We're gearing up to complete our liquid immersion cooling setup and fine-tune our merge mining protocol, both of which will supercharge our mining operations and set us apart from the competition. With transparency, accountability, and a shared vision at our core, TEXITcoin is not just a cryptocurrency—it's a revolution. Get ready to ride this wave of innovation and success with us, because the future of decentralized finance is here, and it's brighter than ever!
05 Welcome to Thursday night, ladies and gentlemen, Bobby Gray, founder, fearless leader of Texit coin, hmmm. Let me show, let me take this off because I don't need it. And let me show you my agenda for tonight's call. That's what I got. It's been a long day. It's been an interesting day. And if it looks like I've been running around like ahead with my chicken cut off. It's because I have been tonight. We've got plenty of things to talk about. Nothing real special or spectacular or revolutionary. But we're going to have a quick call because I am two hours and 39 minutes away from getting on a plane and going to Asia. It's about two weeks earlier than expected. There's a lot of reasons for that we'll get into in just the next few moments. But it's very exciting, very unexpected. The reason why is I've got some family stuff that needs my attention. And the good news for me in this project is first, and we'll get into number two later. But first and foremost, I can do what I'm really needing to do right now from just about anywhere in the world. If I've got a laptop and I've got access to my creative team, I can put together the resources, the education materials, the training materials. Because you just won't have this nice background thing to look at. So our next update will be from a beach at, I don't know, 6 a.m., local time. And you'll get to enjoy some of the beauty of Southeast Asia along with me. So I appreciate your understanding. I'm extremely committed to this project.
50 I'll tell you how committed I am. I've had multiple conversations with multiple people about this being my last project said I'm done. This is the last one for me. I've done a lot of things been self-employed since I was 17 and I did computer IT work for a while. I enjoyed that. I ended up giving that business away when I moved from my family from Philadelphia area to Texas and 20 years ago in 2004. And then I did a couple of odd things for a couple of years and then I finally settled in 2007 on reading books like this, discovering that there's something wrong with the world and determining that it was my responsibility to do something about that. Why? I don't know why we're here on Planet Earth. I don't know who put us here. I don't know what the exact, you know, reason is for that, heard lots of different theories and stories. But I believe that it's my responsibility to leave the world a better place than when I found it. And when I got into this stuff in 2007, raising children, looking around and saying, man, something's really wrong.
57 Something's really wrong. The American dream isn't quite what they told us it was going to be. You know, work hard, go to school, get good grades, go to college, get the degree, And then what? And then live happily every after start a family, a couple kids like people are struggling and even the people that follow the rules like my wife's grandparents that did it day in and day out their whole lives and then found themselves going broke on their later years because the value of their money kept going down and down and down. And as I'm sure most of you on this call already know, you know, a light bulb went off my head.
35 Somebody's got to do something about the money supply. I'm going down a golden silver path the same time the guys are going down to digital currency path They did a little better than I did, but I think that we are both incredibly successful in our own little worlds and so I'm trying to think of where I was going with all this so I got started a long time ago I've been doing this for a long time and I've enjoyed it for a long time and I don't know I had a point the point don't come back to me anyway It's been an exciting journey for me and oh, entrepreneurship, self-employment. So since I was 17, I've worked for myself and I've done a lot of great things over the years. I've enjoyed a lot of them and I've had great results from some of them, great enough results to live all over the world to eat delicious cheese fondue in Switzerland and skiing the Alps and live in the world's most expensive city, build a factory there, build a factory in Thailand. I mean, I've done some great stuff. I'm not bragging. I'm simply trying to communicate to you that I've done a lot of things. This one's the best. This one is it.
49 There are only two outcomes from this project. One, we're successful, and we're celebrating our spring times from the d*** of a yacht somewhere. Or I got it all wrong. I don't know how I can't see for the life of me right now what I could be missing. Have I missed things in the past? Yeah, but I work through them to have things gone wrong in the past. Sure. We work through those things. So I can't imagine it. I need you to keep your eyes open for me as well. Remember I keep telling you watch my back. Help me hold this thing together and hold me accountable. level. I studied a lot of these different systems
.
31 I know a lot of people that have tried to do things similarly to how we're doing it. What's the thing that goes wrong? 99 out of 100 times fraud. Somebody messes something up and it's snowballs and spirals out of control to the point where nobody can recognize where they are and it's a whole big mess. Hold me accountable. Help us hold this thing together. That's the most important thing for us as we continue to grow. But this is it for me. This is it. This is I show you that this is my last project. I expected to be successful.
07 I want to share that success with you and a million other people in a why? Well, crypto is a multi trillion dollar industry right now, but it's still small. It's less than 1% of global finance. Experts are saying that it's going to double. It's going to triple in size. That means trillions of dollars is going to come in. There are a million of us on the a rocket ship, there's enough new money coming into crypto for us to all make a million bucks. A million times a million is a trillion. That's a sliver of what's still expected to come into the cryptocurrency landscape over the next two to five years. And I expect that to be true. So we want to go and we want to get our hands on some of that, put in our own pockets so that we can help ourselves, our families and our communities.
49 That's why we're here. That's what Mexico is all about. Community, having a great time and making money. We expect all three of those things to happen. But what twist? I'll be on a plane in two hours and 32 minutes. All my way to Southeast Asia to get the party started. So that's some good news. The weird news is that, well, I guess that's the weird news. That's the weird news. I want to pause for a second because it's been a long day for me. I appreciate you being here and sharing your evening with me and I want to just recap real quick who I am where we are what we're doing because I promise you that we kick off our calls.
31 I see a lot of new people in the call tonight that I don't recognize. Thank you very much for joining us and I want to just go real quick through the Texit coin story and value proposition. We're building a mine. At the core of our project is where we want to build the world's largest decentralized lies mine here in Texas. Why? Because we believe the crypto is a great thing. Crypto gave the individual for the first time a seed at the table to participate in the global economy realm of banking and finance.
04 How? Through a decentralized currency. What does that mean? It means that there's no one place where we keep track of who has a balance or how much they have in their account. And the record of transactions now instead of trusting one main central authority be that a bank or a government We're trusting a network of peers Participants users individuals all over the world to keep track of that information for us and to secure the network at the same time That's the essence of blockchain technology. That's the essence of peer-to-peer digital currency And instead of having one central authority, we've got a network of millions of computers all around the globe that keep it a record of the transactions and the balances and share that information with the community.
54 Okay. Well, what's wrong? Well, unfortunately, this thing over the last like five, six, seven years has become incredibly centralized. And you know, it's interesting because we manufacture this cold storage coin product of this thing. You've seen it before. You've seen the coin before and new people people that are new to crypto they have no idea on how to use this product. What do you mean? What do you mean cold storage? 10 years ago when we were first getting into crypto, this was this was incredibly important. Why? Because nobody trusted exchanges because people didn't believe that exchanges were a safe place to store. for months. I got eight minutes before what? Before I got to go. Oh, I'm told that I've got eight minutes before I ride to the airport arrives. Anyway, so people today, they don't recognize this thing. Why? Because everyone's using finance, everyone's using coin base. They don't even stop to think about how to keep their funds safe off line where they can't get hacked and they won't go out of business.
56 It's like they just forgot about FTX. I mean, I don't know how long ago the FTX thing went down, but it wasn't that long ago. Let's do search here, FTX, anyway, my point is that crypto has evolved and then it has become incredibly centralized and so Texit coin exists to reverse that trend. We are here, looks like they went out of business, I don't know, we're here to reverse that trend. We're here to take crypto, give it some leadership, take it back to what it was supposed to be decentralized, peer-to-peer, a money of the internet for the people by the people.
42 What we're going to do is we're going to build the world's largest decentralized, privately owned mine here in Texas. That's where it begins, we're manufacturing our own hardware, so that we can actually become as decentralized as we want to be. We want to have 35 sites, we want to have 35 megawatts of power, but eventually we want the A6 to be in home, spread out, all over Texas first, all over the country second. Why? So there's no one switch that anyone can come along. Even if there are 35 switches, someone can still come along and shut that off.
12 When there are a million switches decentralized and spread out all over the country, it's a very robust, very resilient network. And what we do is we take to the world, the digital asset that's secured by that network. And we say, here, use this. You can trust this. It's not controlled by a foreign nation. It's not controlled by a mega corporation. It's controlled by individuals like the way it was supposed to be.
35 That's our goal. It's our very clear mission. And we believe that we have the leadership that's required, the experience that's required, they're not just to establish the industrial side of the mine, but also to establish taxicoin as a real usable currency. You know, right now people don't use crypto for goods and services. They use it to gamble online. That's okay. There's nothing wrong with that.
01 There's an element of this project that allows people to do that as well. That's fine. But we want to see it used as money. We want to see people using taxicoin eventually. We'll get there through the tools in the roadmap. We want to see people using taxicoin as a medium of exchange. Why? Because anything that's good money is a unit of account, it's a store of value, and it's a medium exchange.
23 It serves all three of those purposes to be good money. We've got really bad money today. We've got great technology, but we've got bad money. And let's use technology. Let's use our experience. Let's use our skills. Let's use our leadership. And let's create something that takes crypto back to what it was originally supposed to be before it was taken over by the mega It corpse the big banks.
46 That's Texit coin in a nutshell. Lear mission, strong leadership, Texit coin. Okay, so having said that, we are at a very exciting spot right now. I want to share my screen with you and show you what's going on because things have taken a major step forward in just the last couple days. Okay, Texit coin, do you've seen the website? This is where you go to check it out, learn more. We've got some great resources now coming together on the news and updates page where we're Putting together summaries of our Thursday night Zoom calls into little excerpts and articles and then full transcripts So that you can brush up on the things we talk about Second, we've got some great videos and resources out now.
31 There's a really wonderful Introduction to Texit coin on YouTube. I don't know exactly how you get there I'll have a link for it on the blockchain mint page. So if you go into blockchain mint, go to shop, go to Texit coin, you'll see the Texit coin cold storage wallets. You can pick those up empty, ready to load or reload it if you like. And remember, my commitment to my community, the community of miners, the participate in the mining program, is that if someone picks up Texit coin here, I will go right over to DexTrade and I will purchase those Texit coin right off the open market.. Things are starting to heat up on Dextrade, okay? You can change your view here and look at it a bunch of different ways.
12 Let's change it to one day. And you can see what happened here. This is May 15th and our little failure to launch. We kicked off, realized we didn't have our act together, took the network offline, came back out and we've been slowly but surely building up a market. What you see here, this called bar coding. This is just us trading back and forth, trying to keep the market alive. Then when you see what we call candlesticks, and they're either red or green. When you see green candlesticks, it means that somebody showed up and bought.
40 And that's great. Thank you. We appreciate that. Our element, our project needs buyers and needs sellers and needs miners and needs traders and needs spenders and needs savers, though all these different people and players all contribute to what we call the Texas coin ecosystem. And I hate to say ecosystem because it's the most overused word in the whole entire crypto industry. But that's our ecosystem miners, buyers, sellers, traders, spenders, merchants, it's all part of our world. So when you see something in green, that's a purchase. When you see something in red, that's somebody dumping Texit coin. Our market is small, it's incredibly fragile, but it's incredibly real. So if somebody wants to go there right now and smash our market and drive this all the way down to pennies, they can. Somebody wants to come and go and buy their pickup, a couple thousand dollars worth of Texit coins, they'll drive our price up and they can't all those things are available immediately right now to us on dextrade.
36 It's a public market. You can get there. If you're on the Texit coin website, clicking the exchange button at the top, it'll take you right over to dextrade to our trading pair. But here's where things get exciting. Okay. Things get exciting because we're on one market right now that one market is dextrade. Dextrade's not the biggest and they're not the smallest. They're kind of a middle of the road exchange. It was easy and accessible for us to get on. And we had to start somewhere. We chose dextrade. But but thanks to a very dear friend, we've had a little bit of a breakthrough. And we now have the resources that are required to take the next two steps forward. And I'm very excited about it.
19 The great news is that the next steps forward actually set our centered around the Asian market. Remember, we talked about mining Texit coin here in Texas and exporting it and trading it all over the world. That's what we want to do. And we want the entire world to participate in our ecosystem. We want that. And we know that 60% of speculative trading in crypto is Japan, Korean, China. So we want it to go over there as ambassadors and take the next message of Texit coin to them. Now, I'm going a little bit earlier than expected, but I'm going to the same place. I'm going to the right place, but it would be foolish for us to be over there if we were not on an exchange that the Asian marketplace uses and feels comfortable trading on.
09 And so we're taking a major step forward. I'm very excited to share it with you. It's big, big, big news. But I want you to become familiar and comfortable with CoinMarketCap if you are not already you can get there at CoinMarketCap.com and they also have an app that you can put on your phone. CoinMarketCap is going to show you the 10,000 largest cryptos in the world, okay? You scroll all the way to the bottom of page one. You'll see number 100. Our goal is to get on to page one. Now you can go all the way out to page 101. It looks like there are a little bit above 10,000 now. But you can now see the top 10,000 cryptos and it goes all the way down to teeny, teeny tiny little cryptos if you go to exchange.texitcoin.org That's not good I don't like that if you go to tools blocks.
05 Oh, I'm sorry explorer see it's been a long day if you go to explorer where you can see our coin supply, we just broke 16 million coins, congratulations. You can see what our latest price is, and that's pulled from Dextrade, and you can also see what our market cap is. How do we get market cap? Coin supply multiplied by price equals market cap. So even with our teeny tiny little baby coin, we have a market cap that would put us somewhere on the top 10,000. We're not number 10,030. We would be number, uh, let's see. We're going down, down, down, down, down. We would be on this list at right here. Number 9,985 or so, right? Right in there. So, why does this matter? Because this is the place where the people of the internet that are part of the crypto world go to learn about projects, a couple different ways.
07 Number one, they go there to see who's moving and shaking. And so you can go to CoinMarketCap, you can click on the 24 hour and you see who's the biggest gainer in the last 24 hours. Who's the biggest loser in the last 24 hours. So people study this website to see which coins are on the move.
23 But here's the most important part. If you go to CoinMarketCap and you search for Texit coin, you're gonna come across a Texit coin somewhere in here, Or maybe it's a Texas coin. I don't know. There are a couple different TXCs or Texas Texas protocol. So what we want is if somebody's going to search for our project, we want them to be able to go on to CoinMarketCap, do a search for TXC and find us. If they can't find us on CoinMarketCap they don't think we exist. They don't think we're real. It's not here. There's nothing here. So we have to get on a coin market cap. We've now secured the resources that we need to do that.
04 Thank you very much. You know who you are. And that's the next step for us. Incredibly big jump forward. We're on dextrade. We're real. But being on coin market cap gives us the ability to now start communicating with the entire industry. So I'm very excited about it. Now it gets even better because we're not stopping there. If you go on a coin market cap and you click on exchanges, is you can see the top cryptocurrency exchanges in the world, okay, scroll down that list all the way to number 52 and there's DexTrade, not the biggest, not the smallest, but they are a real exchange and they are feeding data into CoinMarketCap, which is incredibly important because okay, get on to CoinMarketCap unless you're on an exchange that's feeding data into CoinMarketCap, okay, DexTrade has told us that they've got about 1.2 million traders that are active on their platform. They owe us a little bit of a promotion and an email to those guys. We haven't done it yet. Why?
59 Because we're not ready. We're almost ready. But we haven't done it yet. So that's a big thing that we're waiting for. But in order to service the interest from the market in Asia, we are now actively pursuing exchange number 11. It's called mexy. Unfortunately, they are not available. This service is not available at all to customers in USA, but this is one of the top exchanges in Asia that's trusted by cryptocurrency traders in Japan, Korea, China, Singapore, Indonesia. And this is what we've got our site set on now. Now, I'm not 100% sure it's going to work out.
39 We're going through the review process as we speak. We've got two backups. back up number one is called L bank and back up number two is called bit mark. Now here's a question for you. I'd like you to go on to this coin market cap website. Take a look at these exchanges and ask yourself this question. Would you rather be on max C or for the same amount of investment, would you rather us be on L bank and bit mark. So the possibility is we can get onto number 11 or we can get onto number 17 and number 18 for about the same price. I want you to ponder that. I've got an exciting 26-hour flight coming up in just the next few minutes. I got to go.
32 I can't spend any more time with with the year today. But we are looking at Mexy. We are looking at BitMart and we are also looking at Elle Bank as excellent exchanges that are used and trusted by the Asian marketplace. We want to get on at least one of them, possibly two of them. Think about that. And after that, on the first of September, Korea blockchain, we kick off Eddie and I will be there as ambassador going to promote our story, our vision, our mission to our friends on that side of the world. Then we're off to Thailand, then we're off to Singapore. So we've got a lot of exciting things coming our way. And those things would not be as exciting or as lucrative for us if we were not on coin market cap and on an Asian exchange.
15 So again, thank you very much to my friend. I really appreciate you stepping up. We're on a rocket ship. This is a very exciting time. Like I said, I want you guys to help me hold it together. Oh, there's one thing it's It's very important. Okay, so I have not had a chance yet to build out the mine and the immersion cooling. I've tried. It's a lot of work. I'm very, very, very busy right now. I'm not one man. I got a couple of people on my team, but I have not completed it yet.
48 And so what you're going to see is a disparity between our mining power that's sold and the mining power that we have installed. The place where you go to see the installed mining power is right here on the Explorer, okay, so this is not done yet And so there's a disparity between the power that we've sold and the power that we actually have there's a reason for that Twofold one very busy. It's a big undertaking. I was hoping to get to it this weekend And now unfortunately I have to travel, but here's the other thing and this is really the big one The biggest challenge with this is as soon as we plug in and we go all the way up to 104, 105,000 mega hash our electric bill goes up to $15,000 a month now the way that we're supposed to pay that bill is through what we call merge mining That's the reason we're not coming back and hitting people for an electric bill every month. It's very important to us. Remember, we're about at one tenth of one percent of the total hash power that we need to have the largest decentralized mine in the world. I think we're going to get there. I think we're going to get there very soon. but we're very small right now.
52 The next step is for us to get the immersion going, going, get all the minors into the soup, get them chilled and get them running properly. But if we do that before we start merged mining, all of a sudden now, we're going to be swamped with a gigantic electric bill that I'm going to have a hard time covering. Our tech team is great. It disappeared off the grid for a couple days as they were making a move, which was very important for our long-term success. They're back, they're working, and they're in the process right now of establishing merge mining okay. I'm telling you this for two reasons.
23 Number one, it's a work in progress and as soon as we have an update on that, as we were waiting two, three weeks before for an update on network security, we're waiting two, three weeks to get the merge mining stuff complete okay. As soon as we have information on that, I'll share with you end number two is the accountability thing okay. This is what I need to follow through and do in order for us to have a real network that the world sees and it performs the job of securing our network.
48 So it's very important that the mine power that we have is the mine power that's actively running. The way you can watch it is by looking at the network hash rate here and comparing it to the amount of power that we sold there. So there's a giant discrepancy there right now. It's temporary. It's waiting for us to get the liquid immersion cooling going so we don't burn through our miners and get our merge mining protocol set up so that we don't get swamped with a a $15,000 monthly electric bill that we have a difficult time coming up with cash to pay. But I want you to watch out for that. I'm sharing with you because it's a sore spot right now and it's especially difficult because I have to travel and it won't be back for about four weeks.
27 But it's the top priority for me to finish the code so that we can merge mine and for me to get the immersion cooling so that when I get back, I can drop the miners into the soup, get them cooled, get them running at capacity, and then your job is to go there And see that the network power that we actually have is greater than or equal to the amount of power that we've sold my Jobs to build the mine. I'm wearing a lot of hats right now, so I hope you guys can give me a little bit a little bit of leeway as I tackle all these obstacles and overcome these challenges for us. I'm working through them. I got a Go I got a flight in about two hours. Thank you for joining me on Bobby Gray Thursday evening founder and fearless leader of Texit coin, we've got a lot of spinning plates in the air.
10 We got a lot of good people on our team that are contributing great things to our success. And I really appreciate that. Thank you very much. We're about ready to take a giant leap forward and see hopefully some positive results for it on the exchange as well. So keep an eye out for us. Help me hold this thing together. Help hold me accountable. I'm sharing this information with you so that you can help do that. We've got a great thing. And all we have to do is follow through on our commitments And we'll be exactly where we want to be three months and 12 months and 18 months.
31 I'll catch you guys again on Tuesday from the other side of the world. Thanks so much.
