TEXITcoin Roadmap: Wallet Adoption, TSD Ramps, and NectarPay Referrals

Thursday, October 22, 2026

Bobby outlines the TEXITcoin adoption roadmap, Saturday’s wallet training marathon, TSD on- and off-ramps, and NectarPay’s $200 referral bonus paid in TSD when a deal closes.

AI Summary

On the October 22, 2026 Honest Money Hour, Bobby Gray laid out TEXITcoin’s roadmap: wallet adoption, on-ramp and off-ramp proficiency, market participation, vendor participation, broader Main Street participation, and mass adoption. The goal is to build a working currency ecosystem, not simply another coin people hold while waiting for its price to rise. Bobby argued that much of crypto has moved toward institutional trading and away from everyday payments. TEXITcoin’s approach depends on ordinary people learning the tools, circulating currency, and supporting merchants. He acknowledged that reaching an older audience with resources also means doing more patient, practical wallet education. Bobby addressed concerns raised by Tuesday’s call, saying the push for participation was not intended as punishment. He said the team would not actively go out and take people’s teams away, especially from members already engaged in the project. The immediate focus is getting people comfortable using wallets. He contrasted a community of roughly 50,000 miners with the few hundred regularly attending calls and using products. He also connected participation to legal concerns, saying a project dependent entirely on his efforts could attract securities scrutiny, and reported that approximately $5 million had already been spent on legal matters. These were his explanations for the approach, not an announcement of a regulatory ruling. Wallet Adoption Day is scheduled for Saturday, October 24, beginning at 9 a.m. Central at IDMCzoom.com, replacing the earlier 7 a.m. start. The planned eight-hour session will be recorded, with questions and screen-sharing help available. Bobby and Matty will open with Honest Money profiles, the ecosystem wallet, seed phrases, swaps, and wraps. Tim joins from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for NectarPay and the merchant-focused Beekeeper wallet, followed by the simpler CryptoPop consumer wallet. Corey will cover gaming and Zero Chill around 2 p.m., and Bud and Thomas will discuss sharing the tools at 4 p.m., with a leadership wrap-up planned for 5 p.m. Bobby also offered free seed-based cold storage coins through honest.money profiles, including U.S. shipping, or by appointment at the DFW office. The next step is learning to move money into and out of the ecosystem without unnecessary fees. Bobby described Texas Stable Dollar, or TSD, as the ecosystem’s stablecoin backed by bridged assets including USDC, USDT, PYUSD, and DAI. He reported collateralization of 100.95% and said circulation, reserves, and ramp activity are publicly visible. His proposal was for miners to keep spendable TSD ready to support merchants, while reserve earnings support the ecosystem. For merchant cash-outs, he identified VectorPay, distinct from NectarPay, as a FinCEN-registered money services business integrated into Beekeeper. He said the project itself could not charge for that service because it was not a money services business. Separately, he committed to bringing the non-custodial online exchange, Seeds, online before leaving his current location in 13 nights; that remained a target, not a completed launch. NectarPay referrals provide an immediate way to participate. Members can retrieve their personal link from the referrals tab at honest.money and introduce business owners or help schedule demos. Tim Blake’s sales team handles presentations and closing. Each referred deal that closes earns a $200 bonus paid in TSD; booking a demo alone does not qualify. Payout timing and TSD valuation were still being finalized. Bobby also explained that Honest Money Live’s broad guest strategy, including the recent Patrick Byrne conversation, is intended to reach different audiences with the honest-money message, without requiring viewers to agree with every guest’s conclusions.

Hey, miners, your connections can help bring NectarPay to local businesses. Make an introduction, and our sales team handles the demo and the close. Here's a simple way to earn a referral bonus, just by introducing people you already know to NectarPay. And the best part? You don't have to sell anything. Think about the businesses you visit every day. Your favorite restaurant, your hair salon, your mechanic, your local coffee shop, or maybe a friend or family member who owns a business. Nectar Pay gives businesses the opportunity to accept supported cryptocurrency payments alongside their existing checkout. They can also explore potential processing fee savings on those payments, along with CryptoPop offers and rewards. And every business that joins is one more place where our crypto community can actually spend their coins. Here's how the bonus works. For every business you refer that signs up and becomes a closed deal through the Nectar Pay sales team, you earn a two hundred dollar referral bonus paid in TSD. You don't give the presentation. You don't explain the technology. And you don't close the sale. Your job is simply to make the introduction and help get a demo scheduled. Tim Blake and the NectarPay sales team take it from there. They'll walk the owner through the product, answer their questions, and work to close the deal. One important detail, the bonus is earned when the referred deal closes, not just when the demo is booked. Payout timing and TSD valuation are still being finalized, so watch for official updates. Step one, log into your account at honest.money. Step two, on your dashboard, click the referrals tab. Step three, scroll down until you find the NectarPay referral program section. Step four, this box holds your own personal referral link. Simply click copy. You can also click open to preview what a business owner will see when they follow your link. Step five, share that link with someone you know who owns a business. They can schedule their own live demo from your link, or you can schedule the demo on their behalf. Either way works. Just make sure you're using your personal referral link so the referral is properly connected to your account. Not sure what to say? It can be as simple as this. Hey, have you heard of Nectar Pay? It lets businesses accept supported crypto payments alongside their current checkout, and it may help you save on processing fees. You don't even have to replace your current checkout system. I'd love to connect you with the team for a quick demo, so you can see whether it's a good fit. Would you be open to that? That's it. You don't have to be a crypto expert or a salesperson. You're just opening the door. So here's my challenge. Think of three business owners you know, family, friends, or a local business you support. Reach out, share your Nectar Pay referral link, and help get a demo booked. Every successful referral that closes is another two hundred dollar bonus opportunity paid in TSD. We're not just mining crypto, we're helping build places to use it. So head over to honest.money, grab your Nectar Pay referral link, and let's get some demos on the calendar. Happy mining, everybody. We make cool stuff and I don't even know about it. That's how you know the community is really doing their part. Great job. All right. What's up, everybody? Bobby Gray here for another edition, week one hundred and thirty four of Introducing Texacoin, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. Joined by my co-host, not Matty Allen, but Matty All In. It's all in. He's all in. Have you ever done anything that you were only half in? Is this the only type of in that you know? No half measures. Do or do not. There is no try. Okay, so welcome everybody. It's been a long week for us. We're doing a lot of calls now. The calls seem to be like stacking up on top of other calls. And that's because we've got a lot to talk about. Things are happening at an amazing pace. We're growing in awesomeness each and every day. And we just can't keep it all inside longer than a day or two before we get back in front of you and share more of our story. I'm on my terrible connection. How's it holding up so far? it's cutting out a little bit on video but we can hear you okay i will switch over to a better connection maybe if we have like uh like do we do commercials do we have commercial excellence yeah we got some commercial breaks if we could add a commercial break while i switch over to a new connection but for now we'll see if it holds up i've got this great light here um thanks to maddie all in And so we'll begin. We talked on Tuesday. Oh, boy, was that a heck of a call. We pissed a lot of people off on Tuesday's call, apparently, which was really shocking for me because I thought it was such a great idea. And, in fact, it is a great idea. We're going to talk more about that great idea in just the next few moments. But that was Tuesday. Am I frozen? Do we want to run a commercial break and have me switch over to a better connection? Yeah. Yeah. let's hold on we can't we can't do that yet because i got a new complication i have a sim card swap that has to happen i had to call somebody in the us and put in my non data only sim card we'll keep going keep going while we're here if you think this call is clunky just wait for saturday saturday we're going to be making the whole thing up as we go um anyway so we had a call on tuesday it ruffled some feathers uh because People were thinking that they were being punished. And that was totally not what we meant. It was totally not what was intended. And it's totally not what's going to happen. What's going to happen is that we're going to continue to look for and find ways to get our community energized. engaged, fired up about participating actively in our success. And it's not just because we're trying to like not use the word invest and get around legal complications and carve out ourselves a new loophole. It's because if we really had a community of fifty thousand miners that cared deeply about the success of this project, we'd be a page one coin. How many like projects out there have fifty thousand real, real people in their community? I mean, we did a live the other day with Wall Street Bets. How many people showed up? One hundred and thirty two. I have two million followers. How many of those are bought and paid for? I don't know. But if we had a real community of people that were sitting there saying, yeah, I'm going to roll up my sleeves. I'm going to help out. I'm going to help this project move along because it's going to impact my life, my financial future, my kids' futures. If this became what Bitcoin became, holy cow, that's a big deal. And if I have the ability to directly participate in making that happen, of course, I would do it. The people that are involved right now, if they actually believed that that was true, they would do it. It's not like you bought a lottery ticket. It's not like you invested in some company you heard about in the pink sheets. You bought into a project that's only going to be successful if you and the rest of the community make it that way. And that sucks because that means responsibility. But it's also spectacular because it means that you're not on the Bitcoin roller coaster waiting for the banks and the institutions and the funds to drive the price up and down. What a great advantage that is. You have the direct ability to participate and make this project worth for you what you want it to be worth. And some people are engaged. We probably have two or three hundred people that are really engaged. They tune in on the calls. They do what we ask them to do. They download the apps. They watch the videos. They use the products. They're engaged. And when they heard that on Tuesday night, they were like, no, what if you're punishing me? We're not punishing you. I am talking to the forty nine thousand five hundred or six hundred or seven hundred miners that threw money onto the table and said, I want to be rich, too, and then didn't do anything. And then went to sleep or figured that February was the end of this project or read some troll post online and said, oh, I got scammed. What are you talking about? How did you draw that conclusion? That doesn't make any sense to the people that are sitting here working on this project every day. Be that as it may, it's all good that. message on Tuesday was to those people. And it kind of doesn't make sense when you think about it. It's like, well, why would you tell people that aren't watching that it's time for them to start getting more involved? They're not involved. Well, I need people who are involved to continue to work hard for our success. All right. Commercial break. I'm switching over to my mobile connection. Got it. Giddy up! Let's mine! I'm back. I'm back. It wasn't as bad as I thought. Okay. Where did we leave off? We were talking about Tuesday's call. So Tuesday's call was not very well received, but I'm committed to kind of one of two things. Number one is like what I said, which is we need to continue to follow through on as my man Tim says, inspecting what we expect. We went through the glossy brochure on Tuesday. We went through the mission control manual. And we talked about all the different places. And there are not all of them, but many where we told people that we really need their help for this thing to be successful. It can't be all on Bobby's shoulders. If it is, that smells like a security. That's what gets the regulators attention. And so we tell them that we're looking for these things. And now we've got to go out there and hold people accountable. It sounds harsh. It sounds like we're using the stick and saving the carrots for later. But the reality is that that's what we have to do in order to stay out of legal hot water, which I want to do a whole lot because we've already spent five million dollars on that. It's a lot of money. And so that was Tuesday. So we had a long conversation about it Wednesday morning in our executive team discussion. Well, maybe we should call it engagement day instead of adoption day. I'm like, we're talking about wallet adoption. We're not talking about taking anything away. We're talking about getting people to show up so we can start with the very basic of basics, which is wallet adoption. And so, you know, I think that having talked through it, we all understand it a little bit better. And that's good. And we're not going to be actively going out there taking people's teams away, especially not with the people that are committed and engaged in doing something for this project to continue moving forward. Anyway, so so that's where we were Tuesday. Then yesterday we had a conversation with Patrick Byrne. He's a bit of a wild man. Patrick has been around this globe working on a rabbit hole that he went down with voter fraud. And when you get into these kind of conversations, it's a little touch and go. It's a little sticky because some people believe that we've got dishonest voting. Some people think that's a conspiracy theory and it's not true. It's already been unproven in court. And then you go to the next level, which is like, well, whose information are you listening to? This guy, that general? Well, those guys are friends with those guys, and so we don't talk to them anymore. We're on this team. And the Republican Party kind of broke in half a little while ago, maybe because of the Iran war, maybe because of something else. I don't really know. But the Republican Party is not a bunch of besties anymore. They're quite fragmented today. And so you start saying, well, I trust this guy, but I don't really trust that guy or vice versa. So it's always good to listen, get perspective, consider the accomplishments and investments and sacrifices of the person that's telling the story. And Patrick was a huge early participant in the cryptocurrency community. Did a lot for that, has done a lot for free elections. And so for him to say that he talked about investing his own personal money to get to the bottom of this thing that he believed was really, really a terrible thing. There's a lot of respect that can be placed there. Whether or not you believe the things that he has come to conclude or not, that's for you to decide as the viewer. What we're trying to do in those situations is get our message out about honest money to the widest and most diverse audience possible. You know, I got into this thing in two thousand and seven because honest money resonated to me. I watched a couple of documentaries. I saw Freedom to Fascism. I saw Zeitgeist and a couple other ones. And I was like, wow. Our money is about as federal as Federal Express. This is crazy. And it was good timing because we're watching the banks collapse. We're seeing this mortgage meltdown and people started wondering what was really going on. Then we had the TARP bailout. What did we decide? It was eight hundred billion dollars given to the bankers for messing up the money so bad. It's like, wow, wild. But that's That was the catalyst that got me excited all those years ago. And we need something to get people excited today. And so our strategy is to get on as many different channels as we can and talk to the most, you know, widest cross-section of people possible. So Honest Money Live is going to have guests on from politics. It's going to have guests on from libertarianism, from capitalism. philosophy, from free market economics, from crypto community. We'll have Bitcoin maxis on here. We'll have like anyone and everyone that's got an audience so that we can from time to time insert our mission, which is honest money. And that's what the goal of Honest Money Live was. So that's what we did yesterday. We connected with Patrick's audience, four or five hundred thousand people on X and elsewhere. i think it was probably our second biggest call behind tiffany fall i i mean yeah the ron paul one was was the biggest and and then tiffany and patrick yeah those both had high attendance i don't remember seeing how many people were live watching the ron paul thing you know tiffany was like eighteen hundred that's pretty good yeah i i think it was maybe twice that with ron paul oh really i you know i couldn't see because i was in a studio and it was all like professionally done and like i did my hair that day and wasn't actually able to see the screen so the screen shows us like how many people are connected Anyway, long story short, that's what Wednesday night or Wednesday afternoon for you was about, which brings us to Thursday. Thursday is supposed to be an introduction to Texacoin. And today what I want to talk about is the roadmap. Because we got a lot going on and every once in a while, I think it's important to pause and communicate what those basic big steps are. So you guys can hopefully get a glimpse of the map that we have in our hands every day that we work on. um what we're doing is really a massive undertaking when i started texacoin i didn't do it because the world needed another altcoin i didn't do it because man if only we could have one more doge like alternatives the world will just be a better place you know and that was some feedback that i got from some early crypto adopters so we really don't need anything else we got litecoin if you want a faster bitcoin we got litecoin it's there it's done And I said, well, that's not really what we're doing. We want like a blank slate. We want a fresh start. But what we're doing is we're going back to the early days when the Bitcoin community cared about digital decentralized peer-to-peer money. Almost nobody today is using any crypto as money except for stable coins today. People aren't day trading stables. They don't move very far, very fast. If they're good, they stay at a dollar. But the other cryptos, they don't use them as money. And so stables are fine for that purpose, but even so, go out there and try to find places that are taking USDC or USDT for payment. Nobody's doing it, nobody's pushing it, nobody's advocating for it. And I say nobody, there are a couple of things out there, but they're either hard to find or they're not particularly successful. Because it's hard work. It's hard. There are lots of pieces to it. We know that firsthand because we're doing it. But what we're trying to do is we're trying to rebuild this entire Bitcoin community currency ecosystem. Bitcoin is a multi-trillion dollar market today. The whole cryptocurrency ecosystem is two, three, four trillion dollars worth. Matty, I kicked you off the screen because you disappeared. Or maybe I disappeared. I'm not really sure. But the Bitcoin system is huge. Trillions and trillions of dollars is out there in the Bitcoin ecosystem. And so what we're talking about doing isn't trying to become another altcoin that's going to pump its way up to page one. What we're doing is we're recreating that ecosystem and we're picking up all the pieces that the Bitcoin community has forgotten or abandoned along the way. We know that this is important. We know that it's true because the statistics show us today that cryptocurrency adoption on the retail side is at a nine year low. Well, take twenty twenty six minus nine, you get to twenty seventeen, which was when people all over the world were excited about cryptocurrency. And then it crashed, went from twenty thousand dollars at the end of twenty seventeen back down to three thousand bucks. A lot of people gave up on it, called it quits, and then it went to sixty five thousand dollars. Then it came back down and then it went up to one hundred twenty five thousand dollars. And now we've been kind of stuck in this like stagflation Bitcoin thing for a while where it is seventy five eighty five thousand bucks. Who knows who cares? But it's hard to get excited about it because the banks are the ones that are making the noise. The banks are the ones that are making the market move. And so what we're doing with Texacoin is we're rebuilding that whole entire ecosystem. It's a lofty goal and it's a gigantic undertaking. It's not something that happens overnight and it's not something that happens without a massive amount of support, cash, community, mining infrastructure. There's a lot that goes into it. Are you coming back onto the stage now? You're back. Where'd you go? What happened? Are you okay? Again, my camera spontaneously stopped. Well, good thing one of us was here to hold the show together until the other got back. Teamwork. talking about what we're doing we're rebuilding this and we're picking up the pieces that the cryptocurrency community forgot or abandoned along the way it's not easy it doesn't happen fast it's not cheap it's hard work it's real work you know the part that we were doing a year ago that was fun the trips and the cars and the balloons it's all fun we still have a lot of those things now it's real work now we're going through the difficult parts of adoption and usage and utility and the legal side of things i mean it's work guys it's work but i want you to know that there is a road map and what we're doing is bringing all these pieces together so that we can have a competitive ecosystem and here's the big difference Not that we want to redo the same Bitcoin playbook, but we want to shift it a little bit so that individuals continue to own the upside. That, in my mind, is the reason that crypto is where it is today. Because the banks took over. The banks run it. The Fortune five hundreds are now tokenizing their stock. Wow. what a revolutionary concept the stuff that we could have bought through etrade and charles schwa we can now buy through a crypto exchange good job guys that's what everyone's excited in crypto about today which does nothing for the individual does nothing for the disenfranchised it does nothing for the remnants that they're out out there saying what about me at what point will i stop seeing my life's work stolen out from under me through inflation Well, that'll happen the moment that you stop admiring and accepting and being OK and complacent with the U.S. dollar. It's a big ask. It's a big ask, but it starts with knowledge. Then you need tools. Then you need like a community of participants. There's a lot that goes into it. And so that's why, like, when we have these Tuesday night calls and we reflect on the size and the quality of our community and we go, and then we can't get, like, more than two or three hundred of them to show up for, you know, a Nectar Pay training session. It's like, well, what happened? Maybe we missed a step as well. And we did. And so... We're going to recreate this ecosystem. We're going to salvage the parts that were lost or abandoned along the way. It's work. But we are able to do with our skills, our knowledge, our team, our community, a lot of the things that the Bitcoin community doesn't have today. Today, Bitcoin doesn't have retail. There's no one out there talking to people, inviting them to get into cryptocurrency. They don't do that anymore. I do that and people look at me like I've got three heads. Try to tip somebody in crypto. Hey, man, you take Bitcoin? What? We're not allowed to do that in my country, I don't think. Oh, geez, what a shame. The merchants aren't taking crypto. Some are somewhere, but not a lot. Go into a business and ask them if they take Bitcoin and they'd laugh at you. No, no, no. I'm serious. Do you guys take crypto? No. No, we don't do that. Why not? No fees. You get the money right away. I can't charge it back later just because I need some cash to pay the electric bill. What sounds terrible about that? What's so funny about that? But they don't have it. Cryptocurrency doesn't have it. I know that because I ask everywhere I go. No one has yet said, if I want, like if I go to a place that I know takes crypto, they probably take crypto. But if I just randomly show up in a spot, there's a one hundred percent chance that they don't take crypto. I've never had a business go, oh, yeah, in fact, we do. Grab the terminal. Bring the terminal over. This guy wants to pay in crypto. He wants to save us money and put it in our pocket faster. We got one over here. It's a crypto guy. This never happened ever. And I ask every single time. Zero percent. So the crypto community clearly missed something in establishing their cryptocurrency because retail people don't have it and business owners don't accept it. They don't have the young people. This is another interesting one as well. Young people aren't into Bitcoin. Go out there and talk to a bunch of people on the street. They ain't day trading. You know, one of the earliest like introductions and pitches I had to people about like getting into crypto, I say everything in my daughter's world exists on her phone. And that's true. But my daughter's not an avid cryptocurrency enthusiast. Most kids aren't. Why? Because they're broke. How many young people do you know out there that are just sitting there saying, well, with the extra money that I have from my parents' allowance that they give me and the extra money that I make at work, I set some aside, I put some in the market, I dabble in some crypto. They will own nothing and they will be happy. They don't have crypto. The young people don't have it. And this whole story now, this whole upside is about the bankers. Like you ask a bunch of people to get excited about Bitcoin and cryptocurrency. What's the upside? Well, if you're good and you're lucky and you get it at the right time, the trillionaires of the world will tweet about it and the price will go up. Well, how much more are the trillionaires holding on to than me? If I'm lucky, I can double or five or ten X my money. That guy ten X's his money. He goes from a trillionaire to a ten trillionaire. And so it's just hard to get excited about making rich people way more rich. So why would I go out and talk to people about it? There's such a little amount of upside for me. It's just not worth my time. So what did we do different? This is my fun part because it's painted us into the corner we're in today. I said, here's what we got to do. We have to talk to people that actually still have some money. We're talking like people from forty five to seventy five years old. That's our target audience. What? They don't do crypto. Man, grandma can barely even like crush some candy blocks or something. You want to set up a Bitcoin wallet? Yeah. Yeah, I do. Why? Because grandma still got some cash sitting around. Grandma didn't like, you know, YOLO her whole life. Grandma put some money away for a rainy day. She probably knows how to like get the ground to produce some sort of vegetable too. Like us older wise people, we still have some knowledge and skills and maybe a couple bucks rolling around in an investment account somewhere. I'm not trying to drain your investment account, grandma. I'm trying to get you to think about leaving something for the young people to before you're gone i saw tick tock the other day and it's like you know what happens when someone dies and they leave their money you know if you're eighty years old and you leave your estate to your children your children are like sixty like in their fifties and sixties like they needed that capital thirty forty years ago to like help them get started by the time you're fifty sixty years old you probably already have your act together and if you don't you're gonna burn through mom and dad's money real quick my family did when they got it from their parents we got a new minivan we paid off the credit cards and we were back to broke in no time just like that people older people still have some assets and some some resources and that was part of like my conversation after a while I was like look put that to work let's let's get this cryptocurrency thing figured out so we might be able to leave something better behind for young people. Right now, we're leaving them with a bunch of debt and this endless inflation freight train. How about we figure out what's going on with honest money and maybe leave the world a better place for them? Maybe put children in a better position to not see their future stolen from them from inflation. What about that idea? The problem is that grandma's not real good with the cryptocurrency wallet and so we're saying hey come on let's learn about crypto let's download a while let's you know let's do some trades let's uh let's buy and sell let's uh let's get involved in the market they're going what are you talking about i'm just gonna take my welcome kit put it in the safe lock it up and forget about it Then I'll like look the price up one day in two or three or five years. And if it seems interesting, I'll figure it out or I'll call Bobby and he'll do it for me. No, no, no. I need us to figure it out now because it's your direct participation that's going to get this thing to where we want to go. That's how a currency works. Currency only has value if it's traded and circulated in a marketplace. We can start with our own marketplace. can build on it from there and invite the rest of the world once we can speak their language a little bit better. They speak coin market cap. They speak DeFi, you know, like trade pairs and liquidity and all that stuff. We don't know those words yet. We're still new. But look where Bitcoin was two years in. Well, way further ahead than they were in two thousand and ten years. And most of the world didn't hear about those guys until twenty seventeen. Well, that's good. Let's go. Let's use this quiet time that we have to build. OK, well, what's the roadmap look like? And so this Saturday, as I announced on Tuesday night, we're having adoption day. We're doing wallet adoption day. Let's go through, Matty, thank you for sharing that. I am also going to share my screen as well because I have that very same beautiful formatted thing up and loaded on my screen and I will add it in so that I can tell a story here. Oh, I can't because Matty is sharing his screen. Matty, be kind, share the screen, bro. We want to be on this side or we want to be like in it to win it. We want it to just, you know, I like it like that. If we do it like that, no, no, this one's the best. Okay. So let's do it like this. So let's talk about, let's talk about our roadmap and we'll kick it off with the same thing that Maddie was showing us a moment ago, which is wallet adoption day. And we're going to go through this, and I'm going to continue to explain why this stuff matters. I'll give you the bullet points real quick, and then we're going to go through them real quick one by one. Number one, wallet adoption. Okay, think of it. as if it's your key to the digital currency future. You got to have a wallet. Now, when we started bringing people on as miners, we connected their mining output to a coin, a cold storage coin. Very simple. I've got one in here somewhere. You know what they look like. We've talked about them enough. That's the Bitcoin one. But a very simple way to get started. And so we didn't want to slow people down. Put your money in and we'll send you the coin, connect it to your account, and you're good to go. And again, that coin got locked up in the safe and forgotten about. We need that coin to come out of the safe. Or better yet, keep that coin in the safe and get a new free coin that's got seeds on it. Huh? What seeds? What are you talking about? We're going to go through that on Saturday. So wallet adoption is number one. Number two is on-ramp and off-ramp proficiency. You got to figure out how to get into the cryptocurrency world. You got to figure out how to get out of the cryptocurrency world. OK, there are two worlds. They're very different. They're kind of like oil and water or lamb and tuna fish. They're not the same. In fact, they might hate each other. I'm not sure about that one anymore because they seem to be really friendly these days. Might be part of a plot. We'll see. Time will tell. Am I getting gray hair over here or is this just bad lighting? We gotta figure out how to get into cryptocurrency and out of cryptocurrency. We gotta get the hang of moving between these two worlds easily, quickly, and inexpensively. Because if you're paying five or ten or fifteen percent at the coin start to get into cryptocurrency, you need to have whatever it is you get into jump fifteen percent before you break even. So there are a lot of easy and inexpensive ways to get into cryptocurrency and out of cryptocurrency. I need you to figure it out. so that you can help other people figure it out. If you don't know how to do it, it's extremely unlikely that you're going to be able to teach somebody else how to do it. So number one, what we're going to do in our marathon this Saturday is wallet adoption. Get your seeds, your words. We're going to figure it out. If you don't have a wallet yet, you're a minor, you're in or around DFW, schedule an appointment to drop by the office. We'll give you one for free. If you go to honest.money and you create a profile, we'll give you one for free. We'll even pay the shipping on it. Anywhere in the U.S., we'll send one to you for free. You need to have a wallet to play in this game. You got two options. You can do a custodial wallet, that's letting the other guys hold onto your crypto, or you can do a self-custodial wallet. Non-custodial or self-custodial, what do you say? Self-custodial. Non-custodial. Either one's correct. Either one's correct. But you're holding onto your own seeds. You're holding onto, you know, one of these things. And that's okay, but it doesn't support TXC. We'd like you to use a cold storage coin in the new format that's got seeds. That's number one. Number two, on-ramp, off-ramp. We've got to figure out how to get into and out of crypto easily. Number three. Market participation, guys. And this is a really, really, really big one. I am right now in an Airbnb. I'm here for thirteen more nights. I've committed to getting seeds. Not to be confused with the seeds I was talking about ten seconds ago. I'm committed to having seeds. Our non-custodial online exchange online before I depart from here. Number four, vendor participation. This is Nectar Pay. Five, Main Street participation. We got one, two, three businesses down here participating. Let's get everybody else. Number six, mass adoption. So I want to take you through these things real quick and show you what I'm talking about, starting with number one, wallet adoption. We've got an eight-hour marathon lined up for this Saturday, guys. I will kick it off at nine a.m. Central Time. I think I said seven a.m. It's a little too early for our West Coast friends. Nine a.m. Central Time. Bobby and Maddie Allen slash All In. Everybody should know that your, like, last name is not actually All In or Allen. Is it okay to say that or did I just dox you? uh i prefer to not be dogs no doxing today maddie all in is uh joining me saturday morning i kick it off at nine a.m and i'm gonna go through hme profiles i'm gonna go through the honest money ecosystem wallet seed phrases seed phrases swaps wraps and more so we're gonna cover kind of some more advanced complex stuff to get the party started. The whole purpose of Saturday is we're going to record the whole entire thing. So you can go back through it anytime, brush up, but we're going to slow it down. We're going to go through in excruciating detail every step to get yourself started with a wallet. From eleven to one, Tim and I are going to go through Nectar Pay and the Beekeeper Wallet. We've got three main wallets that we use. We use the Honest Money ecosystem wallet. That's mobile.honest.money. We got beekeeper.money and we've got wallet.cryptopop.org. So after Tim and I go through Nectar Pay and Beekeeper, Beekeeper being the merchant oriented wallet, We're going to get into Crypto Pop and the consumer-oriented wallet, a much simpler wallet experience for someone that just wants to go out and support the businesses that are accepting crypto. Cart and horse here, guys. Chicken and egg, cart and horse. Well, we need merchants accepting and we need consumers supporting. We can't really have one without the other. After that, it's game on. Corey and I are gonna get into gaming. I have to admit, I have not been as engaged with the gaming as I should be, but that's all gonna change this Saturday around two o'clock central when Corey and I get into gaming and Zero Chill and the awesome ecosystem that he and his team have put together. After that, we're gonna get into how to share these tools with new people. You know, community has got to be growing. Anything that's alive has got to continue to grow and improve. And so Bud and Thomas are going to jump on at four o'clock central to go through how to share these things with other people. It's so easy to do guys. And there are so many places for people to do it that are simple and are instantaneously beneficial. What that means is like, hey, if you sign up for this thing, sometime in the next ten to twenty years, you might see five cents a day. Boring, stupid, not worth it. Hey, if you have like a small business that you support or go to or shop at, introduce them to Nectar Pay. If Tim signs them up, we'll send you two hundred bucks. Three, four or five of those merchants later, it could be a car payment. Oh, I really got real money for that. That seemed really easy. All I had to do was send a name in. Tim did all the work. His team took care of it, signed the business up. Now I get to go there, continue to shop at that merchant and save them money. So they're getting a real world benefit. It's a win, win, win. We get a sign up and a sale out of it. You get a place to go and shop. You get a two hundred dollar check and they get to not pay credit card processing fees when you spend money with them. It's a real win and you can do it right now. Like we don't have to wait for this thing to get to page one before you can have that benefit. That's what I like about this project. There are ways to participate and win today. And then hopefully I'm not too tired to jump back in at five o'clock and, um, Wrap up the call with the other leaders that are working hard every day for this project success. IDMCzoom.com is where you can find this event. Pop in any time. If you've got questions, if you want to do a screen share with us and go through it together, all good. Show up at the call. Put your hand up. Let's get those questions answered. We're going to be there for a full eight-hour day. All right? So that's number one. We're not done on this call. It's only been forty one minutes. We only had one commercial break, but that's step one. And you guys can clearly see why it's so important that we start with wallet adoption. Wallet adoption is one of the easiest and most important metrics that we can use to figure out how this project is going. Are people downloading the wallet? If they don't have the wallet, they can't support the merchants. They can't support the merchants, the merchants aren't saving money. If the merchants aren't saving money, they're not going to talk to other merchants about it. And you can see how this is all a big snowball effect from us starting with a wallet. And then, of course, from there, we need to figure out how to get crypto onto that wallet. Does that mean the mining output that you receive every day? Does it mean a hundred bucks of TSD? What's TSD? Why does it matter? Well, that's the next thing we're going to talk about on ramping into TSD. Texas stable dollar isn't some random hyped up crypto. It's USDC, USDC, USDT, PYUSD, DAI, and a couple others that we've bridged over to our system. We have the world's most accountable stablecoin. We show you exactly how many TSD are in circulation, and we show you exactly what we have in reserves. We're at a hundred point nine five percent collateralized. So you bridge USDC over the Texacoin network. We call it TSD while it's running around on the Texacoin chain. And we show you the work. We show you all of the orders. You can go back through and see all of that on the homepage, on ramps and off ramps, people getting in and getting out. Why does TSD matter? Two reasons. Number one, it's our native version of a stable coin that's running around on the TXC blockchain. And while it's there, it supports our work. Why would we give that money to somebody else and let them earn all the interest and have all the fun with it when that money could be working for us? Think about it. Fifty thousand miners, if they all bought one hundred bucks or so worth of TSD on the way in and were circulating that they had it on their phones ready to support a merchant. It wouldn't be as hard to get them to support those merchants. And it would be earning us a dividend that goes right back into our ecosystem while it's there. It's a very powerful thing. But that comes in on ramping and off ramping like we were talking about the other day. So we'll have another call in the future for more people to learn about how to do this. And I'll also cover it on Saturday morning as well. The OffRamp side is very simple as well. This is a service called VectorPay, not to be confused with NectarPay, that's built into the Beekeeper wallet. This is a FinCEN registered money service business out of Montana that's designed to do one thing, help merchants turn their crypto back into cash. And again, if that crypto is already in our ecosystem, that's great. Maybe we've got somebody that's trying to on-ramp and somebody else is trying to off-ramp. Well, let's stop giving that money to exchanges and intermediaries and let's keep that money in our ecosystem and cut the fees down for everybody. We're not allowed to charge for that service because we're not a money service business. don't have a license to do that so we have to do it for free well that's fine that just makes it easier and less expensive for people to go in and out of our ecosystem but again guys that's what we're talking about when we're talking about on ramping and off ramping you have to know how to get in and out of crypto easily and again these two worlds were not really made to be friends with each other the next thing is seeds We have to get involved in the market. We need market participation. I told you guys last year, we don't have enough buyers and sellers. It sounds impossible, but we don't literally have enough people participating in the market. It's one thing to mine it, it's another thing to make it available for sale and turn it back into cash. Most people don't know how to do that still. So we're gonna have to take our time and teach people how to sell and buy. Because people still today are making money on Texitcoin by participating in the market. You're getting your coins, you put them out there for sale for twenty cents. Well, we're at ten cents right now. Yeah, but the market jumps up every once in a while, maybe while you're sleeping, you don't even see it. And so if you've got coins out there for sale at twenty cents, those coins sell, and then the market trickles back down, you buy them back at ten cents. Sell them at twenty, buy them at ten. Sell them at twenty, buy them at ten. It's not that difficult, but if you don't even have a wallet, it's impossible. So again, you can see how these steps all contribute to each other's success, starting with wallet adoption. After that, and again, this is what I've committed to having done and ready to bring to market before the end of my time here at this Airbnb. Next thing after that, we need vendor participation. That's Nectar Pay with Tim and his team. Nectar Pay merchants have done three hundred and thirty seven thousand dollars worth of sales. We've processed four hundred transactions. Guys, it's not enough. I want to see this thing doing a billion dollars of transactions a month. Four hundred transactions, three hundred thirty seven thousand over the last couple of months is not enough. But even with the little amount of work that we've done so far, we've saved Nectar Pay merchants nine thousand eight hundred and one dollars in credit card processing fees at two point nine percent. It's something it's more than nothing. Let's get this number up to one hundred and fifty million. Let's save businesses more money than we've even brought in through our mining packages. Wouldn't that be a great thing to point to on the witness stand? Yeah, well, we've brought in a lot of money, but we've saved small businesses even more. What will it feel like when we can say that? That's a really great feeling. That's what we're working towards. But again, we can't get there unless you have a wallet with some TSD on it that you've been buying and selling at an inexpensive price so that you're not paying that fee and looking at it and saying, man, I might as well just use my credit card. It cost me five percent to get into crypto. I get points and cash back when I use my credit card. What am I doing? Well, if we can make a couple percent by participating in the market. That offsets what you might have gotten back in reward points by using your credit card. And you get to save the merchant the money at the same time. But again, guys, these things are all connected. And so we got to figure out step one, step two, step three, step four. Then we can move on to step five, downtown digital. You get enough business owners in a community that are participating. And next thing you know, the local chamber of commerce gets behind it. The small business community gets behind it. The Main Street organization gets behind it. You would not even believe how frustrating it is for me to see emails come across from the Texas Downtown Association members saying, hey, I really wish I had an app in my town that helped people connect with small business owners. I'm like, that's what we do. That's what we do. That's our whole thing. And the promise is the community currency. But we can't get there unless we have merchants accepting it, which we won't have unless we have people participating in the market making a little bit of money, which they won't get to unless they can figure out how to get in and out of crypto easily and inexpensively, which won't happen until they have a wallet. So we got to walk before we run here. And of course, the last thing that we'd like to see happen is mass adoption. And we've got a great plan for that. fair money will put our product in front of a hundred thousand people a weekend at fairs and festivals we already had a contract in hand to do this this past year we lost it because we were accused of fraud but think about it even if we didn't lose it our community wouldn't have had wallets they wouldn't have been on ramp they wouldn't have been participating in the exchanges we wouldn't have had downtown businesses already accepting nectar pay We would have brought all those pieces together at one place and one time, which kind of works in its own regard. But think about how much more powerful, how much more successful that event could have been or will be once we already have people familiar with going out there and tapping or scanning to pay on the terminals and already familiar with getting their NFC cards linked to their wallets. and already able to like add more funds to their account when their wallet gets low like that's the kind of stuff that we need to do now because we're not putting any events back on the calendar for more than six months i know that because it takes time to prepare like we're finding events now and we're saying we don't want any events that are within the next six months because we got work to do We've got a lot of work to do to bring our community up to speed to get to the point where we have a hundred thousand people sign up and wallet adopt and card use in one event in a weekend. That's a lot of work. And if we get one percent of those guys to stick around and use the product again later downtown to support those businesses, that's a thousand new users. It's a big, big chunk and we're not ready for it. As much as I want it right now, I know that we're not ready for it. because we didn't inspect what we expected from our community. We let people lock their coin up in the safe and not participate in a meaningful way. That all has to change, guys. You can see the progression. The roadmap is right in front of us. We're starting this Saturday with wallet adoption. We have to start there. Adoption day means get a wallet, let's figure it out. I will spend eight hours with you and my team to make sure that you know how to do it. There's a massive upside on the other side of this thing. It's not just so we can save a couple bucks on credit card fees for a merchant. It's because if we really had a community of fifty thousand people that were engaged in participating on this thing, we'd be a page one coin. I can look you in the eye and I can tell you that nobody else has that. We thought we had it. Now we're asking around. We might not have it after all, but we can get it back because we're the only ones that have a system where the individual is the recipient of the upside exclusively. You can't buy your way to the top in this project. You can only earn your way to the top by helping us build and grow through participation. It's been like that from day one and it's held up. You can see that the biggest miners are still involved in the project. It's a really beautiful thing that it worked as well as it did. But we're not done. And we've got a long way to go. And we know that there are a lot of really great people out there listening in right now saying, I'm one of those great people. I'm still here. I still want the upside. I'm willing to help. Let's go. Tune in on Saturday. Let's get this wallet thing figured out once and for all. I know it's confusing stuff, guys. I feel it. I know that this tech stuff doesn't come naturally and easily for many of us. It's okay. We're going to figure it out together. Or we're going to continue to build things that make it easy enough for you to understand and digest. You know, if you're not ready for the mobile honest money wallet with all the buttons and conversions and swaps, it's okay. I got CryptoPop wallet for you. You need something more simple than that? Let me know and I'll build it for you. But the time to get off the bench and get into the game is now. If you're expecting this thing to continue to be valuable for you, I need your help. I want to see you on Saturday. I'll be there when I say nine a.m. Nine a.m. Central Time. I'll be there. I think I've demonstrated pretty much over the last hundred and thirty four weeks that I'm here for you guys. I need you to meet me halfway. That's the whole idea of the equal exchange of value. I do my part. You do your part. We're holding hands here going into this digital future. There is a bright upside for us. Yeah, maybe we can save the world. But you can put two hundred bucks in your pocket next week if you refer a small business over to it, signs up and becomes an extra pay merchant with Tim and his team. That's a real tangible benefit that's right there in front of us. And we can do it together now. Maddie, what else do we have to cover before we call it a day? um i mean that was the main thing people can uh tune in on saturday i'll be doing a test later today to make sure we can offer it not only on zoom but also on all of the channels you're watching on now so um if you see a thumbnail on the landing page pop up later today for saturday's stream you'll know that i've made sure that it'll work um but right now the main link where people can go is idmczoom.com to sign up for that zoom training on saturday yeah and look guys thanks for the nice comments i know who you are i know who's out there i know that you guys are cheering for us and i appreciate that some of you aren't some of you guys threw the towel in a long time ago it's all good too But if you're ready to roll up your sleeves and get this thing to go, let's figure out how to get the wilds to work. And then, like I said, we've got a roadmap. There are steps that we need to take in order to get to the point where we can do mass adoption. We'll sign up a hundred thousand people on a weekend at a fair. That's easy. My concern is all the other little steps that we need to take so that those roots go deep, so that it catches on, so that we don't just run off to the next shiny goal like the crypto community did. We have an opportunity to do it better than those guys did. We have the opportunity to make sure that the benefit continues to have an impact for individuals and small business owners. They had it in their hands. They let it slip through. We almost let it slip through as well. But me and Maddie, our team and a bunch of great people said, no, this isn't a rug. It's not a Ponzi. It's not a pyramid. It's not a pump. It's not a meme coin. It's not a get rich quick scheme. This really matters and we're going to keep going until we get it to work. So let's go. I'll see you guys on Saturday morning, nine a.m. Central Time. We're blasting this thing everywhere because this is what the crypto community did. Fifteen years ago, they did wallet adoptions. They set up card tables at events. Let me teach you how to get into crypto. Let's overcome those fears. Let's set the ignorance aside. Let's figure it out. Because if we really had fifty thousand people that were passionate for this project success, we'd be well on our our way to the top of page one. And we're not giving up until we get there. Maddie, take us away. We'll see you guys Saturday at nine a.m.
