. Still get your mining rewards. You don't have to promote if you don't want to. But if the idea of making what up to thirty thousand dollars a week isn't appealing to you because you got to jump through a couple hoops now to get there. This isn't for you. Yeah, well, it's not network marketing. Yeah, it's not network marketing. That's what I said. You know, network marketing, we get to like sign up this guy and sign up that guy. Then we just sit back and relax and the money pours in for the next fifty years. When was the last time you were in a good deal that actually did that for you? And didn't go out of business in like six weeks. And paid out for one hundred and thirty years. Look, I can't get into debates about it. It's real simple. I put a plan together that's fair. And if you've tuned in over the last couple of months as we've been evaluating these things, we talked about going from one end of the spectrum to the other. We started with the magic money comp plan. Money for everybody. Okay, it worked. It got us to We go the other way, shut it down. Nothing for anybody. Well, that's not really a good place to be. Well, let's end up in the middle with the level up plan. Equal exchange of value. That's what I've built. That's what I'm happy with. I like it. It works. And so we introduced it. Everybody was pretty much hateful towards it. And I said, look, guys, that's what it is. I like it. We're going to build it with this. Who's coming with me? And a couple of people put their hands up. And so I'm not completely alone here. But what we did was we said, OK, all right, look, here's what everyone doesn't like. They don't like that at level four, you start to have these requirements. You got to have five thousand mega hash. You have to have ten thousand in your Texas stable dollar account. You got to set up cash. Some of these numbers are wrong. I got to double check some of these numbers. Oh, okay. You got to have your legs healthy. You have to have them balanced. You have to bring some people along with you. You got to have a downline value of X, Y, and Z. Anyway, there's requirements there. We can't just give out unlimited free money to everybody forever. That's how the company goes out of business. And we all look at each other and go, well, that didn't last long. So we need to like require you guys to continue to participate. Not just because it's fun to say that around the undercover investigators, but because that's what has to happen in order for this thing to be successful. If you wonder why we're still here and we're still going, it's because we did the right thing. We didn't lie. We didn't cheat. We didn't steal. We didn't kill. We didn't defraud anyone. We gave people a fair deal. And I think the regulators are still kind of scratching their head being like, mlm fair deal these words don't like go in the same sentence what there's got to be something else we'll find it okay good luck you guys do you anyway i said look let's relax all these requirements if you're an existing miner we'll put you in exactly where you'd go based on hash power and commission potential that's it so now there's a bunch of people level nine and level eight and level seven level six level five level four And I'm still trying to win them over. And I'm saying, look, here's the deal. Here's the deal I'll make you. Nobody right now is at level four. Nobody is legitimately at level four. What does legitimately mean? Nobody has satisfied all of these requirements. There's a bunch of people that are extremely close. And so what I said is, look, whoever gets to the pure level four first, meaning I didn't grandfather you in, meaning you actually looked at the requirements and said, okay, all right, I'm not far off there and not far off there and there and there and there. Whoever gets there first, five thousand dollar bonus. Whoever gets their second gets ninety percent of that. Whoever gets their third gets ninety percent of that. So five thousand and forty five hundred and forty one fifty or whatever the number is. We're just going to have a progressive bonus so that as you get to that level, you get a bonus. Now we're going to cap it at the first twenty five people. If you get to level five organically, there'll be a ten thousand dollar bonus. If you get to level six, we'll do. What is it? I think a twenty five thousand dollar bonus. I'm not sure. Let me double check. I don't have it in front of me. Bonuses. Because we need people to participate. We need them to level up. We need them to prove to me and to you and everybody else that's listening on this call that the plan's not terrible. It's an achievable plan. We just need people to go, all right, Bobby's serious. He needs our help. Let's go. So those bonuses are there for people who want to level up and get to level four organically. it's not free money anymore guys we can't do that anymore it doesn't work it's not sustainable we had to close the loopholes that you clever people found good job you did it you should have brought it to our attention but it's all good if you level up and you prove to me and you and everybody else that this plan is realistic and achievable we've got some bonuses out there for you so whoever gets to level four first five thousand dollar cash bonus Remember level four is four thousand dollar commission earning potential every week. The money adds up pretty quick. We already saw that in the old days. So if you'd like to take a look at what the requirements are for the level-up comp plan and take a look at where you are, you put some money into TSD, you put a couple bucks into, you make sure that your commission potential is where you want it to be, get to level four first organically, five thousand dollar bonus. Ninety percent of that for number two, ninety percent of that for number three. Hopefully I've said that confusingly enough where everybody freaks out and says, what? What's the bonus? A million? A hundred million? A billion? No, no, no. Take it easy. Five thousand dollars. Whoever gets to level four. Ten thousand. Whoever gets to level five first. Sorry. First, whoever gets level four first. That goes to level five first, six first, seven first, eight first and nine first gets a quarter million dollar bonus. That's how the bonuses are going. So it's going to take work. I think it'll take you about two years to get to level two. I'm still planning on being here two years from now, working towards honest money. If you want to continue to be here, just keep doing what we've been doing already. It works, guys. We have a very practical plan. Money comes in. We build the mine. We pay the commissions. We promote the coin. That's it. We've got more going for us now than ever. The plan worked before. It can work even better and faster now. Roll up your sleeves, join Maddie and me and Tim and Gage and Eddie and Jay and Shauna and the other great people at the office, Mel, a whole bunch of great people that are really passionate and concerned about making the world a better place and spreading peace and prosperity through honest money. I'm Bobby Gray, the guy that started this adventure. I'm joined by my co-host, Maddie. Thanks so much. Tell us about what we got on deck for tomorrow night or tomorrow. Yeah, so tomorrow at noon, we have Tiffany Fong, who's very close to reaching a million followers on X, not just any million, recent people who are in tech and finance and who have followed her citizen journalism journey when she got exclusive access to Sam Bankman Freed, the notorious person who was the biggest deal in crypto for a while. He ran the FTX exchange. He stole billions of dollars and the exchange collapsed. And it was the biggest story of crypto in the past five years. She's the one who got access when the traditional media couldn't. And so what a perfect guess. for honest money live she doesn't typically do this where she uh lets people she barely knows to come on and and take over her channel and uh get the word out but um yeah we've got her booked for tomorrow and uh you and i'll be on screen uh at noon It's awesome. Yep. Noon central time. Thanks so much guys for tuning in. I apologize for this difficult time. It will get better. Hopefully as I work my way further West, but thanks for tuning in and we will catch you guys right back here tomorrow. Maddie, take us away.
