The Path to $16 Billion

I'm not sorry about the Path to $16. Here's what happened on the way to February, what never changed, and why $16 billion — a top-ten network — is the destination we're still walking toward.

The SEC Just Described TEXITcoin — and Called It Legal

The Lightning Network Works — Just Not Cheap, Easy, or Core Bitcoin

We integrated Lightning into NectarPay by request. It works. But after seeing what it actually takes, I understand why the Bitcoin maxis have to work so hard to defend it.

Why Bobby Didn't Rug

When the Cease & Desist landed, walking away was an option. Instead we spent more than $5M on legal, $1.7M on payroll, and $2M building the ecosystem. Here is the honest reason why — and what comes next.

Arizona Sends a Letter: What the AZCC Order Actually Says

Ten days after the Texas hearing wrapped, Arizona's Corporation Commission issued a temporary cease and desist naming Iskander Digital Mining Cooperative. TEXITcoin isn't a respondent and TXC isn't alleged to be a security — here's the full order and what it actually says.

Lessons from ColdCard

ColdCard's seed generation used weak entropy. An attacker used AI to spot the flaw, guess the seeds, and drain over $100 million in crypto. Here is what happened, why intent matters, and why honest money still demands that we take the hit and keep building.

Proof of No Edit: Bobby Gray with Real Infinite Crypto

An unscripted live conversation between Bobby Gray and YouTuber Brad of Real Infinite Crypto — two eras of the TXC community, why the mine alone doesn't make your coins valuable, the exchange-of-value spectrum before and after the cease-and-desist, and why network marketing is coming back.

While You Waited for Clarity, We Built

What I told the Blockchain Futurist Conference in Toronto: retail crypto adoption just hit a nine-year low because the industry stopped having a conversation normal people can join. TEXITcoin built the mine, the community, and now NectarPay — 11,000 zero-fee, non-custodial terminals rolling out across the USA.

Trade Carefully — We're Climbing the CMC Ranks, but the Market is Still Fragile

TXC is running and we're clawing our way back up the CoinMarketCap top 1000. That's good news — but it also means sophisticated day traders and AI bots are now watching our thin order book. Use limit orders, take small profits, don't buy out of FOMO, and never fight the bots.

Motion for Summary Disposition Filed — Quinn Emanuel Swings Back

On July 8, 2026, our legal team filed a Motion for Summary Disposition asking the ALJ to throw out the TSSB's case before we ever get to the August hearing. Backed by a sworn declaration from founder Bobby Gray and a full expert report from a forensic accountant and blockchain specialist, the filing lays out — in painstaking detail — why Mining Packages are not securities, why TXC is a digital commodity, and why the whole thing should end now.

Policy Update: TEXITcoin Mining Beyond Texas via the In-Home Miner Program

From day one we said TEXITcoin was mined exclusively in Texas. With the MineTXC in-home miner program now battle-tested, we are formally expanding participation beyond Texas — without changing how TXC, ISK, or ZCU are earned or distributed. Here is exactly what changes, what does not, and why this makes the network stronger.
